This time, we stayed at the Rosewood Hotel, a recommendation from my son. It's perfectly located right above K11, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Taxis and the MTR are easily accessible, and Victoria Harbour is right outside. On a clear day, the city's vibrant colors make for amazing photos! I won't go into too much detail about the room's decor and furnishings, but I found the overall aesthetic to be superb, with a touch of vintage modern flair. I took so many pictures that I'll enjoy looking back at.

The Regent Hotel truly lives up to its reputation as an old-school luxury hotel, with excellent service and facilities! A special shout-out to the lovely Michelle at the front desk, who was so kind and even personally escorted us to our room to show us around! Many thanks also to Manson Bowen, the handsome gentleman at reception, for granting us a late check-out, which allowed us to get some much-needed rest! We love The Regent and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hong Kong!

Wow, I had a fantastic stay at the four seasons in HK. The arrival greeting, checking and personnel who greeted us were all fantastic. This was our final stay after 7 weeks away and I couldn’t ask for a better and more glorious end to our trip.. The room was perfect, a perfect harbour view, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, and that’s coming from a chronic insomniac, and the attention to detail was phenomenal. The blackout blinds, the quietness in the room, the level of cleanliness, no detail was overlooked. I can’t praise you highly enough. I actually missed our first night booked due to a time change error and that was a shame as I would’ve valued another night sleeping in those comfortable beds. Will I be staying at four seasons again, absolutely, can’t wait. Btw where can I get that bed for my home? More organisations could learn from your level of custom care and service.

The room view was absolutely incredible. All the amenities were from Diptyque, and the breakfast selection was very rich, with the Cantonese dim sum being particularly good. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and they upgraded our room, sent a cake, and even gave us a little lion plushie. It was a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back!

The Murray, a Michelin one-star hotel, is a luxury property under the Niccolo brand, transformed from the historic Murray Building. It opened in 2018, stands 25 stories tall, and most rooms offer city views.
I booked through Trip.com's presale for about HKD 1800 per night, which included a HKD 300 F&B credit within the hotel. The N1 Deluxe Room is 47 square meters, which is quite spacious for Hong Kong. The room provides four bottles of VOSS mineral water, a capsule coffee machine, welcome fruit, and chocolates. They even surprised me with a cake for my birthday.
During check-in, they offered towels and tea, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The N1 room doesn't have a bathtub, but the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. No need for power adapters; there are **sockets for Chinese plugs.
The F&B credit couldn't be stacked or used at Cotton Tree. We opted to use it for in-room dining service. Turndown service each evening included TWG tea bags and chocolates.
Minor hiccup: Around 11 PM, there was a water pressure issue, and they compensated us with chocolates the next day. Overall, it was still a good stay. It's located right next to the Peak Tram station, and the hotel is situated between Admiralty and Central MTR stations. They offer a complimentary shuttle service (advance booking required).

The hotel's location is excellent. From West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station, head towards Elements Mall. Once inside Elements, continue following the clear signs to the hotel. The entire walk is indoors. It's also convenient if you exit at Kowloon MTR station; just walk into Elements. The hotel is clean and the service is warm and friendly. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very welcoming. There are clear signs leading to the hotel entrance. You take the elevator to the 6th-floor lobby where staff direct you to the front desk for an easy check-in process.
Because of the convenience and excellent service, I extended my stay for an extra day. On the first day, I wasn't familiar with Elements Mall, but once I got my bearings, it was very easy to get around. To travel from Hong Kong to Macau or Zhuhai, you can simply take the cross-border bus from within Elements Mall, which is incredibly convenient!

This was my first stay at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, located in the bustling heart of Central, which made it super convenient for exploring and dining. The service, as expected from the Mandarin Oriental brand, was thoughtful, meticulous, and attentive. I wasn't entirely satisfied with my initial room, but the duty manager promptly moved me to an upgraded room with a fantastic view. Any requests were met quickly, and the attention to detail was exceptional; seeing I had sunglasses, they thoughtfully brought me a glasses cloth, and in the evening, they provided a sleep-inducing aroma diffuser. The tea bags in the room were delicious, and breakfast was both healthy and tasty. I would definitely choose the Mandarin Oriental again on my next trip to Central, Hong Kong.

