GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is really good. It is close to many attractions. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby. The food is not bad. It is not far away. Recently, because it is almost Christmas, some markets have opened and it is very lively. The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming.

MMonikaG.Ein sehr schönes Hotel, etwas außerhalb von Olmütz. Hunde sind dort auch sehr willkommen, und man kann dort gut mit dem Hund laufen. Frühstück k und essen sind sehr gut. Die Servicekräfte aufmerksam und nett.
Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist der Durchgangsverkehr bezüglich des Fitnesscenters. Da dort jeder trainieren kann, ist dort ein ständiges kommen und gehen., was etwas stört, wenn man gemütlich etwas trinken möchte.

GGuest UserThe rooms are good, meeting 4-star standards. The windows are soundproof, so you can't hear anything from the street. You can sleep well at night. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The location is right next to the main train station, not in the city center. A very good choice for people who travel a lot by train.
The hotel charges an additional fee for early check-in, which is a bit confusing to me, since Olomouc isn't London/Milan/Prague. One evening and the following morning, there was no hot water due to technical problems. What also confuses me a bit: I booked in EUR, but the hotel charged me in CZK using its exchange rate (unfavorable for me). When I paid by credit card, the amount I received was larger (my bank doesn't charge a fee). After negotiation, I was refunded the excess. Normally, the booking agent takes the amount in EUR directly when booking; or the website shows the CZK price, and you then pay this CZK at the hotel.

NNormyI took a taxi directly from the train station, not far away, it cost 85 crowns. During the transition night, I didn't pay attention to the surrounding environment and only had activities in the hotel. The sister at the front desk who checked in was very nice. The hotel has 3 simple dinners, one of which is chicken drumstick rice. The drumsticks are delicious but the rice is a European-style ”raw rice” rice with rice noodles. The breakfast is relatively simple, with few styles, but there is no problem with food and clothing. The room is clean and hygienic, and overall it is satisfactory.
