My stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Amman was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is luxurious, comfortable, and very relaxing from the moment you arrive. The service was outstanding, and the staff were professional, friendly, and always attentive. The food was excellent with great variety and high quality. Overall, it was a perfect experience full of comfort and luxury, and I would definitely visit again.

Great stay with excellent service I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Amman and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, the Mövenpick Hotel Amman is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. With its exceptional service, comfortable accommodation and convenient location, it certainly lives up to the Mövenpick standard. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.

The staff were cheerful, the service was great, and the cleanliness was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The only minor inconvenience was having the sink in the room instead of the bathroom, which wasn't very comfortable or practical.

I recently stayed at Conroy Hotel in Amman, and overall, it was a positive experience. My room was spotless upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained high standards throughout my stay. It’s always reassuring to see such attention to detail, especially in common areas. The service was another highlight. The staff were friendly and accommodating, eager to assist with any requests. Their hospitality contributed significantly to a comfortable stay. As for the facilities, while they may not be the most luxurious, they were adequate for a hotel of this category. Basic amenities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the availability of essential services. A pleasant stay, felt just like home. I'd like to thank the receptionist, Adeeb, for his excellent attitude and service. (No offense to the other staff whose names I don't recall.) A great feature is that the hotel is located inside the Galleria Mall, which has most major brands, plus arcades and activities for kids under 4. I highly recommend it! 🌹

The hotel was great, the rooms were very large and clean, the bed was most comfortable. The pool service could not be better, and the hotel food was great, the terrace bar was phenomenal, 100% recommended. I would go back with my eyes closed. On weekends they have pool parties during the day, both for children and adults, with a DJ included. And with a lot of security, so you feel at home.
