Great hotel in an ideal location within walking distance of the Parmarth Niketan Ashram and Aarti, plus other temples, ashrams, cafes and shopping area. Lovely, helpful staff and clean rooms. Pros: Super-friendly welcome and service from highly responsive and attentive staff. Clean, comfy rooms with nice toiletries. Wonderful roof terrace with views across the mountains and the Ganges. Tasty, well-cooked food and good menu options in the rooftop restaurant. Cons: Weak Wi-Fi, continually dropping connection. Coffee machine broken, so no freshly brewed coffee at breakfast (only powdered Nescafe). Ask for hot water so you can make an international style coffee. Limited breakfast choices for international guests. If you’re not keen on an Indian-style breakfast, there’s only white ‘air’ bread toast, jam, fruit, curd, cereal (no cold milk). No egg options (this might be due to religious reasons). Suggestion for management: fix your coffee machine or add a hot water urn. It would be great to include a more nutritious brown bread option, honey and a few sealed bananas at breakfast when you have international guests staying.

one of the finest properties you can find in hills. location is absolutely perfect away from maddening mall road crowd but also not too far, just few minutes away. staff is very courteous and helpful. they went out of the way to help my child who suffered from travel sickness. room was recently renovated and easily met 4* standards. property is undergoing renovation so hopefully it will be more better in upcoming months. food options are limited but good & fresh, fish/mutton were very tasty, items are reasonably priced. each staff is very polite & humble. property is well maintained & sits atop a pvt hill. property approach is easy & not too steep, easily ***ageable with any car type.

Located in the Haridwar station vicinity enabling easy access to all transport system and near market. However, basic facilities for toiletries were missing whatsoever were supposed to be available on de***d. On asking for the same, the attendant and receptionist/in-charge says ”guests in all three rooms are from the same family, so you can share available toiletries”. Such unprofessional and ridiculous attitude was surely out of my expectation and very much shocking. Next morning, waiting time for payment of dinner bill was also as awful as their behaviour. No one was available in the reception desk and no support service to attend guests.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The rooms are fabulous and my view of sunrise in the Himalayas was incredible. Just stunning. Food was excellent, both breakfast and evening meals. Lovely drinks also. The grounds are so pretty, with a rooftop area which had entertainment. Unfortunately the pool wasn't available to use, but I think they are building another one. The staff are helpful and friendly. Lovely toiletries. I would highly recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed thanks 😊

I’ve really enjoyed staying at hotel Nirvana. It’s got everything you need, and the staff are wonderful. Govind the owner is also very kind and personable. I’ve slept so well since being here, and I actually love the firm bed so much, that I plan on buying a similar mattress when I return home. Clean, simple, great food and location. Perfect for me. Definitely recommend.

The hotel happy home is situated at a prime location, the bustling mall road of nainital. The lake view rooms offer a pleasant experience and the reception as well as the roomboys are helpful. The rooms were reasonably clean and the restaurant (chandni chowk) is very good. However, the rooms are a bit expensive, specially the non-lake view ones which virtually have no windows. Overall, the hotel will offer a satisfying stay.

I stayed here as a solo traveller from Japan. The room was large and clean, and the staff were very kind. After dinner, I said it was delicious but a little spicy, and they gave me some sugar. You can enjoy your meal on the clean balcony with a great view. Of course, there was a clean toilet and a hot shower. All staff is helpful! Thank you Wonder Hills Hotel in Haridwar. The stay was so memorable. Staffs very friendly. Staff Kanchan is excellent to be rewarded. As first time in Rishikesh we were little lost but Kanchan thoroughly assisted from the time of booking till the last day stay. Hotel is so beautiful from inside. Excellent service. Duty Manager honoured our request and arranged for a special table for us (for candle light dinner). Though it was simple but their efforts and services we highly appreciate. Very clean resort and hygiene is maintained very well. Location and view are ultimate.
