Guest UserGreat location, excellent service, and a lovely breakfast!
The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included in the price, which made the stay even better value.
There is a huge open field and a very clean river right next to the hotel. You can see people practising rowing, and walking along both sides of the river is really relaxing. There are also mallards and swans nearby, and you can buy special swan food from the hotel bar to feed them.
I originally chose this place because the town is close to Cambridge and the price was reasonable, but I ended up really enjoying the town itself. With such a beautiful location, good service, and affordable price, this hotel is definitely great value for money.

The environment is great, and the location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the boating dock! The hotel's own restaurant has a wonderful ambiance! However, the front desk service was mediocre, and there was no notification that breakfast times differ between weekdays and weekends. There's no bellhop service either. The dinner at the restaurant was just so-so, and the breakfast selection was limited, with unappetizing fruit. The restaurant service was also subpar.

Emily-xiaI absolutely love the modern British style of this hotel. The public areas are incredibly well-designed and the atmosphere is very chill. I stayed in The Gormley apartment, which had excellent natural light and pleasant views from the window. The kitchen was fully equipped, even with a dishwasher, making it as convenient as being at home. The breakfast quality was great, with hot food and a full English breakfast option available. All the staff were polite and enthusiastic, proactively helping with luggage and calling taxis. Cambridge itself isn't large, so getting to all the attractions from the hotel was very convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cambridge!

This is a very old hotel, the hotel is a bit old, but the room is large, the hotel is good, the only drawback is that there is no elevator on the second floor, but the overall stay experience is still good, the best choice for family travel, facilities are also very good!

Guest UserThe room, while not large, was very clean and tidy, which is a consistent plus for Ibis hotels abroad. The mattress was incredibly soft, ensuring a very restful sleep. The location is super convenient, right outside the train station.

Guest UserThe room was spotless and very spacious. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the train and bus stations, making it super convenient for getting to Cambridge city center and even London. They also have a gym and a pool, which I didn't get a chance to use this time due to my short stay, but I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Cambridge.

Travel with rachelI have stayed here many times and really enjoyed my stay but this time not so great there was a huge gap under the door letting in loads of light from the corridor so had to roll a towel up the block the gap. There is normally spare pillows but not this time we had 2 very flat pillows so did not get a good sleep at all

澐錦 國際教育This is one of my top recommended hotels within the Cambridge University graduate student area. I frequently book this hotel for our professors and students, and every time, I receive excellent feedback.
On July 17th and 18th, there was a very large event in this new research district, which was just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. It was incredibly convenient, and everyone had a great time! 😀
The biggest advantage of the hotel is its extremely convenient transportation. There's a U Bus stop right near the entrance, providing direct access to Cambridge city center and the train station, making it perfect for visiting scholars, students, or first-time visitors to Cambridge.
A large supermarket is just a two or three-minute walk away, making daily shopping very easy. The surrounding neighborhood is pleasant, with many excellent restaurant options. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety and excellent quality, ensuring a pleasant start to each day.
Overall, whether it's the accommodation environment, location, or convenience, it's an ideal choice for anyone studying, working, or visiting Cambridge. I will definitely continue to recommend it to professors, students, and friends.

Guest UserSingle bed was small and not particularly comfortable, double bed was better, however there was mould on the bathroom ceiling and the toilet seat wasn’t attached properly. We were only given two towels although the room was booked for three. Otherwise, the room was clean enough and the service was very helpful. Free parking which wasn’t clear when booking.
