The room was very clean and tidy, but I could hear cars racing downstairs. The outdoor pool was just okay, located in an enclosed area. The shuttle bus was very frequent. There were two restaurants, which is quite a lot for a hotel near the airport.

The location is pretty good; it's not the closest to the airport, but still acceptable. You can wait for the hotel shuttle at the red sign near the baggage claim on the second floor of the airport. It runs every half hour. Important: You need to wave at the bus for it to stop! The shuttle drivers are very friendly and nice! Thumbs up! 👍 The hotel facilities are just average, and the front desk service is also mediocre, but the housekeeping staff are quite friendly. The water pressure in the shower and at the sink is quite low, which might be due to California's water conservation efforts. The price is among the lower ones compared to other hotels in the area, but they charge extra if you check in before the official time. I recommend confirming this with the hotel in advance.

The hotel is in a great location, right near Union Square. If you like walking, you can practically reach all the downtown attractions on foot from here. Interestingly, when you enter through the side door of the hotel, there's a cable car parked inside – I'm not sure if it's for display or still operational, but I did take a ride on a cable car at a station near the hotel later. Inside the room, beyond the towels and large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, there was nothing else. Not even a disposable shower cap. There was no complimentary bottled water either. While there was a capsule coffee machine, there was no kettle, so I had to ask the housekeeper for one. The bar on the 46th floor has fantastic views; it's a great spot for a drink and to enjoy San Francisco at night. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but I'm sure it's nice too.

Pretty decent hotel. The breakfast, in particular, was extensive with a great mix of Western and Chinese options, something for everyone. After a week in the US, I finally found a hotel with good value for money. Highly recommend it, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel.

Very good, the only drawback is that there is a building being built next door, it is too dusty, noisy, and the group of rooms opposite are too close.

The ground is lovely with garden and pool. The entrance hall is also very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is a bit old but still clean and comfortable. Thanks

The room, how can I put it? The soundproofing was awful. I could clearly hear coughing from the room on my left and the TV from the room on my right – every sound was crystal clear. This is simply not the level of sound insulation a hotel should provide. On the plus side, its proximity to the airport was excellent.

absolutely matched our expectations. great location, fast , responsive and friendly front desk staff assisted all the time whatever question was, rooms are  spacy, beds are comfortable, coffee/tea maker easy to operate, breakfast was perfect with plenty of meat and drinks, pancakes were awesome. i certainly recommend this crown plaza

My stay at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles was quite a unique experience. I absolutely loved the grand historic architecture—the building is stunning and full of old-world charm, making it feel like stepping back in time. However, some aspects of the stay were less impressive. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming and repetitive, and it was sometimes difficult to get help from the staff. I often had to go down to the reception myself to get a bottle of water each day, which was inconvenient. The location was also not ideal for first-time visitors to the city. The surrounding downtown area did not feel very comfortable to explore, especially at night, and compared to other downtown areas we have visited, it felt less welcoming and not safe. The hotel definitely has a very distinctive atmosphere—beautiful, historic, and at times a little strange and eerie, especially in the basement area where the pool and gym are located, which adds to its character. Overall, it was an interesting stay mainly because of the incredible architecture and history of the place.f
