It's challenging to find the entrance of the hotel without making a first mistake to bypass it. There is no microwave and no little fridge in the room even though I've upgraded to a Deluxe room. You have to pay extra fee for them. No slippers, no robes without requesting either. Even when I was at the front desk asking this female staff for them, she kept me waiting for over 10 min to give me an answer yes. Yet, nothing was delivered. I think the front desk, especially during late night, is not up to par. That said, I'm giving a shoutout to the front desk staff Sabrina, who is very understanding, helpful, and patient. Hilton should hire people like her to be the customer service face.

Overall, it's good. The hotel front desk is very enthusiastic, and the kitchen aunt is also good. The dining environment around the hotel is also good. It's just an example. The room I stayed in was 133. The stool lifting handle, I wonder if the previous guest brought a dog? The dog bit the plastic handle into a sharp shape, and it would scratch the leg if you are not careful. The front desk helped to get alcohol and other disinfectants. It is recommended to check the management of room facilities so that the subsequent guest experience will be more perfect. The room I stayed in is just an example, and the store is generally good. Another thing is fruit, especially oranges. Maybe they have been stored for a long time after purchase, and some of them have slight mold on the skin. I also hope that the store will pay attention to it so that the guests will have a better experience in the future. I wish the store to keep improving and have a more prosperous business. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. The hotel breakfast is mainly Western.

The hotel is very close to the expressway and surrounded by different restaurant that is 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. There are different kinds of food to choose from every breakfast. The staffs are very accommodating and respond quickly to our request. I definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. 😄😄😄👏👏👏

I stayed here for three days. The service was great. Room was clean, and housekeeping did an excellent mid stay cleaning. The actual room was older, and that included the mattress. It was very lumpy and uncomfortable. I woke up sore a few times. Overall great hotel, just really in need of updates.

I drove by and stayed for one night. The price/performance ratio was good. It was an upgraded motel, so parking was free. However, the guy at the front desk seemed to dislike Chinese people. He kept splitting up to serve other Europeans and Americans during the check-in process and gave us a room far from the front desk. The next day, the lady was much more enthusiastic. There were several breakfast sets. You could choose one. The portion was large, but the waiting time was quite long.

I went to the Bay Area to meet classmates I hadn't seen for many years on the weekend. I chose this hotel which opened in 2021. The room is quite large, the facilities are quite new, and there are not many guests on weekends, which is great. The transportation is also convenient. You can basically reach everything in more than ten minutes by car.

The environment is very good, but the quilt in the room is not clean. It may be because no one lives on the top floor. I was assigned such a room. I had allergies after sleeping in it. This is the first time. During the Texas hurricane last year, I didn't have allergies in such a rubbish. I hope the store pays attention to the hygiene of the quilt. There is no garbage bag in the trash can in the room. There is a lake outside. The environment is very good. There are wild geese, teals, green-headed ducks and other birds and animals that have overwintered. They are not afraid of people when walking. They often come to feed them when they see people. There is a small dining area on the other side of the lake. There are Chinese food, Starbucks, and a Southeast Asian restaurant. It is very convenient. It is 10 minutes away from the airport. It is convenient to rent a car.

Service was good espc front desk. However, our room has dented walls, pet fur, plus toilet bowl was shaking when sat on it. As we had a packed schedule, there was no time to feedback to reception. Bathoom door was old and peeling. Forgot to take pics as verification. Rooms needed refurbished. Was staying in Rm 809 for 2 nites.

Not much in terms of location, just need to get access to the uni and at the right rate. Breakfast is a bit boring, self-service pre-made coffee and just some muffins. They should have specified this on the breakfast choice limitation so ppl won't expect too much or has a clear choice if they would go for breakfast package etc.

AAnonymous UserHotel Spero offers a charming boutique stay in San Francisco with stylish decor, friendly staff, and eco-friendly touches. Rooms are cozy, and the location is convenient but can be busy. At Jasper, the hotel’s restaurant, the yogurt parfait is a fresh and light breakfast option with creamy yogurt, berries, and granola. A great choice for comfort and character.

SSHUMEIHotel location is very good, in Union Square, walking to the Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf, but the city of San Francisco is a lot of tramps, marijuana taste is really disgusting. Hotel health is OK, although the price is not low but can not be measured by domestic price standards, the old elevator is also a bit special.

