Hotels With Pool in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan

The hot spring hotel is close to Hitoyoshi IC and Hitoyoshi Station. There is a fresh food supermarket opposite, which is very convenient. The environment is very good. The Kuma River flows right under the window and it is very close to the Hitoyoshi Castle ruins. The room facilities are old, the bathrobes provided are not cotton, the hotel service staff are enthusiastic and the explanations are clear and concise.

The resort location is accessible actually by bus from tateno 立野 station and the last bus is in the evening you may check the timetable online. We did not drive and leaving the accommodation is less convenient because all taxis were booked out but the staff was very friendly as to driving us to the nearby train station to continue our journey to Aso Volcano. Service was good. The private onzen was amazing and we were able to use it for one hour. The public bath was good too but the amenities they provided inside were not as enough, eg they don't have comb for ladies and make up removing pads. Other than that, cleanliness was amazing and staff were friendly, rooms had amazing Mountain View's.

It was a very enjoyable trip 😀 The breakfast was delicious and beautiful. The service was impressive, and everyone's smiles were soothing. The view from the window was amazing, and I watched the sunset from my room. The historic hot spring was warm and comfortable. I want to go again ♪

The hotel is located on the mountain, the scenery is beautiful, there is a swimming pool, but it is not enough time, there is a hot spring, it is best to drive more convenient, the waiter will only speak Japanese when checking in, but it is polite, most of the hotel guests are Japanese, the breakfast is rich and delicious!

It's less than a 20-minute walk from Aso Station and easy to find. You can see the volcano right outside the window, so you can sleep in, check the weather, and then head to Aso Volcano without rushing. The Western-style breakfast is very generous.

It is very close to Aso Volcano. I stayed in the new hotel. Because it had just been renovated, the room was relatively large. The decoration of the room was very new and the layout was simple. The scenery outside the balcony was beautiful. It was a comfortable stay. The front desk clerk is a foreigner, easy to communicate with and polite. When I asked if there was a room with a private hot spring pool that we could upgrade to, the waiter took the initiative to arrange a family bath for me to enjoy for free during our designated time period. This Very thoughtful. The buffet dinner and breakfast provided by the hotel were average. The food was not rich in variety and not hot enough. This was the only thing that disappointed us.

The hotel rooms were spacious and showed signs of age, but felt clean. The front desk staff spoke Mandarin and explained the hotel facilities in great detail. Guests could enjoy the onsen (hot spring) within the hotel grounds, and there were also several other outdoor onsen accessible by the hotel's shuttle bus, which took about 2 minutes. The breakfast selection was extensive, and everything was delicious.

The hotel facilities are good. It’s a small resort hotel. It’s far away. I took the triangle line from Kumamoto to the Delta. I wanted to take a ferry to get to the hotel. But when I asked about the ferry, I had to wait for more than an hour. I called a taxi. The hotel is 4,500 yen. The lounge chairs and hot springs on the balcony of the room are comfortable, the blue sea and blue sky hot springs, I really enjoyed it, and the dinner and breakfast are both Western-style. I like it very much. When I booked, I knew that there were dolphins nearby. However, when I asked Ctrip to ask if I could arrange to watch dolphins at sea, I was told that there was none. When I arrived at the hotel, I found that there are not only discounts, but also hotel guests can also have discounts, but because I was told that I could not arrange them, I had already booked through other channels, so I did not enjoy the discounted fare, which is not satisfactory.

The hotel is okay, but quite old and outdated, so I'd say it should be cheaper for what they provide. Location is perfect for an overnight before your flight though. Stuff is friendly and helping, also they gift you a tasty ice cream. Hot bath also looks old, but it's a nice addition to relax before sleep, you can even watch the stars late evening in onsen. You can see the mountains from your window and lots of green houses) Breakfast cost is 1500 jpy, I didn't use this option. Overall everything was okay, but I believe they need to renovate rooms.

The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast offers a great variety. The service is superb, and it's very conveniently located. It's probably the most luxurious hotel in the area, complete with indoor and outdoor hot springs!
