A rare find in Hong Kong, a triple room that was perfect for three adults and one child. The two single beds pushed together worked out great. The hotel overlooks the racecourse, but unfortunately there wasn't a race on during our stay. The shuttle bus to Causeway Bay MTR is super convenient, running every 30 minutes. We even got a gift upon check-in! I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

The transportation is incredibly convenient. The A21 airport bus goes directly to the hotel, and there are also many subway stations and bus stops nearby. We arrived around 11 AM, and since there was an available room, they upgraded us to a corner room on the top floor, which was very quiet and saved us a lot of hassle. There are also many great restaurants nearby. The room had everything we needed, including disposable toiletries and a universal power adapter. The size of the room is quite good for Hong Kong.

The room facilities were a bit old, but the size wasn't small, and it was enough for three people. Plus, there was a free shuttle bus to the MTR station the next day. Although they didn't provide free drinking water, the purified water from the vending machine downstairs was only 3 HKD, which is already considered a good deal for water in Hong Kong. Overall, a positive experience!

Excellent service! 👍 Due to the typhoon that day, we were supposed to check out at 12:00 PM. However, the Typhoon Signal No. 8 wasn't lowered until 12:44 PM. The hotel helped us extend our check-out time to 2:00 PM. This is already our third stay here. We really love this hotel. Wishing the hotel great success in business!

On the day of check-in, we arrived at the hotel in the morning and immediately told the front desk staff that we needed laundry service and wanted to hand over our clothes right away. It was 10 AM at the time, and the hotel front desk also charged me a credit card deposit of 6000 RMB. However, the front desk refused to accept our clothes for washing, stating that we were only staying for two nights, from September 7th to 9th. He claimed that it would be impossible to return our cleaned clothes by the 9th. The four of us took turns asking him if he could provide a specific time for the return of our clean clothes on the 9th, but he kept saying he didn't know the time and ultimately refused to take our laundry. That evening, we returned to the hotel at 10 PM and got our room key. Upon entering the room, we saw a notice about the laundry service, which clearly stated that clothes submitted before 9 AM would be returned the same evening, and clothes submitted after 9 AM would be returned the next day. We immediately called the front desk to complain and then went downstairs to speak with the so-called duty manager that night. He promised to give us a response regarding this matter the next day. It's now September 11th, and we have already checked out of the hotel, yet we still haven't received any explanation from the hotel. This service is absolutely outrageous!!!

This was my first time in Hong Kong for a concert, so I chose the hotel my good friend always stays at, and it was truly excellent! The location is superb, just a seven to eight-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. The street views around the hotel also have a great vibe, and you can see the Victoria Harbour seascape just a short walk from the hotel, which is super photogenic – perfect for friends on a short trip. After the concert, our route back from Kai Tak was also very smooth. Plus, the hotel environment was very clean, and the staff's service attitude was excellent! Highly recommended!!!

First of all, it truly lives up to its five-star rating! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. And the housekeeping department was excellent too! The only minor issue I had was that the pillows were a bit too flat and soft, but after calling the front desk, the hotel provided me with a pair of latex pillows. Because there were so many guests, the hotel gave me a free upgrade to a king-size room. It even had two refrigerators! And a bathtub… though, there was only one trash can in the entire room, located in the bathroom. Charging options: Three-pin plugs, USB, or Type-C.

When choosing a hotel, I always check the bedding first because I have sensitive skin. I also prioritize transportation, location, and room cleanliness, and the Four Seasons Hotel satisfied all my expectations. The staff were friendly, the hotel pool had a great view, and the in-hotel restaurants and bar were also top-notch! The view from the room was also incredibly beautiful, making for a delightful trip. I was worried about the heat or typhoons since it was a July trip, but the weather was fantastic, and the fact that the IFC Mall is connected to the hotel made getting around easy, which made the trip even better. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel! 👍👍👍

The room isn't particularly large, but the wet and dry areas are well-separated, with the toilet and shower room on opposite sides of the door. The room is very clean, and there are two large mirrors on the walls.
