"The room itself was sufficient, cozy, and clean, with a properly functioning air conditioner 👌. However, there was one issue that I felt the staff could have handled better. We had to change rooms because the door lock system was faulty. Besides from a simple apology, there was no service recovery or effort to make up for the inconvenience. We were also informed that our new room would be ready around 1:00 PM, but we only managed to check in at almost 3.00 PM. This made the experience quite an inconvenience, as we had to wait much longer than expected. But yeah location was good, near the subway station, good spot if you are a foodie, quick grocer run was really convenient for us too."

AAnonymous UserCheck-in time was flexible; we arrived early and were immediately given a room to rest, which was a huge plus for those arriving on early flights. Our standard room was on the 5th floor, a typical hotel room setup with good natural light and plenty of sunshine. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. In contrast, the bathroom had a much more distinctive design. A highlight was the small spa pool on the basement level, which had a unique vibe, wasn't crowded, and was very relaxing. It's complimentary for guests. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge selection, everything was relatively tasty, especially the Hungarian baked eggs, which were exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended! PS: There was a wedding party on the day we checked in, and the music was quite loud at night, but fortunately, we couldn't hear it much from the 5th floor.

DDingxiangmaoThe location is central, which is convenient. The hotel facilities are complete, with lockers, locks, and a private bathroom and shower. The only downside is that the shower is too small and shared between men and women, which compromises privacy. There's a kitchen where you can boil water and heat food, which is a plus.

TTsinEX1997The room is incredibly spacious, even larger than suites in many high-end or luxury hotels. The service is excellent, and the breakfast pastries are top-notch. This is an absolute gem of a hotel, highly recommended! 👍

PpuffyCloudVery close to the metro, easy to get to the airport and main attractions. Close to the central market, many restaurants nearby. Convenient to travel within the city. The room size is good. The bed is comfortable. With individual bed light and socket near each bed. The bathroom is tiny but clean. A cooking panel installed inside the room, amenities are great. Access to the shared bathroom which means that everyone can shower at the same time. The shared bathroom is also clean, and even more spacious. Luggage storage is free and safe with a lock. There's also a large common area and shared kitchen. Considering the price, location, amenities and quality, highly recommended.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for four days, and I've grown quite fond of it. I found the transportation incredibly convenient, especially if you're planning to leave Hungary by train to your next city, as the train station (Keleti pályaudvar) is right at your doorstep. For daily commutes, you'll mainly rely on subway transfers. However, I must mention that this area, being Keleti, doesn't feel as safe as other parts of the city. It can get a bit chaotic at night, especially on the streets to the right of the hotel, which are often quite deserted. I had their breakfast here, and unfortunately, I never got to try their stir-fried noodles; it was stir-fried rice every day. I heard they used to have amazing stir-fried noodles. They generally offer yogurt, fruits, cheese, and various dishes, though the bread selection isn't extensive. Overall, I think this hotel is quite good. Their hospitality and service are also commendable; when I first arrived, I rested in their lobby, and they provided water and fruit. Room service was decent too!

GGuest UserThe Estilo Fashion Hotel has great service, a comfortable room and a good location. We arrived in Budapest much later than expected and were very thankful to the staff and their speedy check in process that allowed us to get to our river cruise reservation on time. The staff were friendly and helpful each time we interacted with them. The location was perfect for us. We were steps away from the Fővám tér station which had metro and tram service to many of Budapest's major sites like the parliament, chain bridge, Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion and many more. We were also steps away from the large Central Market Hall and we were on the popular Vaci Street so there were plenty of souvenirs, restaurants, bars, cafes and other conveniences close by. We took the metro from the station by the hotel that gave us easy access to the Kelenfold Station (to get to/from Vienna or Bratislava), The room was compact but there was enough space for all of our things. It was a bit narrow with the placement of the desk and chair at the foot of the bed but we shuffled around to get by. There was a large storage cabinet as well as hangers for our things to help get stuff out of the way. The room has a mini fridge and we got a kettle and tea from the front desk during our stay. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. The room ran a bit hot but the large window helped bring in some cool and fresh air. The bathroom was good with good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. They have an all in one body wash in the shower and some body lotion by the sink too. We did bring some of our products but the hotel's was decent too. They had a towel rack which made our towels nice and warm and helped dry off our swimming stuff after a nice visit to the Széchenyi Thermal Baths. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. They had very good scrambled eggs, breads and a tray of cured meats and cheeses each day. They also had a good variety of spreads and healthy items to choose from. We liked having yoghurt with a variety of seeds in it. The juice and coffee selection was nice too to help start our day. Getting there early wasn't a big issue for us but we found as it got busier not everything was consistently available.