Participating in the Standard Chartered Marathon, The Peninsula is undoubtedly the best choice – you can literally step out of the hotel and onto the racecourse.
When I checked in, I requested a late checkout. The staff, knowing it was for the marathon, actively coordinated and even arranged a great room with a Nathan Road street view, which was perfect for observing the pre-race situation. Their thoughtfulness was truly impressive.
It's a classic, well-established hotel, and those who've stayed here before know exactly what I mean. Definitely a worthwhile choice!

The overall hotel environment is great and very quiet. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to both Exhibition Centre Station and Wan Chai Station. You can even use the skybridge directly, so no worries about rainy weather. If you want to go to Tsim Sha Tsui, you can take the Star Ferry, as it's very close to the pier.
The hotel's breakfast is fantastic; it's à la carte, with Chinese, Western, and Japanese options, plus some additional items you can order. Personally, I find this more convenient than a buffet. I highly recommend the Japanese salmon set! The in-room dining menu is also excellent.
The room is quite spacious for a Hong Kong hotel, with two 1.5-meter single beds, making it family-friendly when traveling with kids. The hotel also provides unlimited complimentary drinks and snacks daily, which is a huge plus! They can even provide milk for children.
Overall, it's pretty good, but there's room for improvement in the details. I had requested baby amenities and a cot in advance, but when we got to the room, none of them were prepared. The cot installation afterward wasn't professional either; the bars weren't secured into the mattress, and the bedding wasn't neatly arranged, with the mattress and bed frame showing, which wasn't a very pleasant sight.

A rather stylish boutique hotel. The 'lobby' and front desk on the ground floor were designed to be incredibly discreet, so much so that when I first arrived, I wondered if I'd come to the wrong place. However, stepping inside, I discovered a hidden gem. The architectural space is visually striking and full of design flair.
The guest rooms are presented in a Japanese style, with minimalist and understated decor. The layout is ingenious and well-thought-out, and the entire room is well-maintained, showing no signs of age. The bathroom amenity kit thoughtfully included lip balm and a small makeup mirror, showing a better understanding of female guests' needs than even the Rosewood Hong Kong. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing.
Regarding service, the staff were warm and attentive, but there are two areas for improvement: firstly, if they could offer a glass of water or a drink to guests waiting to check in, it would be a more considerate touch; secondly, for turn-down service, if they could proactively remove the paper seal from the slippers instead of just placing them by the bed, the experience would be even more refined.

GGuest UserThe room isn't huge, but it's very clean, the hygiene is excellent, and the facilities are complete. The coffee in the lobby is really good, and they give you a pineapple bun every morning, which is a thoughtful touch. The location is great, not far from Prince Edward MTR Station. The hotel price is moderate. Recommended.

