I came to Hong Kong for a concert and saw this hotel highly recommended on various platforms, so I booked it without much comparison. Even the smallest room type was surprisingly spacious, and the bathroom was very large. The hallway offered convenient space for luggage. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the MTR station, but after following directions once, I found my way easily. The back entrance is in a logistics park, which isn't exactly deserted. There are some local 'bing suts' (Hong Kong-style cafes) and a McDonald's nearby for food, so the overall location is pretty good. They provided toothbrushes, toiletries, and toilet paper, but there were no facial tissues, bathroom slippers, or international adapters, so you'll need to bring those yourself.

The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card. If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied. Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability. The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea. That's all. Good price-per qualty option for staying in Kowloon, as you turn out to be close to the bustling heart of eating, shopping and leisure of the peninsula, - with nice park on one side, giant Harbour city center on the other and pier nearby. Hotel is not very new but well-maintained, you might need luck only in respect of the room view, as it is sometimes depressive to be overlooked by the high wall of the opposite building just a couple of dozen metres away, knowing that the harbour and space and air are just around the corner

This was so handy for grabbing breakfast in the morning or fresh fruit for the kids in the evening. Getting to popular attractions was also a breeze: Disneyland is only a 40-minute MTR ride away, and Tsim Sha Tsui (for Harbour City and Victoria Harbour views) is just 10 minutes. The bedding was very comfortable, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring my wife and I slept soundly every night after a long day of exploring. The air conditioning allowed us to adjust the fan speed, preventing direct drafts on the baby and avoiding any chills. There was free, fast WiFi in the room, so streaming cartoons for the kids at night was seamless. We enjoyed views of both the city street and a partial view of Victoria Harbour. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. 🍳 **Hassle-Free Breakfast, Happy Kids** The hotel breakfast is served on the 1st floor. While the variety wasn't extensive, it was practical and perfectly suited for children: they offered plain congee, boiled eggs, steamed pumpkin, and mini steamed buns – all light and easy-to-digest options, along with milk, juice, and fresh fruit. Our daughter happily ate half a bowl of congee and an egg every day, which saved us the trouble of finding kid-friendly breakfast spots elsewhere. The restaurant staff were also very friendly. They proactively offered kids' cutlery when they saw our daughter and greeted her with smiles, creating a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. 💡 **Tips for Families with Kids** 1. We recommend confirming your crib and other children's amenities with the hotel 1-2 days in advance to ensure they are ready for you upon arrival. 2. There's a pharmacy and convenience store nearby, so should you forget any baby essentials, you can easily pick them up downstairs. 3. The area around the hotel is very quiet at night, so it won't disturb your child's sleep. However, the Yau Ma Tei Night Market is not far. If you plan to visit, go before 8 PM, allowing you to soak in the lively atmosphere without disrupting your child's sleep schedule. After our two-day stay, our entire family, including our child, had a wonderful experience. The hotel offers an excellent location and truly superb value for money.

This is my go-to hotel every year I visit. The location is excellent, and while the facilities are a bit dated, the cleanliness is generally good. It's very quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful sleep. Overall, I have a positive impression. The surrounding area is incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and transportation. The famous Chungking Mansions, known from many Hong Kong films, is right next door, and Canton Road is also just a short walk away. For a Tsim Sha Tsui hotel, it offers exceptional value for money considering its room types and pricing!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient for transport; there's a bus stop right outside, and Jordan MTR station is directly below the building. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the large, spotless floor-to-ceiling windows – they were so clean I almost thought there was no glass, offering a fantastic view. I initially couldn't find the power outlets, but they were cleverly hidden under a flip-up panel on the desk; not difficult to locate once you know where to look.

I won't go into all the details, but the in-room water dispenser is an absolute lifesaver for parents with babies, offering water at a perfect 45°C – ideal for formula prep and making those middle-of-the-night feedings incredibly convenient. The location is fantastic, surrounded by plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options, and it's just a stone's throw from Victoria Harbour. On top of all that, the rooms are wonderfully spacious.

Unfortunately, I always seem to get insect bites whenever I stay at this hotel, and this visit was no exception. The newer hotel tower offers genuinely beautiful and pleasant views. Check-out is half an hour earlier than standard. Citing their policy of not providing single-use plastic-packaged amenities, they don't offer a shower cap or toothbrush (though slippers are available). Bottled water also isn't provided and must be purchased. Overall, I'd say just try to enjoy your stay and don't pay too much attention to the staff's attitude. Given the value for money, it's still somewhat worthwhile!

My room was modern and spotless, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning partial harbour views—woke up to the sunrise over Victoria Harbour every morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and amenities like the rain shower, Nespresso machine, and smart controls for lights/AC added that luxe touch without feeling over-the-top. Soundproofing was excellent; I didn't hear a peep from the hallway or nearby construction.The rooftop infinity pool is a highlight—serene with lounge chairs and those epic skyline views, though it was a bit chilly in October for a full swim. I loved the all-day restaurant Siete Ocho; the fusion Spanish-Sichuan dishes (try the spicy prawns) were flavorful and reasonably priced. The fitness center is compact but well-equipped, and the shuttle service ran like clockwork.A minor gripe: During peak event times nearby, traffic can snarl up the area, but the hotel's proactive updates via app helped. Overall, for the value (especially with the Genius discount), this is a fresh, vibrant spot that captures Kai Tak's rebirth as Hong Kong's cool new hub. I'd return in a heartbeat—highly recommend for modern comfort with a side of urban energy!