@@travel_with_the_sunVery chaotic and confusing check-in process. Arrived before check-in and got registered, just needed to get my key at check-in time. So far so good. At check-in time I am directed to an iPad terminal to register with with my name and my booking number from the accommodation, not then one on the booking portal, which I've no clue which it is. After me struggling to look-up this number out of countless CRM-emails I received from the Hostel the friendly staff member, looked up my name in the guest list, went back to the receptionist desk to check my check-in amd got my key card to my room. Arrived in the room it didn't matched with the category and pictures I booked. Went back down to the reception, who fixed it. All this took a lot of time and not to mention all the Welcoming and Info-e-mails you receive from Maverick's at any occasion of the ”customer journey” process. To the management and marketing folks there: Keep your check-in process simple. Your visitors are offered to pre-check-in online or at an iPad terminal in the lobby, just to end up queuing again at the reception to identify yourself again, pay the tourist tax or get their key card. It's nonsense. Have a vending machine spitting out the keycard for those cases. Just keep the regular check-in process as anywhere else directly at the reception with showing your passport etc... Stop these insane amount of email at every step of the customer journey, no-one needs this ot also makes it difficult to find one's relevant booking information. Let's come to the positive part. Staff is friendly and helpful. My room was very nice, clean and comfortable, it was a good deal to. Good internet. The kitchen is great, well equipped and a nice place to connect with people. Free coffee and tea, also a water dispenser in the lobby - great! There are many free activities organized by the hostel, we had a wine tasting for free and it was nice to talk to other guest there. Location is central, where you'll find all you need, even mini marts open 24/7. Free locker before and after check-in.

GGuest UserBooked this for my elderly family members. If you have a car, this hotel is definitely the best choice! It's worth noting that the parking lot downstairs is not the hotel's free parking. We ended up getting a ticket for 9900 Forints.

CChrishan516Hotel Review: A Cozy Stay in Budapest I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel in Budapest, and my experience was quite pleasant. Overall Ambiance: This hotel offers a more home-like environment rather than the traditional professional hotel experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, which made it easy to unwind during my stay. Location: While the hotel may appear to be slightly distant from the city center, I found that accessing the main attractions was not an issue. With a variety of convenient transportation options, including trams and the metro, reaching the heart of Budapest was straightforward and manageable. It’s an ideal location for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city while still being easily connected. Service: The receptionist staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I appreciated their attentiveness; they would knock multiple times before entering the room, ensuring guest comfort and privacy. Additionally, the option to store my luggage at the hotel after check-out was a significant advantage, allowing me to explore the city without the burden of my bags. Room Comfort and Amenities: My room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was decent, providing a good night’s sleep. Despite my short one-night stay, I found the accommodations to be more than satisfactory. Dining: The breakfast section offered a variety of options, making it a pleasant way to start the day. I found the selection to be adequate and enjoyable, contributing to a positive overall experience. Conclusion: In summary, if you’re seeking a quiet retreat away from the city’s hectic pace, this hotel in Budapest is a commendable choice. With its cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and accessible location, it provides a comfortable base for both short and extended stays. My experience was quite satisfactory, and I would recommend it to others looking for a relaxed stay in Budapest.

GGuest UserThis hotel is perfectly situated for sightseeing around the Buda Castle.  Locations such as the Fishermen’s Bastion and the Museum and within easy walking distance (although including some stairs).  The Chain Bridge is close, giving easy access to the sights in Pest. The facilities in the hotel are excellent and the breakfast is top range. The service is second to none.  We received top service from the Room’s Division Manager. I would certainly stay there again and would recommend it highly.