MM480558****I was so surprised to find a suite with a sea view, a small kitchen, and a fridge in Hong Kong for less than 900 HKD. What a pleasant surprise! The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to Tsuen Wan Station and Tsuen Wan West Station, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserThe room was very spacious, equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary dinnerware. The views were open and expansive. While the location might be a bit challenging for first-time visitors to Hong Kong, the hotel offers several complimentary shuttle services to and from Central daily. The Pedder Street shuttle stop is conveniently located at the bus station near Central MTR Exit D1. There's also a stop at IFC, but I haven't personally used it, so it's best to inquire with the hotel for specific boarding points.
If you prefer taking public transport, from Admiralty Station Exit B, turn right for about ten meters onto Tamar Street, then turn right again and walk twenty meters to the bus stop for the 12A. It's only two stops to the hotel, at the 'YWCA' stop. From there, walk back about twenty meters to reach the hotel.
When heading back to the hotel from Central, the 12A bus is also the best option. It will first go to Admiralty Bus Terminus and stop for a few minutes while the driver takes a break. You can simply wait on the bus; there's no need to purchase another ticket. I figured this out after staying for four days, as the 12A is a short circular route specifically designed for MacDonnell Road residents. Every time I queued at Admiralty, I'd see people already on board, leading me to conclude they had traveled from Central and were waiting to go up the hill back to MacDonnell Road.
3300844****This hotel is my top choice for concerts, as it's located in the same building as Halls 1-10. During the concert period, we'd just grab a quick bite at 7-Eleven or a fast-food joint. After the show, we'd take the hotel's shuttle directly to Tung Chung Station, which is in an older, bustling area. We ate at Min Wah Restaurant and found it delicious and affordable – a local favorite. The hotel itself is clean and hygienic, with warm and attentive service. The biggest highlight this time was the water dispenser in the hallway, complete with sterilized reusable glass cups – a real godsend for someone who drinks a lot of water like me! Highly recommended!
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. The facilities are outstanding. The heated pool was such a treat, and the gym is modern and beautifully equipped. The changing rooms felt genuinely luxurious, with immaculate showers and a sauna that made it easy to unwind after a long day. But what truly sets this hotel apart, is the service. Every interaction was handled with the highest level of professionalism, yet it never felt stiff or generic, it was warm, attentive, and surprisingly personalized. The team anticipated what we needed, remembered details, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the stay. A flawless experience from start to finish. We hope to return at the next opportunity.
VVear wangThis hotel is really easy to find, right across from the MTR station and next to Wedding Card Street, which has tons of food and drinks. The hotel is also right above Hopewell Centre, which is great for shopping. It's super convenient to get to Central and Tsim Sha Tsui, perfect for us foodies! For around a thousand HKD in Hong Kong, getting a room this size is really great value for money. The bedding and toiletries were very comfortable, and the room even came with rice tea bags and delicious coffee capsules. My only question is why they provide sparkling water instead of plain bottled water here, and I couldn't get anyone to answer the customer service line. Overall, though, I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to friends! 👍🏻
MM316220****It was pretty good overall, but the room was a bit small. The environment was nice, though there's a steep hill on the way to check-in, which made it hard to carry heavy luggage. The service attitude was decent, and the location was good.
AAnonymous UserThere's not much to do or see around the hotel, and finding places to eat is inconvenient. The room was quite small, and the quality of the complimentary disposable slippers and toothbrushes was very poor. The bed was also on the smaller side and the bedding wasn't very comfortable. They didn't even clean our room the entire day we were out, only coming to clean it after 10 PM. There was no apology or compensation offered whatsoever, almost as if they didn't care. This meant we went to bed very late and didn't get a good night's rest. When the housekeeping staff changed the bedding while I was still in the room, there was a lot of dust, which triggered my nasal allergies. It was truly a terrible experience.
JJoyce淼淼Having lived in Hong Kong for over 10 years, this is the first time I've booked a hotel with such great value for money. First off, the location is superb – it's just a 3-minute walk from Jordan MTR station. There are all sorts of restaurants nearby, catering to every budget. Plus, the room is very spacious, clean, and hygienic. The front desk staff were also very warm and polite. I'll definitely book this hotel again when I have clients or friends visiting in the future.
JjiandankuaileTwo seniors and a child, we crossed the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge to visit Hong Kong. The hotel is in Tsim Sha Tsui, and both the MTR and buses are very convenient. After crossing the bridge, we took the 'Golden Bus' (shuttle bus) and then a regular bus, and it was just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. Hong Kong is known for its high property values, but the family room we booked had two large beds and was very spacious. We could even see Victoria Harbour from our room, and it was just a short walk to the Avenue of Stars. The hotel staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent service and patiently explained the bus routes to us. Despite the hotel being quite busy and check-in officially being at 3 PM, we were delighted to be able to check in at 12 PM.
