Staying at the Aryaduta Lippo Village is a wonderful experience, truly feeling like a resort-like escape right in the city. The incredibly lush and expansive tropical gardens are immediately striking, creating a genuine urban oasis. A clear highlight is the massive lagoon-style swimming pool, a perfect spot for relaxation that reinforces the hotel's serene, family friendly atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful, making the entire visit pleasant and welcoming. While the hotel has a classic charm, it is very well-maintained with all the modern comforts needed for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

Very nice hotel, service is very good, we shifted from hotelroom 22m2 to a suite 47m2 with big balcony.
Minor remark if you ask to fixe the deposit box code you have to ask several times (normal in Indonesia).
Very friendly staff, especially Reza & Rully from the restaurant. My wife is gluten free and they asked the kitchen staff to prepare a special gluten free meal ! Thank you Reza & Rully.
The breakfast choice is great of course more Indonesian orientated but oké for us.
Menu card is sufficient and typical Indonesian but also have hamburger & pizza on the list. The sate I found dry.
Unfortunately Aston hotel has no Spa so no Pijit (Indonesian massage) mani- & pedicure facilities and we had to go to another hotel. We advise the hotel to have the pijit & mani- pedicure in-house .
The area is not very interesting but staying at the hotel was very nice because of the beach and swimming pool.
Overlooking everything it is fine for a stay for 3 or 4 days because limited interesting things to see and shopping facilities.

staying at this hotel is really an unforgettable experience!as soon as you enter the room,you are greeted with a wide and calming sea view. the balcony of the room is directly facing the sea,so every morning you can enjoy the sunrise while drinking coffee—it feels like a perfect holiday.
The hygiene of the room is very well maintained, the interior is aesthetic and comfortable. Full facilities: swimming pool, restaurant ok breakfast at 7-10 but over 9 o'clock is over, and the staff is very friendly and willing to help.
The location is also strategic, near the beach and tourist attractions. Another plus points: the sound of the waves slowly from the room makes sleep better.
anyway,if you are looking for a hotel with a beautiful sea view,quiet atmosphere,and top-notch service,this hotel is really a must-go to the wishlist!definitely come back if you come here

In the resort itself, there are so many activities to do. The room was really clean and the breakfast was alright. If you would like some privacy and a peace of mind, this the right place to stay. I was really pleasantly surprised by their service, efficient and polite. I ordered their room service twice and the food was amazing. Im not too sure what is around the area but definitely would stay here again.

Location is very good, near anyer wonderland and not too far from Cilegon.
Breakfast was Ok, plenty of variety of food and tasted ok.
Some walkways were under construction.
Overall good experience and stay at hotel, will comeback

I have never met a hotel with a price of over 1 million but the breakfast has such a taste
Even the selection of materials is not meticulous
Even the selection of ready-to-cook food is not checked whether there is anything worth serving or not worth it
The service is really good, the staff is amazing and friendly, the view of the hotel is 10/10 , the facilities 9/10

For room number 423 the french door is little bit broken, but the view is good (pool and beach view)

徐徐The first batch of Chinese people who stayed after the tsunami had excellent scenery. The boss staff were very friendly and sent three free dinners. Thank you for hoping that the disaster area could be rebuilt as soon as possible. The meals should be prepared and suitable for chartered buses.
