The surrounding facilities are excellent, with a shopping mall nearby. Daily service is excellent for Melbourne, with prompt feedback on issues. The air conditioning in the room doesn't have a heating function, so you have to rely on the air heater. Breakfast includes milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, oatmeal, bread, and four or five main dishes. Overall, it's a good value in the Reforma area.

Guest UserThe AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.

The hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.

I really appreciated how functional the room was and how comfortable the bed was, but the absolute best part was the location. Even though it's at an intersection, there's a convenience store on every corner. The hotel staff were also super helpful in recommending delicious local restaurants; you can find all sorts of great food options around here. The staff were really welcoming and friendly too.

Excellent location! Walking distace to main avenues and transportation points.
The staff was very friendly and helpfull at all times.
the room was spacious, with individual unit (heater/AC)
Some rooms have jacuzzi, you need to request it at moment of reserving a room.
The hotel offers buffet breackfast(for extra charge)
All and all, good value gor money
I will stay there again here when visiting CDMX again .

Guest UserEveryting about this hostel was amazing! They offered a free welcome drink on their beautiful roofop bar, the dormitory room was very comfy with private bathroom. We were only 3 people in a 6 bed dorm. Breakfast was great, with different options. I would definetely come back, good value for the price.

The hotel is in a very good location, and the Independence Column is just a few steps away. However, the hotel is very old, and the rooms are very old, almost like those in the 1990s. The breakfast is in cooperation with the restaurant downstairs, which is a very distinctive Mexican restaurant. However, there is a main road downstairs, and the noise is a bit loud. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be controlled in the room. However, the room is large, with a separate kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it cannot be turned on. The price-performance ratio is OK. It is not recommended for travel and vacation

Anonymous UserThe room was clean. The shower pressure and temperature were good. However, there was a gap in the door, allowing water to leak out. In the room I stayed in, the toilet wouldn't refill, so there was a limit to its use.
