I treated myself to a 'me time' getaway and a visit to the Hong Kong Brands and Products Expo. Choosing Regal Airport Hotel was the perfect decision once again. The Executive Floor sea view room is much more open than the garden view, and you can even watch planes land in the morning. It's a shame it was a yellow rainstorm again; the view would have been even better on a clear day. The room isn't huge, but the double bed is a good size, which was great for solo occupancy. Connecting my phone via Bluetooth to the Korean brand TV to listen to my own music was more appealing than watching TV. The only issue was the air conditioning, which would automatically turn off and then turn back on when the temperature rose slightly. So the room would suddenly go quiet or the AC would kick in with a noticeable sound. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. There was no live egg station, just a large platter of scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, so the selection felt a bit limited. I remember last year they had freshly cooked noodle soup for breakfast, but not this year. The hotel's restaurant also participates in a food waste reduction program; you can buy a 'cake blind box' for HKD 103 via a certain app. The two cheesecakes I got were really delicious.

This time, I didn't plan ahead. My return trip was suddenly delayed, and I needed to switch hotels last minute, so I just booked one nearby. I was genuinely amazed by this place! For around 1100, the room was incredibly spacious, completely unlike the 'every inch of land is precious' small rooms I always hear about. It had two bathrooms, a huge bed, two TVs, and a large bathtub with a separate shower. The amenities were also super comprehensive, including a universal adapter and complimentary bottled water in the room. I truly recommend room 1042! They also have all the disposable items for children, which you can ask for at the front desk. Highly recommended! It's also quite close to the MTR station. Just across the road is Kowloon Park, which is definitely worth a visit. Miramar Place is diagonally opposite, as well as Muji, and there's a Don Quijote import supermarket downstairs. Highly, highly recommend!

Last year, we have stayed here several times and back again this summer.
The hotel is in a very nice location with lots of restaurants nearby, good food and not very expensive relative to other tourist districts like TST. Two blocks to the MTR station and bus terminal with easy access to every part of Hongkong. Close to the Victoria Park and walking distance through the park to the Causeway Bay shopping district.
The new East Harbour-front broadwalk offering great view of the entire Victoria harbour and great for a morning jog or sunset walk. Also easy access up to the Hong Kong Island Coastal Trails.
Staffs were very friendly with super fast checkin and checkout. Seems like the hotel has also done some minor improvements like better wifi connections and placing filter units in the hallways to clean the air due to people smoking in their rooms or in the hallway, even though the hotel is supposed to be totally smoking free environment!
Will definitely be back again in the next few months.

This is my first time staying in this hotel with my family.
The hotel upgraded my booking and gave me a very good room with a bath tube, ocean view, with the sofa in the room. My kid likes it alot and want to stay more.
I’m sure for our next visit, we will stay in this hotel again.
We have had a good experience! Strongly recommend!

We booked the Superior Room, but it didn't match the pictures online; we got a bathtub instead of a walk-in shower. On top of that, brown liquid was dripping from the air conditioning unit above, and there was a strong smell of drains and mildew. We reported this to reception immediately, and I have to give a huge shout-out to the lovely young staff member, Betty, who took our concerns seriously right away and arranged for a new room (an upgrade) for us. The pool is very large and not very busy, so we were able to relax there for a few hours. All in all, we still had a good time in Hong Kong.

This is the best hotel room I've ever stayed in in Hong Kong! I got incredibly lucky that day and was upgraded to a tower suite. Not only did it have a sea view, but the room itself exceeded all expectations – super spacious and felt really fresh. The lobby staff were excellent, and the location is fantastic. It's only about 3 km from the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. In the evenings, you can take a stroll along the waterfront, which is right downstairs. You can also walk to K11, Victoria Harbour, and there are tons of other fun places and great food spots just downstairs.

I stayed at this hotel with my family during our trip to Hong Kong and had a great experience. We booked the Premier Family Quintuple Room, which comfortably accommodated all four of us. The room was spacious and came with two bathrooms, which was very convenient for a family of four/five.
The location is excellent, with many famous attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The surrounding area is pleasant and easy to explore on foot.
Considering the room size, facilities, and location, the price was very reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Hong Kong.

Location location location… this is a solid choice as you’re next to the Jordan MTR station, the bus stop, and a straight line shot north and south on Nathan Road. Photos are from the street right outside the building but the hotel entrance is on a corner of à sided street of Nathan Roaf so you can’t miss it. Also cross street will take you west and east across Kowloon too. Tons of food, sundries, and other shops everywhere. Hotel rooms are small per usual faire in Hong Kong, but the rooms are functional and clean. Cleaning staff was super hospitable and willing to help when they greeted me in the morning. They asked if I needed anything or wanted cleaning. Front of the house is male dominated and to the point. Lots of your groups at the small lobby, but they keep things moving. Overall, it’s decent value based on location and the fact that it is Hong Kong. Would stay again, but not my first choice.

