Excellent receptionist service. Prompt and proactive in resolving customer issue. Thanks to the female lady receptionist i was able to catch my train. Maybe for amenities such as body wash etc, will be good if is refilled each time room is made up.

The hotel is located right outside the central station, shopping centre, and public transport, making it very convenient to reach tourist destinations. The initial room on the fifth floor was dark, and the lights stopped working the following day. The cleaning staff did not proactively report the issue that they certainly would have noticed, and a room change was required because the technician was not available on a Sunday. The hotel provided a welcome drink ticket to compensate for the inconvenience, and the new room on the third floor was much better lit. Although the situation was poorly handled, the overall stay was nice.

Good hotel with a large room. Service could be improved, friendliness, and at the reception, you're not allowed to ask questions; the answer is that you can look online, etc. We're used to it differently from other 5-star hotels.

The room was nice, small but compact. TV was mainly Polish channels, but CNN and Euro News was available. Shower wasn't brilliant (poor head of pressure). Lack of facilities as you enter Lobby - save for a couple of seats in reception, the only other area was the bar which was open at restricted days/hours. Expected room to be cleaned daily, however, this has to be requested. Tea/Coffee very limited,basic - no coffee machine. Wardrobe had few hangers, but rest of room did have enough drawers and places to pop things on. Ordered Taxi at reception 'special taxi' @ 80 Zloty, only to find the Taxi driver wanted 130 Zloty at airport arrival. Clearly this was a bad mistake by the hotel and left us a little stressed, though in the end git charged 80 Zloty. I would put the overall experience as 3 to 3.1/2 rather than a 4*

This hotel isn't just close to the Christmas market; it feels like it's right inside it! The location was absolutely perfect, and it's super close to the bus stop too. As for amenities, it was simple, as is common in Europe, with no toothbrush, but I was grateful for the body lotion, especially for my dry winter skin. The shower pressure and temperature were both excellent. Plus, there were cute dwarf statues in front of the hotel building!

Perfectly located with many trams right in front of the door. Good soundproofing of the windows. Confortable beds and everything clean! Extensive breakfast buffet! One point of decline there is no ahorn syrup ;)

This hotel, beautifully converted from a historical landmark, features a magnificent, long palatial staircase that's absolutely stunning and perfect for photography – truly grand and beautiful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist with any request. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, with quiet and efficient air conditioning that ensured a comfortable stay.

Great hotel right downtown of Wroclaw. Within walking distance to old town. Eateries just downstairs of hotel. Earplugs.provided as you'll need them if you're a light sleeper like me. Great for 2 nights' stay. Would recommend.

Stayed one night for business and the hotel exceeded expectations on every front. The location next to the cathedral is genuinely impressive — quiet despite being central, which is rare. Room was spacious and well-thought-out, the sofa setup worked perfectly. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. The industrial-chic design feels intentional rather than trendy. Sky bar is worth a visit even if you're not staying long. Would book again without hesitation for future trips to Wroclaw.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s located right in the heart of the market square, making it perfect for exploring the area. Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!
