FubaojuziBeing quite familiar with Jordan, I booked the Nathan Hotel again for my trip to Hong Kong. There was staff at the entrance to help open the door, and check-in at the front desk was very quick. Our room on the 10th floor was quite quiet. The hotel's location isn't too far from the MTR station, about a 5-minute walk, which is very convenient. The room had a universal adapter, disposable slippers, and toiletries. All in all, I'm satisfied.

AysJustWantToWanderthe room was beautiful, tho its not as clean as i expected it to be... there's blood stain in the couch and window nooks. a lot of long hair strands in the carpet. i know they can do better. i still like the hotel, the shuttle service from hotel to train station is big help for guests. since there is no free bottled water on rooms, at least have a water dispenser on some floors. the breakfast is buffet but... sorry but its so bland. im not a picky eater but... its really disappointing.
if you gonna ask me, if i will stay again on this hotel, probably not. 1000+ rmb for family room and the experience is just so so...
sorry. ✌

lamlllThe hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC.
The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and had a nice window view. The front desk staff, Joyu, was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, making my stay very pleasant.
Complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room with a view: This was fantastic, a real privilege usually reserved for grander hotels!
Hotel shuttle bus service: The driver helped with my luggage, and the service was excellent. The shuttle itself was very convenient, taking me directly to my destination. Thumbs up!

Guest UserThe front desk staff, luggage service, and F&B staff were all very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. The water park is conveniently located next to the hotel. After playing, we enjoyed a buffet with many choices, and it was half price today, which was an amazing deal with a wide variety of food. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to the MTR station, Ocean Park, and the water park, which is very convenient. Due to the amber rainstorm warning these past few days, I was worried about outdoor activities, so I chose this hotel with an indoor play area. Fortunately, the weather cleared up, so we didn't end up using the hotel's indoor facilities.

Anonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, situated in a quieter area of Tsim Sha Tsui East with less foot and vehicle traffic, unlike the more crowded popular areas in Kowloon. It's about a five to six-minute walk to Exit P of Tsim Sha Tsui East Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it suitable for guests who prefer a peaceful stay.
The downside is the large number of guests on weekends. When we arrived around 4 PM, there were several long queues at the front desk, and checking in took a considerable amount of time. The hotel elevators also sometimes had long waits, so the experience during peak hours was just average.
Since the hotel is over forty years old, the hardware and decor naturally can't compare to newer hotels in mainland China. Although we were upgraded to a larger family room with two beds approximately 1.5 meters wide, the overall impression is still a bit dated. It would be more objective to appropriately lower expectations regarding the newness of the facilities before checking in.

bobo_goA perfect experience! We originally booked a Deluxe Seaview King Room, but the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Seaview Suite and, as per our request, provided a twin-bedded suite.
The lady who checked us in was very gentle, and the check-in process was incredibly smooth. I can't sleep on soft pillows, and the Four Seasons has always remembered this, providing me with a firm pillow and proactively asking if I wanted to switch to a harder mattress – very thoughtful.
The welcome amenities from the hotel were also very generous, including pineapple cake, pineapple buns, and milk tea cookies. My friend and I both agreed they were delicious. The welcome fruit was incredibly fresh, and the grapes had just the right amount of sweetness; even as someone who doesn't like sweets, I ate a lot. The mini-bar in the suite was also complimentary, and my favorites were the chips and coconut juice.
We also visited the Argo bar. Even on a Saturday night, it wasn't overly crowded, and the Hong Kong Punch was impressive.
Our booking included breakfast, and we chose the à la carte restaurant. I loved the waffles and bircher muesli, and my friend highly praised the Japanese set meal she ordered.
All in all, a perfect hotel and a perfect experience.

We stayed here for 3 days and had a fantastic experience. The biggest selling point is the location—it’s literally a 5-minute shuttle ride from the airport (the hotel provides this for free!), and it’s only an 8- 10-minute walk there. There is also a scheduled shuttle to the MTR station. It made getting around HK so easy. You can go to the Indian restaurant close by for dinner, which we did with no regrets. Delicious food( walking distance from the hotel).
The pool was a great way to unwind, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options to start the day. The room was clean and comfortable.
Minor note for travellers: The plugs are different from overseas, so bring an adapter! We could not charge our phones. The morning we were leaving, we found a USB port in a corner. They give you one large refillable water bottle (you fill it yourself on the floor), but if you want to keep the bottle, it’s 80HKD.
Everything else was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone with an early flight or layover!

Guest UserWe stayed in a suite on the 45th floor, which is an exclusive family-friendly floor, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The entire floor is dedicated to family-oriented rooms. Our room had its own little play area for kids, decorated in a fun and thoughtful way, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a spectacular panoramic view of Victoria Harbour. My child was so excited they didn't want to leave the room! The hotel also thoughtfully provided children's toiletries and a small toy, which were such warm touches.
You absolutely must try the buffet breakfast at Café TOO on the 7th floor – the variety of food is dazzling! They have authentic Hong Kong-style撈麵 (lo mein), dim sum like siu mai, Western pastries, fresh-cut fruit, and even a special cartoon-themed dining area for kids. It caters to both adult tastes and children's preferences. Waking up early and enjoying a leisurely meal here is incredibly therapeutic, and with so many choices, you'll never get bored.
The biggest highlight was the outdoor swimming pool on the 8th floor. It's a huge space, with separate lanes for adults and a splash park for kids. The water features are perfect for little ones to play in. Surrounded by lush greenery, you can swim while looking down at the city's high-rise buildings – the view is absolutely stunning. The water temperature was comfortable, and on a sunny day, the photo opportunities are incredible. It's perfect for both swimming and keeping the kids entertained.
Overall, the facilities are excellent. The room, dining, and pool – the three core experiences – all exceeded expectations. It made our family trip so easy and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here for a family vacation in Hong Kong!

This was our first trip to Hong Kong with the kids, and what we were most satisfied with was the hotel. It was conveniently located, in a bustling area, had beautiful views, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. Our family of four was very comfortable. The front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a higher floor city-view room for free, which the kids loved. We could enjoy the night views of Victoria Harbour and Kowloon right from the hotel. We are extremely satisfied. Hopewell Hotel will definitely be our go-to choice for future Hong Kong trips. Thank you, Hopewell, and thank you, Trip.com! 💝💝💝
