Stayed in a Delux Renovated Room which was still pretty rough for being vlassed as 'renovated' including a worn out seat, worn woodwork and a very old and mouldy fridge. The Wifi was also very slow and the TV was not smart so you could not use your own streaming services or youtube. Arrived about 4pm to be told that the restaurant closes at 6pm and does not reopen until breakfast when we were hoping to get an evening meal. Lastly the cleaning was not great as the shower had a big hair ball on the floor!

Thank you so much for upgrading us to the VIP room. We were very happy and comfortable throughout our stay there We just wanted to gently highlight one small thing — the air conditioner was very cold, which was good, but the sound was a bit loud (bunyi terlalu kuat). Other than that, everything was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and truly appreciate the excellent service.

Close to Penang Airport with convenient transportation. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. I always stay at this hotel when I travel to Penang for business. The hotel environment is great, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel is very nice. Despite the fact that the hotel is old, and, for example, in our room type, the shower and toilet were separate, and the washbasin was in the common room area, all other things compensate for it. The hotel is clean. The location is good, 7-10 minutes by car to the central beach, you can use the Grab app or use the free shuttle bus that runs 2 times a day between the hotel and Cenang Mall, which is located in the area of the central public beach. The hotel also has friendly staff. In addition, it is convenient that you can buy all sightseeing tours right at the hotel. What we liked the most was the very tasty and varied breakfasts, as well as the infinity pool, which is open until midnight. We recommend👍🏻

We take room number 612. Their plug not working at 2 points. 1 is near dressing table and another 1 is real room phone table. Their washing face side light not working. Their toilet water wash hose leaking. Firstly we notice didn't provide toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste. After we call up to reception then provided. For room issue we reported ask them to settle by giving when we go out. But didn't settle. Saying maintenance team were checked. But didn't do anything. After we report 2nd time saying want to check in midnight 12.35am. That's was our rest and sleeping time. Next day we waited to repair but no changes. They provide another room to change at 2nd day around 10.50am. But we have settle our stuff all at that room. We decide just leave it another 1 day to stay. So we don't want to change the room.

I was seating in the hotel for vacation it’s good location you don’t need to use grab too much breakfast is so delicious for cleaning not do clean every time you have to remind them to bring tooth paste shampo to clean but they response and they do what you want. They give only 2 towels no face towel 😳I asked they say only one 😓.the day I want to check out I was preparing my luggage and I feel so thirsty I called lady in front desk I said I need one water she said no 😂today you are checking out really I was feeling choked 😂

Although rooms is old, but is big, clean, cozy and the bed is comfortable. Had all the amenities. And the view is great. Staffs are super friendly. Bathrooms is clean and they replace towels everyday if it is used. Found only one issue, that is the shower-head in both bathtub and shower area, it is manageable but if they could change it or upgrade it to a better one it would be perfect.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Bayou Hotel and Langkawi island. Less than 20mins transfer from the airport, 5 mins walk to the beach and a clean pool are amongst some of the great amenities. It’s a small/medium sized hotel with a personalized service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere and ambience are very nice. Breakfast was good and the seating was open air with plenty of room for all guests. Rooms were clean and good sized. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable and personalized stay in Langkawi.

The family room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked great. Housekeeping cleaned daily and replenished our water. The hotel has a beautiful environment, with tropical flowers, fruit trees, and other plants everywhere. We saw small animals like squirrels, monkeys, birds, and geck moving around. The hotel also has several swimming pools and a private beach. During the Chinese New Year, we even received a New Year's card and fruit. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The LOCATION are excellently strategic. Lots of shop and eateries. You won't go hungry. Underwater World Langkawi only 7 minutes walk. Starbucks, ZUS, Subway, Pizza, KFC, Old Town, Indian Cuisine, Seafood etc......are all in one place. Room are clean. Muslim friendly toilet. Breakfast are excellent to fill up your tummy for the day. FYI, this hotel need Rm50 Cash Deposit. I can't praise more for this hotel. Excellent. This hotel also walkable to Cenang Beach, only 1 minutes walk just infront.
