Clean and hygienic, with excellent service. They even have a Chinese-speaking front desk, which was a huge help for someone like me with limited English. It's super convenient for getting around; both the bus and subway are just a few minutes away. Plus, all the amenities are really handy.

The hotel's location is excellent, very airy, and the rooms are great too. It's convenient and cheap to get a taxi to other hotels. Breakfast is also included and quite good. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Another unpleasant experience during recent stay. Kinda upset that the hotel didn’t even bother to read my special request that I have indicated in my booking a week before the check in. Regularly staying here for my business trip, and this is not the first time they disappointed me.
Reached hotel at 5pm after long business meeting, and been told my room is facing the pool side and at lower floor. I have clearly indicated higher floor and river view which I have been staying in the same floor / same room during each of my stay. But they’re totally not aware I have indicated such request for my booking and ended up I waited for almost 40min++ for them to get another river view room ready for me. Before they do so, they actually asked me to wait until 8pm if I want a river view room which I’m totally speechless. I’ve booked for premier room not standard room, and kinda shocked when I heard that remarks from the receptionist
Location is definitely very strategic.
I hope the next trip I won’t get disappointed again.

Two of the main issues faced with the hotel was that 1. the room type did not match photos online 2. housekeeping wasn't prompt. I had booked a balcony room as photos on the booking site showed balconies with street views. However, the ”balcony” of my assigned room was an outdoor area surrounded by walls, akin to a walled-in service yard. To label these rooms as balcony rooms gives guests the wrong expectations - these should be a separate category of rooms with ”restricted view” outdoor areas, and lower rate than actual balcony rooms with views.
On my second day, I spent the morning out sightseeing and returned to my room in the afternoon to take a break, only to find my room still unmade. I had to call reception to check that the hotel did indeed provide daily housekeeping and to request for my room to be made. At night, I found that my used bath towel had been removed but no new bath towel was given as a replacement. When I checked out, the receptionist did not remember to give back the cash deposit (a 100rm was taken at check-in). I had already walked away, and then returned to ask for the deposit back. These cumulative lapses affected the experience - which was a pity as the hotel itself was a very nice Peranakan-style building with artistic touches in the public areas. There were some nice gestures such as coins to exchange for welcome drinks, towels folded into animal shapes, and durian rice cakes left in the room. But I would much rather have basic expectations met first, like a room that matched, and consistent housekeeping.

This property would have gotten 200% points if they had a better parking system. For a 1st timer, things were so confusing for us. Moreover the access card given to us was not working thus we had to go up and down just to get things sorted out.
Parking - from the parking level 7 there are different access to different buildings. Had the security guard was not there, it would have been very hassle for us to find which lift entrance to use. The access card was not working and ended going down again to get it fixed and coming up again. FYI the check in place is not in the same tower as the one which are staying. The parking is not well lit at night so it's kinda scary to go there at night.
The property - everything was good and satisfactory at T3 12-02 which is a three-bedroom unit. If I come again, will prefer to use this unit again.
Breakfast buffet - this must be the highlight of the stay!!! The taste, varieties and price everything was just so good!!! The service was prompt and friendly, and sufficient people on duty. Very satisfied with it. The rate for adults RM30++ and children RM20++.
Easy check-in and convenient parking! The parking lot is right behind the hotel, connected by a skybridge. Got a room for RM98 that's easily worth RM200 – what a steal! It's within walking distance to the mall, very clean, and not noisy at all.

A very meaningful experience for us and the kids. The children were very satisfied. The air conditioning was cold, and the shower in the bathroom had multiple functions. The swimming pool was spacious and not too deep. The kids' pool was very comfortable.

