Great hotel for the price, new, in a good area, plenty of city parking, good breakfasts (omelets, sausages, eggs, vegetables, sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, tea, juices, instant coffee, buckwheat). The room is clean and bright, has air conditioning, and the receptionists speak good English.

The hotel has a great view and the balcony overlooks the entire city. The facilities are also relatively complete, the waiter is very friendly and helps provide European conversion sockets. The breakfast was rich and very satisfying.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can see the Golden Fleece Fountain outside the window. The hygiene is average. The room facilities are also average. It is relatively old. The service attitude is very good. It is a pity that there is no conversion plug. Domestic friends remember to bring their own.

We spent two wonderful days in this hotel. We lived in the central building, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there is a sofa, table, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, tea/coffee. Clean bottled water for each guest. All plumbing works properly. Breakfasts are served in the restaurant on the 1st floor, everyone can find something tasty for themselves. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, there are recreation areas with hammocks and swings, access to the river. Play area for kids. Several swimming pools, sauna and hamam. Guests ”from outside” also come to the pool, so there are a lot of people until the evening. Although, perhaps it was like that for us, because of the weekend. We had dinner on the hotel grounds, in a restaurant in the form of a kvevri, they cook quickly, deliciously. In general, we were 100% satisfied with the place.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5) Stayed: July 2 – July 4, 2025 Room: Standard Double or Twin Room The hotel is decent for a short stay. Room was basic but clean, with comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. Staff was polite, but not very proactive — had to follow up twice for extra towels. Location is a plus if you're exploring the area, and it's walkable to a few cafes and stores. Breakfast was average — enough to get by but not much variety. Great value for budget travelers, but don’t expect any luxury touches. ✅ Worth it for short stays or transit.
