Attending a wedding client  to the Tinto so was a really suitable venue to stay.  The hotel was welcoming and nicely decorated with the room having everything I needed.  Would definitely recommend.

Nice straight forward hotel. Not luxurious but clean with nice beds, decent towels etc. despite being located inside a motorway service station, very quite too. Tea/coffee facilities are provided along with Freeview TV. Good value for money.

Not very happy about services , first of all the breakfast was very very low quality , not any type of fruit was available, no juice apart of a box just can get 45p from Asda No croissant at all Toilet flush handle was exactly back side of your seat and covered by toilet lid when you on seat ,, When i booked the hotel was promised room will be air conditioned but when get room a 10 inch table fan was as air conditioned 😆 which was very noisy at night Cleaning was good Staff was well behaved

Great value for money and excellent standards of cleanliness and comfort. Quirky and unusual but pleasant stay if comfortable with unfamiliar surroundings and unusual happenings particularly in relation to dining and service

Family room is very special

We stayed the night of 12th September at this hotel to split up our journey. The hotel was in an excellent location and easy to find with ample off-road parking and in a very quiet area for being just off the motorway! Hotel staff were excellent- friendly, polite and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, ample amenities and we had a beautiful view over the racecourse. Breakfast was delicious with many choices. Would certainly stay again!

The room is generally good, there is food in front of it, the breakfast is rich, the breakfast price is less than 100 yuan, the potato cake is more delicious, and the roast is delicious.

Everything you would expect from a Holiday Inn. Comfortable, clean, good service and value for money. Location was a little further out but no big issue. Easy access to the motorway and a quick journey to Glasgow.

Very friendly staff and a lovely hotel

住下來感覺挺滿意的，房間比預想中舒服，衞生也做得不錯。酒店環境比較安靜，晚上休息得很好。工作人員態度也不錯，有問題溝通起來比較方便，整體體驗很好。