The bellboy was super nice; he helped me call a taxi and even explained to the driver where I could get cash. The room was very comfortable, as expected from Hilton. The only downside was that I booked this hotel because the pictures showed a direct sea view. However, all I could see was a sliver of the sea between two buildings. There was another building between the hotel and the sea, which made me feel quite disappointed, like that old saying 'if you have Zhou Yu, why bother with Zhuge Liang?'. Overall, I'm still very satisfied with this hotel; the restaurant food was delicious too. And most importantly, staying at this hotel in Malacca really made me feel safe.
The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of Malacca's old town. When I checked in, the Malaysian lady at the front desk collected a 50 RM cash deposit from me (which another front desk staff member refunded when I checked out the next day). Additionally, she charged an extra 28 RM for some unknown fee (Ctrip showed an 8 RM world heritage fee was due). I stayed for two nights, and Ctrip deducted 475.47 RMB upon checkout.
Room 512 faces west, offering an open view of St. Paul's Hill. The room didn't have a safe or slippers, but it did have a refrigerator, toothbrush, hairdryer, wardrobe, and hangers. The air conditioning was central and could be set to a very low temperature.
Upon entering, I accidentally pressed the 'make up room' button next to the door. Later, after I had gone to bed, a staff member rang the doorbell to clean. They were very responsible; I had to get dressed and explain in person that I didn't need the service before they left.
Good environment, clean and comfortable room for families member.. the hotel located in the middle's of malacca town and full of facilities. The swimming pool outside the hotel building also clean and suitable for kids and adult. Will repeat if come to malacca 🥰🥰

GGuest UserThe location is good enough for you to drop off for a rest between KL and JB. The hotel is quite ok for its facilities. The swimming pool is ok and there are two different water slides for kids and toddlers. But the surrounding mosaic of the swimming pool needs to pay extra carefully when walking along since it is wet. The ambience is good, when u open up your room door, fresh air with green scenery. Found a small cockroach when we checked in the room, but I killed it. No worry. The breakfast is provided in a wide variety of selection from noodles, nasi lemak, cereal, till indian food. Taste normal but can meet the majority's demand. The breakfast has a long queue but the hotel already made good arrangements in opening up in their grand ballroom. So not too packed and everyone queues in a good manner. Will be here again for my kids since they love to play water.
AAnonymous UserI booked 2 rooms signature king. It was then upgraded to 2 bedroom suites. This is like apartment style room.. Master bedroom has en suite bathroom with bath tub. The second bathroom is outside, next to 2nd bedroom. Both bedroom relatively small. Living hall equiped with TV, sofa and has dining table as well. There is small kitchen with mini stove and kitchenette. Unfortunately we was assigned a room with faulty aircond in the living hall, however the team work very efficiency to organised maintenance team to fixed it and when it was failed, we was assigned to a new room immediately. The breakfast spread is good. My daughter loves the kids playgrounds and kids club.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the toll, making it easy to access. It is an older property, and the furniture reflects that, but it is still functional. Cleanliness is maintained at a moderate level. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, which adds to the overall experience. The highlight of the stay is the FunPlay water park—kids absolutely loved it and had a fantastic time. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from.Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would likely visit again.
IIbuYus2We previously visited in 2023 as a couple. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable. The hotel service was excellent as well. This year, we returned again with our two children, and it was totally worth it. Highly recommended
KKiakiaThe room was quite spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. We had a pleasant stay overall.
The only downside was that the towels had a rather strong smell, and there was no tissue provided in the room (only toilet paper in the bathroom). It would be great if provided.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is quiet...spacious...got a refrigerator... The air-conditioning was cold.. the bed is comfortable...the bathroom was clean...but if the housekeeper can scrub the toilet, it would be ok. The stains are still there..
The water pressure was great as well... I'm very satisfied with my stay.. I pay for my breakfast. The food was tasty. Enough with the price that I paid.
I love the interior... Smell nice...friendly staff...
The only thing I'm not ok is the location. If you want to go somewhere that main tourist attractions, it's quite far... Not a walking distance. But I drive, so Its not a problem for me.
GGuest UserThis is a budget hotel, basically a good place to conduct training, the food is nice, lift working well, aircon a bit struggling to keep the room cool but still acceptable for the price. The Hotel generous with their instant coffee, the location is a bit secluded no convenience store or restaurant nearby, but the hotel do has mini mart and Café for the guest. This hotel can be a good budget friendly place to conduct training and seminars, but as friendly suggestion to the management they should working toward maintenance, the facility has been shown strong sign of aging and lack of maintenance.
GGuest UserThis hotel has always been in our list for short and last minute vacation. reasonable price and far from the town congestion. Our last trip happened during festive season, therefore the crowd was not as usual during the school holidays. We managed to get early check in, extra voucher for the water theme park, less traffic for the lift and less people in the pool. I would say, if u have small budget, this is the place to go.
