The TV is positioned in a way that allows you to watch comfortably from the bed or couch. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff speak English and are very helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The only downside is that the bathroom doesn’t have a full door—just a half-glass partition—so water can easily get outside. However, the hotel is in a safe area in Cali, and for the price, it’s an amazing place to stay. Highly recommended!

RRitazhou0527The breakfast is very rich, much better than the breakfast in the Bogota Hotel! There is a swimming pool and spa in the hotel, which makes it feel like a vacation. The waiters are also very friendly. There is a relatively safe white hotel taxi at the door, which is about the same price as uber, very good!

GGuest UserPersonal was not friendly. Only give two towels. We were 3 person in the room. I always asking for extra towel.
As a question they don’t know anything. I try to cancel first day. I didn’t like how ungrateful personal. I couldn’t cancel it .

The breakfast was very rich, with meat, eggs and fresh juice, which was quite good.

AAnonymous UserThe room was nice, but it was a bit noisy at night when there was a song and dance performance. But it is convenient in every aspect, there is a shopping mall downstairs. Lots to eat. Shops, department stores, and supermarkets not far away. There is no drinking bottled water in the room.
