Etant originaire de la région du Borinage mais ayant déménagé à la côte, depuis plusieurs années, je ne connaissais pas cet établissement pourtant je passais toutes les semaines dans sur cette route pour aller à Masnuy.
Je dois souligner que l'accueil, qui pour moi est important, de 24h/24 est formidable. Propreté parfaite, emplacement idéal et pas loin du centre de Mons.

Guest UserThe hotel is relatively close to the airport. By bus, it takes 5 minutes to get there, but the ticket costs 6€, which is not cheap at all. By taxi, it costs 10€. And walking, it's about 15-20 minutes because you have to go all the way around the airport. The facilities are old. There's no hairdryer, no heating, and you can hear EVERYTHING!!! YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR LUGGAGE AT RECEPTION!! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS... The best part about this place was the breakfast.

I arrived on the Thursday evening and was informed right away that there was a gas leak in the city and there will be no hot water for the duration of my stay. I’m aware this is not the hotels fault but as a result they offered no help or solutions to the matter. There was no kettle in the room and I even asked and they said no to a kettle, we got offered no discount off breakfast or anything extra for the inconvenience, other hotels in the surrounding area with the same issue, offered free breakfast, drinks, snacks and kettle so that they could boil water to have a hot wash etc…I was there 4 nights and had to have cold showers for the duration…really poor hotel offerings!

We stayed for only a night to chase an early morning flight. We were delighted by the family room - a sofa bed for the kids and a queen bed for parents. The room layout is great, it has 2 smart TVs, clean furnitures, and offered shuttle service for 25euros for 4 people. We had a good night's sleep.
We did wish it had a bidet for the toilet. Without a car, it is a bit difficult to go around with no nearby shops or restaurants. However, as an airport hotel, we still recommend this for a good night's sleep.