GGuest UserOverall: would stay again! Nice hotel, room, bar, food, very convenient location. LOCATION: Convenient! Right next to DOCO and the Golden 1 Center. Old Sac is a few minutes walk away. Public transport nearby. HOTEL: The decor was a lovely, sophisticated, modern take on various historical periods. Music is a theme, nodding to the historic past of the building. Balcony bar - Art Deco. Clean, eye-catching, charming. Emerald velvet chairs and gold-toned metal accents, whimsical 1920’s & ‘30’s music playing overhead, and servers dressed in simple roaring ‘20’s attire. Menu: Small bites. Phyllo baked brie, oysters, ahi poke, short ribs, Asian lettuce wraps, and more. 1st floor restaurant - “7th Street Standard”, is the name. Bright & elegant with simplicity. This restaurant can be a standalone; it’s better than a “hotel restaurant” in food quality, artistry, and presentation. Didn’t eat here this time, but have before. I recall everything being good! Great drinks last time!! Had happy hour drinks this time ($10), still great! Handcrafted, fresh, subtle sweetness for balance, nothing syrupy or fake-colored (reg price $15). Happy hour food and drinks available 3-6pm. Full menu includes trout, salmon, pork belly, and other goodies. ROOM: I like the decor. The lamps were cool: gold dipped bulbs, bronze-colored cones, retro meets are deco feel. There’s a handy motion-censored light under the bathroom vanity when you don’t want to turn on a bright light at night, light-framed mirror for easy getting ready, spacious bathroom. Views from my particular room were not worth seeing. Good blackout curtains in-room, lots of natural light when open. Bathroom basics included: shampoo, conditioner, lotion soap. Not included: q-tips, cotton balls, etc. The mini fridge could fit some small leftover food boxes. Plenty of outlets near the bed. I don’t recall any food snacks offered for sale. $5 Fiji. Open rack closet, and drawers available. I believe my room was 320 sqft, with enough space to roll out a mat and do a room workout, if that’s your thing (or gym on 4th floor). AREA OFFERINGS: There’s a Starbucks Reserve steps from the hotel and many places to eat, drink & entertain within easy walking distance (steakhouse, bowling alley, movies, rooftop pool bar, beer vault, and SO much more!). While it’s a nice area (million-dollar condos and attractions next door), another block over in one direction becomes a not-so-nice area (homelessness and refuse), so just be mindful of what direction you’re heading, if that bothers you. PARKING: There are unattended daily parking lots right next to the hotel ($13-$16ish/10hrs), hourly metered parking, attended hourly/daily lots, valet ($40 seems to get you 2-day parking with in & out privileges; I valeted early evening, pickup needed before 2:45-ish a.m. on the third day). Valet had a very easy texting system. They texted me my valet ticket with a clickable link to call my car when desired. The link let me know the progress of my incoming car (“requested”, “on the way”, “ready”), so I knew exactly when I needed to head out and could enjoy my time until then. You can tip through the link, too.

HHankuohaiThe hotel is in Silicon Valley, and a Tesla factory is right next to it. After a traffic light, there is a small dining area with several Chinese restaurants. The room is not big, the size of a normal room in China. The hotel gave 3 small bottles of water, and the bed was comfortable. The room is not cleaned and cleaned every day, only towels are changed. Hot water, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, these are not available in almost every hotel in the United States.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located on a peninsula, with the bay front and back, and the scenery is beautiful. It is a few kilometers away from downtown, so it is convenient to drive to shopping and eating. There is a parking lot downstairs for 30 knives a day. The front desk service attitude is very good, and the check-in is very fast. The room facilities are a bit old, and there is a small balcony with a sea view. The bathroom is generally clean, but a cockroach was found in the bathroom.

YYC008Here's why we gave the experience 3 stars; First of all, when we booked the hotel, neither Trip.com nor The Aster, Los Angeles, mentioned anything about the rooftop being closed on the dates we booked. On May 13 and May 14, we stayed in room 3 0 6. The hotel pictures showed and bragged about having a rooftop and plenty of pics of people there, and nowhere was revealed anywhere on their website or Trip.com that would not be available on those dates. When we reached out to Trip.com, they pretty much said that the rooftop amenities weren't listed as part of our package. Really Trip.com? You have to list the rooftop as the amenity... Got it. That was so lame a response. Everyone knows people book due to the pictures, and this was a seriously lame response from the Trip.com customer support personnel. We decided to save our opinion for this review. The Aster had nice people, but it's hard to believe the availability missing on their website is a detail they would miss. Their hotel has impeccable detail and design. One can only surmise they conveniently left out the information because people would obviously not book there and go somewhere else. I told the front receptionist this as we were checking in. She mentioned, well, it said it on *******. But we didn't book through *******, we booked through Trip.com. And those specific details were not evident. After July 1st the Government is getting stricter on transparency with hotels having to mention things so we missed this window, but we're happy to hold hotels like The Aster accountable:-) Also, on Wednesday, we checked out, and they had a fire alarm drill test that lasted about 10 minutes. They forgot to mention another minor ”inconvenience” when we booked on their website. It was at 10 am. It wasn't so bad, but to state the obvious, they left out the ability for customers to decide by not making that information transparent during the booking process. It's not like the fire department or tech people didn't schedule that in advance. 1. If you book through Trip.com, please make sure you specify, call their customer support, and get it in writing. The clickbait and pictures seem shady and sketchy and reflect a lack of credibility in the process. 2. Trip.com asked which room we wanted to be in. When we picked the room, we picked the city-view balcony. But we got put in the poolside view instead. It wasn't bad, but that was missing in the booking details that Trip.com sent to The Aster. My fiance ended up being okay with the poolside view, but it should have been in the booking details via Trip.com. So please, please make sure you watch this if you book through them and call the hotel in advance. Lastly, the decor, valet, and, in general, the service people were very nice and thoughtful. We would give them 5 stars.