Overall, my stay was quite satisfying. The hotel's biggest highlight is its prime location in the Tsim Sha Tsui area, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, getting around, and accessing public transport. Its advantageous position in Hong Kong's central business district really stands out.
The room itself was relatively spacious, avoiding any cramped or claustrophobic feelings. The in-room facilities are considered quite new for a Hong Kong hotel, and the service attitude was excellent, with issues resolved promptly. My living experience was very pleasant and comfortable.
However, there were a few minor downsides regarding the room cleaning. I found stray hairs inside the conditioner bottle cap in the shower, on the closet floor, and on the bathroom floor. After I called staff to address this, they explained that due to high occupancy recently, the cleaning staff might have been less meticulous. Additionally, it seemed the air conditioning controller was malfunctioning – perhaps due to the holiday period – as I couldn't turn it off or reduce the fan speed. The noise at night was disruptive to my sleep. I had to contact room service in the middle of the night, and a staff member came to fix it. Another common issue with Hong Kong hotels, perhaps due to older overall hardware, was the hairdryer; it was an old-fashioned model that made drying long hair very difficult.
Despite these points, the hotel is generally very good, and I would likely choose to stay here again next time. I hope the hotel can improve its meticulous cleaning management and promptly inspect in-room appliances and equipment in the future, which would further enhance the experience.

GGuest UserWe was looking for hotel that was centralised to wherever we are looking (Disneyland, Ocean park etc) and we decided to look for hotel at Prince Edward or Mongkok then we found Starphire hotel. The price was affordable and room was clean, just that need about 10mins walk from Prince Edward MTR (Come out from Exit C left side out, keep walk straight till near underneath second highway or have to turn, then turn right and continue walking till see hotel, besides it is ”The Cloud”). Coffee and water was provided 24/7 at level 3 besides check in counter. Breakfast which was bread will be given if go to level 3 in the morning. Overall, it was a pleasant Stay and is happy to revisit if got chance.

LlamlllThe hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC.
The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at Regal Kowloon Hotel for 5 nights and overall had a decent experience.
The location is very convenient, especially for getting around Tsim Sha Tsui. It is close to public transport, restaurants, and shopping areas, which made exploring Hong Kong very easy.
The room was clean and functional, though a bit dated. Housekeeping did a good job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. The bed was comfortable enough for a short trip, but the room size felt slightly small compared to newer hotels.
Facilities are basic but acceptable. The hotel has what you need for a short stay, but it does feel a bit old and could benefit from renovation.
Staff were generally polite and helpful during check-in and when I had questions.
Overall, it is a solid mid-range hotel with a great location. I would recommend it for travelers who prioritize convenience over modern facilities.

Very Good
MMaxiangcaiI was very satisfied with this stay. The check-in process was smooth from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff were patient and polite, and the手続き (procedures) were handled very quickly. The room was spotless, the bathroom was dry with no water stains, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. The blackout curtains and soundproofing were excellent, making it very quiet at night, which ensured a great night's sleep.
The air conditioning, hot water, and WiFi in the room all worked stably, and the amenities were complete and sufficient. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the subway and commercial areas, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. Housekeeping was prompt and the service was great. Overall, the value for money far exceeded other hotels in the same price range. It's my top choice for travel, and I've already saved it. I'll prioritize staying here again next time.
AAmkkkThis was our first time visiting Hong Kong with our child, so we specifically chose The Hopewell Hotel, conveniently located right at the Wan Chai MTR station entrance.
**Facilities:** The hotel is newly built, so the rooms are very new and spacious. The shower had great water pressure. There's also a coffee machine and a hot beverage dispenser, which was a fantastic touch.
**Cleanliness:** It was very clean. Being a new hotel, there was no dated feel whatsoever.
**Environment:** Located right at the Wan Chai MTR station entrance, it's super convenient for getting anywhere. Downstairs, there's a mall with plenty of food, drinks, and shopping options. It's really easy to get to Tsim Sha Tsui, Central, Victoria Harbour, and Ocean Park. We could even see Victoria Harbour from our window, so the view was amazing.
**Service:** The service was excellent. I communicated our needs to the hotel beforehand, and they met every single one. There was a queue for breakfast seating, but it was well-managed, and the variety of food was extensive. A really good experience.
**Overall:** This hotel offers incredibly high value for money. The hardware, software, and service are all superb. Highly recommend staying here.
KKuailezhufuTraveling to Hong Kong with friends, I once again chose to stay at the W Hong Kong, and it was a fantastic decision! First, the hotel's location is excellent; you can get directly from Kowloon Station on the Airport Express to the hotel via the mall. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well-appointed. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The front desk service has significantly improved; when they heard my mainland accent, a Mandarin-speaking staff member immediately assisted me. I will definitely choose the W Hong Kong again on my next visit.
