I stayed at the Regal Airport Hotel by myself to attend Cloud Yi's concert in Hong Kong. Getting to AsiaWorld-Expo was incredibly convenient – I just walked through the connecting bridge on the second floor of the hotel, and it took less than ten minutes to reach the venue. Walking back after the concert was just as easy. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to the airport, Tung Chung MTR Station, and Disneyland, which is a huge plus. On every floor, there's a free water dispenser, so you can just bring your own bottle to refill. The room wasn't huge, but since I was traveling solo and not sharing, the space was perfectly adequate. Other points: the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, but the shower had great water pressure which made for a very comfortable wash. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it covered all the essentials.

We recently returned from our ski trip in Japan, but unfortunately, I injured my knee and I'm currently using crutches and a wheelchair. As soon as my wife and I entered the hotel, we were warmly greeted by a humorous doorman who was incredibly helpful with our luggage and assisting with the wheelchair lift.
Upon checking in, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Maxim Oodterveld, who kindly upgraded us to a premium L600 room, considering my condition. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, complete with a grand circle bathtub. To our delight, we were also welcomed with some snacks and New Year chocolates.
The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was convenient and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and professionalism were outstanding, and it made me proud to witness the high standard of Hong Kong hospitality. Additionally, I must mention that the breakfast at the MO bar was absolutely incredible with late hour serving given the public holiday, the quality of the food surpassed our expectations. What made the experience even better was the exceptional service provided by our waiter. He was extremely helpful in taking our orders and providing valuable suggestions.
Despite being on a 16/8 fasting schedule and typically skipping breakfast, we couldn't resist indulging in the delicious spread at the MO Bar. The exquisite breakfast was definitely worth breaking our fasting routine for, and we wouldn't hesitate to enjoy it again.
Drawing from our positive experiences at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, we have decided to stay at the Mandarin Oriental for the next leg of our trip.

Stayed at Regal Airport Hotel recently. Being the only hotel directly connected to Hong Kong International Airport, the location is definitely very convenient for transit and early flights.
The rooms are quite old and could use some refurbishment, but the room size is still excellent — spacious enough even for 4 guests comfortably.
One area that could be improved is the walking distance within the hotel/access areas. It may not be very elderly-friendly, especially considering the hotel is positioned at a premium price range. Providing buggy/cart services would greatly improve guest convenience and overall experience.
On the positive side, the breakfast was really good with a healthy variety of choices. Overall, still a practical and comfortable choice for airport travellers and families.

This was my first time staying at this hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui. The service at the front desk, in the lobby, and in the room was incredibly patient, warm, and attentive. It felt like the occupancy rate was high, and the lobby was bustling. Although I had to wait a bit for check-in, it didn't dampen my spirits at all. The room was spacious, bright, quiet, relaxing, clean, and comfortable; all in all, I really enjoyed my stay! The wardrobe, with its glass and solid wood frame, felt modern yet elegant. The view outside the window was captivating; while not a direct sea view, the distant skyline was impressive, with the scenery constantly changing as time passed. I was thrilled to admire the beauty of Victoria Harbour from such a unique perspective. I was even happy with the photos I took through the glass! The breakfast was also excellent! 😄 A delightful two days! Thank you, Park Hotel!
Arrived late at night and was pleasantly surprised to wake up to a sea view after opening the curtains. The room was quite spacious and well-equipped, even with a power adapter for charging. There were plenty of mirrors, and the bathroom even had a vanity table. The windows were sealed, so you couldn't open them for a breeze, and the exhaust fan had to be on constantly.
The major issue was the strong musty smell coming from the drawer in the entryway. I just casually opened it to put some things away and was hit with a very noticeable moldy odor. I'd seen reviews mentioning a musty smell, but I didn't notice it upon check-in. Then, the next night, I opened the drawer again and was overwhelmed by the smell. Is this a common problem with wooden cabinets? I really hope the hotel addresses this odor issue, especially since so many people have reported it. Overall, my stay was quite good, right up until I opened that drawer.

This was a fantastic stay! The room was clean and bright, and it's super convenient to get around since it's a short walk from the MTR station to Wan Chai. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. The hotel environment was very relaxing, and there are plenty of amenities nearby, making for a comfortable and worry-free stay.

Awesome, super good, hahaha! The picture below was taken in the room, by the way. They didn't provide complimentary bottled water or disposable toiletries, but there was an unlimited supply of tissues. I'm telling the truth. I paid over a thousand kuai for one night to see Victoria Harbour, and the view was ”no less impressive than The Rosewood.”

I booked through Trip.com a few days in advance, but to my surprise, the price dropped by over 400 (HKD/RMB) on the day itself. Overall, my Hong Kong trip arranged through Trip.com left me with some unpleasant feelings.
The hotel front desk staff were very friendly and professional, and they upgraded my room for two days (many thanks again!). When I contacted Trip.com's customer service about the booking, they responded by saying the order couldn't be canceled but they would actively work on a solution.
The hotel shares property with another Sheraton. I didn't notice this during check-in and went to the wrong front desk, but thankfully, the staff politely directed me to the correct one next door.
This Sheraton seems to have more compact facilities, suitable for business travelers who need a quick layover. Our flight was at 7:45 AM, and we chose this hotel because the early shuttle bus starts at 5:45 AM.
It's worth noting that the Four Points by Sheraton does not have a fitness center or swimming pool. If you have a regular exercise routine, you should be aware of this. Using the fitness center at the adjacent Sheraton incurs an additional charge of HKD 200. I'm grateful to the housekeeping staff on my floor; when I changed into my workout clothes and was about to head to the gym, I asked them about it.
The room cleaning was excellent. When I returned, it was spotless, as if no one had stayed there.
The hotel adheres to a sustainable philosophy, so there's no bottled water in the room. This has pros and cons; being eco-friendly is good, but it does sacrifice guest convenience. Installing a water purification system in every room would be expensive (the Shangri-La in Tsim Sha Tsui has them). For a two-day stay costing over 2000 (HKD/RMB), if you don't bring your own water bottle, you'll have to take the small hotel cup to the distant elevator lobby to get water. Of course, if you're willing to buy a souvenir cup, the hotel room has insulated mugs for sale...
Breakfast was decent; it had everything you'd expect. The hotel's shuttle bus was very convenient, which was a bonus.
You can hear planes taking off and landing from the room, so there is some noise. If you want to mitigate it, don't turn off the air conditioning.

