Beach Hotels in Maharashtra, India

We checked in again for 1 night after a week long stay in Trident. This time the room was dated. Hopefully it will be refurbished soon as our earlier stay was in the newly renovated room. The service and staff are excellent. View from the hotel was super.

I truely feel that here at The Taj, it is customer care not just routine customer service, everyone is so nice, friendly and kind.  My stay here has been more than just the hotel building itself, the people here made it extra special and a place I can’t wait to come back too 10 out of 10, would rate it even higher if I could 👍

I checked into the hotel early. The room wasn't ready yet so I went and had breakfast. The international buffet spread was really good, and service from restaurant staff was 10/10 - they were attentive and made sure I had everything. A while later, the reception staff came to inform me personally that my room was ready, and they gave me a nice quiet room like I asked for. There was an accident during my stay, in which the security guard accidentally broke my photo frame which I had just purchased. The duty manager was super nice and had it sent for repair, and next day, I was able to get my photo frame before I flew home. The staff were so apologetic, and sent me some lovely sweets as well as a sincere, handwritten note. Altogether, I had a wonderful stay and will be back if I'm ever in the area.

Wonderful experience. Excellent staff & service. Very nice room with great view of the Sealink Bridge and Mahim Bay.  Very good location - Hill Road shopping area, Elco, the pain poor’s place only ten minutes taxi ride away.  Minor shortcomings: there was too much furniture in the guest room the furniture was poorly laid out, the bath room sink faucet was loose, the quality of some breakfast food items could be better.

the hotel is very nice. cozy and spacious one for a solo traveler. cleanliness of the room is a must so this is perfect. their stuffs also are very accommodating, friendly and kind. im seeing myself checking in here again in the future❤️❤️❤️

JW Marriott never disappoints. The staff were lovely, the breakfast buffet was lovely, the room was lovely and everything else. A hotel brand which can always be trusted and reliable.

The property is truly impressive. From the photos showcasing its creation, it's clear that the owner has invested a lot of heart and soul into it. However, the fern has recently taken over the area. The property has some age to it, and we had read reviews mentioning that the villas require maintenance. We opted for the executive room with a partial beach view. The room was spacious, and we had a wonderful time. The highlight was undoubtedly the stunning beach view through the garden—a view to die for. The beachside restaurant offered delicious cocktails and snacks, though it was a bit pricey, which is expected for such a property. Angpa, our server at the restaurant, was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast buffet at Atlantis restaurant was just okay—not the best—seemingly due to limited staff managing a large number of guests. Our son thoroughly enjoyed the kids' water pool, which was fantastic. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely plan to visit again.

Facilities: 5-star hotel standard configuration; Hygiene: The room is cleaned on time every day and is very clean; Environment: Convenient to travel, the sea view from the top floor is very good, very quiet Service: Very enthusiastic, because there are children, doormen, front desk staff, restaurant service staff, service members with glasses on the roof, restaurant chefs, and lobby ***agers, all of whom take good care of us. They will take care of us no matter where the children go. They take good care of the children and are very enthusiastic. I am very grateful for the warm service provided by the hotel. Although it is no longer a sea view room, their service attitude makes me recognize this hotel. Thank you to the hotel for preparing cakes, fruits and drinks for the children every day!

The hotel has great location. The view is to die for!The view is the best part of this hotel. But to be honest it has become little old. It’s furniture and rooms are not so impressive. People and staff are nice but I would skip staying here again since it’s a 5 star property but doesn’t give that vibe.

The hotel is ok. The staff is helpful and allowed us to move to a different room. Cleaning is daily. Breakfast is available, a mini buffet, but we weren't particularly impressed with the taste (it was spicy). We had to ask for food to be brought to us because it ran out quickly, and the dining area isn't very cozy.
