The hotel was very noisy and I could barely sleep. The carpet was very old with stains on it. The bathroom shower curtain was equally old and stained. There were no charging wall sockets by the bed. If you are looking for a short, quick overnight stay, you may be able to endure the very poor service but for the price of a room, one is better off paying a little more to get better value.

It's great to live by yourself. The space is suitable. The service is very good. The light was broken at first, so I changed the room and the light was broken. I don't know what happened to me. I don't want to say it.

Thank you! The room was beautifully decorated, super clean, and comfortable with the most comfortable bed of any hotel that I have stayed in by a long way!

Picked this place because it was close to the station. Excellent place to stay- staff goes above and beyond. Clean and quiet rooms- excellent breakfast (well worth the 10 pounds extra). Highly recommend

The hotel is just next to the railway station, great location. The service is good as well. The room is clean and warm. However, WiFi is very very slow. The location is very good, just outside the train station, about 500 meters from the city center. The service staff responded quickly, but the internet speed was very slow.

We’ve stayed in this hotel lots of times but it now needs some refurbishing. The areas all look tired including the bedroom and bathroom. We had a superior room overlooking the lake but one window was completely steamed up blocking some of the view. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the corridors are all scruffy. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice. Parking is easy So lots of good points. Just needs some TLC

此次英國行最滿意的酒店沒有之一！強烈推薦給去斯旺西的各位～ 酒店靠近斯旺西的three cliffs bay，非常漂亮的森林小道開進去豁然開朗的大莊園。很有年代感但硬件並不陳舊。 管家小姐姐服務超好，我們全家到時已經日落時間了，免費給了一人一杯英式奶茶+小點心，長途驅車完真的感覺超棒（也是一路上唯一有welcome drink的）。第二天的早餐也很贊，從環境到菜品，不再衹是English full breakfast 還能點上一些不一樣的包括此行最好吃的本尼迪克蛋。 斯旺西本身也很值得到訪，three cliffs bay離酒店車程5分鐘，rhossili bay車程30分鐘，都很推薦～

When I came back at night, I saw her sitting in the parking lot outside the hotel. The service staff was only polite. The room was clean. There were only crackers left in the room.