I had a very enjoyable stay and wanted to recognise the excellent staff who made it so welcoming.
Anson was outstanding — very professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English. He went above and beyond, including kindly paying for a drink for me when needed and trusting me to reimburse him later, which I greatly appreciated.
Ivy was also very helpful and pleasant. While her English was more limited, she communicated well enough to assist me and was always friendly and welcoming.
The male trainee staff member was likewise friendly, professional, and spoke good English.
All three were consistently warm, welcoming, and a real credit to the hotel. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel genuinely welcome, offered helpful suggestions, explained everything clearly, gave me a choice of beds, and even upgraded me to a harbour view room, which was a lovely touch.
The room itself was excellent — comfortable, with a great bed, and one of the best hotel showers I’ve had, with strong water pressure and very hot water.
The hotel is also very well located, within easy walking distance of the MTR, buses, and plenty of food options, which made getting around very convenient.
Their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to help made my stay much more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.
Thank you for such excellent hospitality 😀

This hotel provided super good class mattress. Even much better than 5 star hotel. My room is on 21 floor and the city view is beautiful. The hotel price is not high in compare with other 4 stars hotel in hotel. I definitely will go back to stay in this hotel because I want to have a good sleep
I love this place - we had amazing view, the hotel was very clean, and we were always greeted by the front desk team. It’s surrounding is beautiful- hard to find in HK. Will definitely return
A 2 nights stay because of typhoon ragasa, room with powerful AC, stable WiFi connection. Breakfast is good for many kind of food and drinks, even have sparkling wine. Appreciate having special lunch and dinner arrangements during typhoon with reasonable price. Bookmark if have next time. (touch wood)
Stayed in the Ocean Front room with 2 queen beds & the view couldn’t be beaten. An absolute pleasure to watch the ships coming and going. The breakfast at the hotel was awesome & had great Western options for the whole family. We also used the free shuttle to two MTR stations, making travel around very easy. Shuttles run every 30 minutes. While the hotel isn’t centrally located, the services they provide make up for it. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
I’m happy to the hotel I stayed in Hong Kong they have free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel so you don’t need to spend any penny for transportation. The hotel is clean and very convenient also the staff are nice I ask a heater since it’s very cold when I went to HK and I’m not used to it. I would say the hotel is work it would book again next time😊
We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Ideal location to Tsim Tsa Tsui and Hung Hom MTR station. Lots of eateries and it is so happening. Walking distance to Star Avenue and K11 shopping mall. The hotel is clean and we get to enjoy everyday house keeping. We feel comfortable to stay in this hotel and will stay again for the next trip.

Very Good
We had a wonderful stay at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. The facilities are outstanding. The heated pool was such a treat, and the gym is modern and beautifully equipped. The changing rooms felt genuinely luxurious, with immaculate showers and a sauna that made it easy to unwind after a long day. But what truly sets this hotel apart, is the service. Every interaction was handled with the highest level of professionalism, yet it never felt stiff or generic, it was warm, attentive, and surprisingly personalized. The team anticipated what we needed, remembered details, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the stay. A flawless experience from start to finish. We hope to return at the next opportunity.
The rooms are very spacious for HK standards! The 3 of us even had space to open our luggages together. Our room was on the 34th floor and the city skyline was magnificent. The quality of the blankets were so niceeeeeeeeeeee, it kept me warm and i slept very soundly. The gym equipment was in good condition, the floor to ceiling windows allowed a lot of sun to shine in. Sauna and steam room was a cherry on top after a workout. Location was very central, walkable to nearby stations and popular cafes. the only downside i would say is there is no direct lift from ground floor to the hotel. we had to transfer 1-2 lifts and walk a short distance to get to our rooms. In this sense, i wouldn't really recommend this hotel to elderlies or if you plan to stay out late. We had a couple of drinks till late and learnt there were different ways to get into the hotel after certain timings. but other than that, we had a great stay. Highly recommend it! Honourable mention to the receptionist Mandy Lao who welcomed us. She was so polite and accommodating to our requests despite the endless belt of guests who checked in prior to us. That being said, Hopewell is a very popular hotel and you may have to wait a little after 3pm to check in. Please be patient with the staff as a lot of things are beyond their control.
Really enjoyed this place. It was a great compact and sexy room. Great towels and bathroom fixtures. The lights were really cool and design of the hotel really nice. It smelt clean and had the greatest most comfy bed and 4 pillows. Would definitely recommend. Really close to happy valley area if that is you area..also in between wan chai and causeway bay. Didn't try the food or gym but both looked good.
