The hotel service is OK, and the attitude is good. Help with luggage, free parking, valet parking. The hotel is large, with many rooms, beautiful outdoor environment, but the room is not big. The balcony near the seaside can see the sunrise and sunset, which is very beautiful, and of course you can also listen to the sound of the waves all night. There are many customers, and the whole hotel lobby is very lively.
Very beautiful property by the beach with magnificent bay views. Rooms are big and modern with very comfy beds and pillows. Several pools with plenty of sunloungers and extra fluffy towels. Very good quality breakfast with extensive choice, and many food options for dinner in the Agora “village” within the premises. The only issue is the service at breakfast, which is lacklustre and feels a bit chaotic.
All in all, I will recommend this hotel and will be glad to stay here again!
The hotel front desk is very capable of solving problems. Due to the time difference, our reservation date was wrong, and the kind front desk guy quickly helped solve the problem.
Checked in late at night but went as smooth as possible.
Ocean view room was spacious and clean. Fresh, nicely pressed sheets on the bed.
The breakfast should not be missed, fruit, meats, cheeses and hot food as well - I don't why but recommend the rice pudding I was a big fan 😅. Having your breakfast as you look upon the ocean is blissful.
Gym gets the job done if you know what you're doing. Pool is big and welcoming. Bar is open until ”1AM” or there abouts. Personnel are accommodating and helpful.
15min walk from the town. Plenty of delightful restaurants in and around the town. Costa Rica has some excellent gyros.
Costa dock is ~10min taxi to catch water taxis to the Spetsas etc - which is great in its own right.
Great value, very comfortable stay, solid location, and exceptional personnel. 5/5 would recommend.
Beautiful old building with amazing views in a super cute mountain town. Service was great, super friendly, clean, and quiet. I would recommend it and hope I can return. Thanks
We stayed here several years ago and were impressed. Beautiful hotel, the food was excellent as was welcome. Now… sadly, it was different. Still beautiful buildings in a beautiful spot. The customer service is poor, the food average but expensive. The seating area near reception has been abandoned, so difficult to get served drink or coffee here, in a wonderful part of the hotel , which is a shame.
Pools nice ,
The hotel’s wine is good. But we were overcharged in restaurant, which fortunately we noticed.
All in all, a disappointing experience.

We enjoyed our stay at Nikki Beach! Breakfast had many delicious options, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was excellent. The location is perfect as we visited both Hydra and Spetses, not to mention Porto Heli!

QQinghuayizhilianNafplio is a great beachfront hotel. A few steps away is the seaside, and the public parking on the seaside is free. The room has a small balcony where you can sit on the outdoor balcony and drink coffee in the sun. The hotel's restaurant environment and breakfast are very good. What touched me was that we had to leave the plane before breakfast time on the third day. The breakfast box was sent the night before the hotel. In fact, the full set of two breakfasts was moved to the room. Bread, dessert, eggs, yogurt, fruit plate, Honey, it's so rich! The seafood restaurant recommended by the beautiful lady at the front desk is also great. It is a family restaurant that has been inherited for 150 years and five generations.
If you come to the town again in the future, the first choice is 3-sixty
GGuest UserAmazing location giving wonderful views…..but definitely not a five star hotel. No bar, main reception closed and new reception is a small office. overall in serious need of renovation. One of the main attractions of the hotel is that you can access the old town of Nafplio via lifts directly from the hotel. There were three and two had obviously been out of order for me many months m. The 3rd broke down while we were there and we had a long hot walk into town. The lift that does occasionally work is filthy , covered in graffiti and smells of urine and would be an embarrassment to a 1star hotel. Overall, over priced, dated and dejected. We stayed as we didn’t believe the other reviews… they were all accurate! Avoid
AAnonymous UserSecond stay at this place and probably the last. Staff are kind, but rooms ('standard', 'cozy') are so small that 1 trolley doesn't fit! Can you imagine a brand new 4* hotel where you can't open your bag due to lack of space? Soundproofness doesn't exist - we could hear every person passing by, each door opening or child screaming, not to speak about neighbors' bathroom. Breakfast below Greek standards - very limited vegetarian options and healthy choices; peanut butter low quality with palm oil, coffee payable and no fresh orange juice. No body lotion- even if you call reception. There are so many great options in the town, no need to go back to Naus.
GGuest UserExcellent service, but I suggest you rethink the spa pool policy in the low season. The outside pool was closed for the winter, and no point in booking a more expensive room with an attached private pool (unheated), which leaves the downstairs spa pool. Charging guests to use this for 45-minute sessions meant the pool was empty and unavailable for a spontaneous dip. Perhaps instead, you can allow a limited number of guests to use the pool at any one time.
Location: There's a well-lit path into town, but it's a LONG walk. The hotel was very helpful in arranging a taxi.
Breakfast was excellent.
Service was friendly and attentive.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel!!
1. Impression: a nice hotel with many promises. Wherever it is able to fulfill them.
2. A hotel clean for relaxation - detoxification from daily and food (because it proposes a more vegan kitchen to customers)
3. The spa space where the score is 10/10 is excellent.
4. It has several team programmes.
5. Well, it's smart enough for breakfast as you serve at the hotel restaurant.
6. All personal kindness - willingness.
Negatively: (where I would like the hotel to be engaged)
I guess that's all.
I'd like to have packages up to a sum for the hotel's customers.
Because I have looked at the price list quite a lot for what you'll do from the time you're in hotels, but the price is up to -40%.
If you make a more attractive price list I think you'll be one of the best hotels with a spa theme. Or make special packages!!
We'll definitely come back!!!!
TTravel_with_soo_yanMy stay at Alexandros Hotel was amazing! The room is clean and spacious, a lovely balcony too! I especially love their breakfast, there is a wide variety of choices, I tasted many greek food there! Staff is also very helpful and friendly, parking is never a problem and there're choices of restaurants and supermarkets around the area.
BBergenThe location was not great if you are not traveling with a car. I used the bus and cabs to get to Kalamata. Walking around Messini was not ideal, but I did manage. The staff was very nice. The room had a balcony, which I enjoyed. My biggest issue with the room itself was that the air conditioning didn’t work, at least not properly.
