Perfect location, all staff really welcoming and helpful. Room as described. Breakfast really good lots of variety and vegan food as well.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Wroclaw is beautiful, definitely a must.

It was a small and cute room. The hotel toilet and the room were cleaned well, and I appreciated that the shower and toilet were separate. The hotel was located in a tourist area, so it was easy to get around. It was a little difficult to find the way into the hotel.

We are impressed by the decor - an architectural gem - attention to detail visible at every step, impeccable cleanliness - equipped with Lalique cosmetics. Perfect breakfasts, additionally something warm to choose from the menu. The SPA zone has its charm. We would like to thank the entire team of the Hotel for everything - you create the unique atmosphere of this place - special thanks to Mr. Maciej, Mr. Ignaś and Mr. Marta and all the reception staff. This is our first stay - but we are already planning another one.

Staff are generally friendly and courteous.
Breakfast is at PLN70 per pax if purchase in advance through Front Desk, worth every penny spent with extensive selections and cosy dining room.
Overall is an rxcellent stay experience, just the room requires a freshener, a bit musky smell to my liking.

The hotel is well located, less than 5 minutes from the bus station and one block from the train station. The room was very warm in the middle of winter, the bed was comfortable, the towels were clean every day, and there was a large desk with a lamp. I missed a plug on one side of the bed, but the other side did have a plug. A very positive point was that there was free mineral water, tea bags and instant coffee, and there were also cups and a kettle.

Staff were friendly and professional. Able to assist with bookings for leisure activities.
Garden suite room was spacious, although a tad dark due to poor lighting.
We didn’t eat here, but breakfast buffet looked amazing

very satisfied. The front desk service is very good, a bunch of beautiful women. The room was very quiet and there was a KFC in front of the hotel. Remember to bring your own slippers and dental appliances.

GGuest UserWhat a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.

NNikodemPiotrVery well located hotel, it's in town Centre but not by any busy street. Walking distance from railway as long you don't have a massive suitcase. Entrance to the hotel might be little bit confusing as part of the building is not in use. I loved the swimming pool with town views from top floor. There is also sauna included in the price. You got slippers and bathrobe provided.
Had no chance to try breakfast but I had dinner once and I was amazed how delicious it was. I've been using gym that is located in the same building. It's only 20 PLN for hotel guests and it's a good one.
Cash machine that is located inside the building by the reception was also very convenient for me.
It is a good hotel and worth the money.
I've been staying there couple of times and will continue to do so.

Felt safe..Fab check-in..Receptionists all lovely and night manager saved my day as I had lost my phone charger...he lent me one for the night!..Room was comfy..not many TV channels sadly..bed was comfy although pillows bit too soft. WIFI was brilliant..Sauna was excellent and hot. Shame no Steam Room..Lots of hot water and shower was good. Breakfast was plentiful and filling..lots of choices!..Location was excellent as was near Airport bus stop and major attractions just up the road. Highly recommended and I would return..Thank you!

KkthérèseI had a wonderful stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s located right in the heart of the market square, making it perfect for exploring the area. Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!

GGuest UserExcellent location (very close to town center), ideal as a starting for for town trips. The place is not a modern (glass and brick) hotel, it is located in an old-style building, old-fashioned, but if you spend time out in town, it does not matter. No air conditioning so it could matter if you get to visit the place during hot summer. There are pubs nearby so (I guess) it could get noisy (I guess as I did not experience this during my stay).
