Fantastic location, exactly in the city centre, walking distance to joker Street and those tourist landmarks. Nearby a lot of very good nyonya restaurants and shop lots. Hotel interior very unique, exactly baba nyonya style. Room slightly small but good for 2 paxs. Amenities good. Breakfast good with a few types of nyonya kuih.. Oh ya, this hotel served welcome drink as well. Everyone who check in will get an ancient coin to exchange a glass of drinks (either tea or coffee or juice) Overall good, will priority consider this hotel again if visit to melacca.

The room was very clean. the pools was huge. they will give a kids passport during check in for those have kid. and we can collect stamps to redeem icecream. they have kids playroom and playground. they also provides many activities for the kids. the staffs all are super kind. my personal experience, someone accidentally took my luggage during checkout, and the staffs manage to trace which car and which guest took it and i manage to get back my luggage safely. thanks for their super efficient staffs. i give them 10/10. will come again for sure!

This hotel isn't too far from Jonker Street, nor is it too close; it's quite near Dataran Pahlawan. A great and affordable dining option nearby is Family Corner. The hotel is very comfortable, with a swimming pool and a gym. All the in-room facilities worked well. The only downside is the carpeted floor, which can be a bit inconvenient as carpets are prone to getting dirty. Service was good.

It's a new Hotel and the room for me and my family was awesome. Though there was a misunderstanding but the Hotel staff rectify it immediately and special thanks to Mr. Thariq and Mr. Shah for rectify the issue and makes our stay more enjoyable. My kids were so happy staying there and they even wanted to break their money box / piggy bank to help me pay for an extra one more day to stay there which of course didn't happened. There were ample parking space. and the food prepared during breakfast was marvelous! Just one thing I hope for the management to consider, maybe some private access (walking distance) from the Hotel to the beach so that I would be able to go for fishing during the night, that's all and thanks again for your hospitality. Much appreciated!

Booked the deluxe suite which was good and big for my family of 2 adults and 2 kids. And it comes with a small living area and mini kitchen which was good for preparing foods for kids. Just one area which the hotel can improve will be that the room cleaning can be better, eg. We requested for room cleaning but when we were back, the toilet basin was not cleaned at all, stains were able to be seen, which was disappointing.

The hotel room was very spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering an expansive view of St. Paul's Hill and the palace in the distance. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making it very quiet. It exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

The hotel was clean and neat in its layout. The room size is of good size, too. This is a old hotel and its facilities were a little rundown. For examples: 1. Windows could not be closed tightly due to missing handles. 2. Windows were not properly sealed. A lot of noise intrusions coming from the traffic below and the coolung towers opposite my room. 3. Wash basin was spoilt, the drain plug could not be unplugged to allow proper drainage. 4. Toilet seat cover needed a change for sure. 5. Room did not provide slippers. Otherwise, the toilet is clean and useable. Toiletries were provided as well. Overall, we are still happy with the night's stay and the breakfast that came with the stay. Also, free parking for our cars. Thank you.

Our stay at Puteri Bay Melaka was great 👍🏼 The location was great because we are able to have a good view of the beach, and it was near food places. The hotel reception and staff were also kind and helpful. Food selection for breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and had a good sleep 👍🏼👍🏼 The downside was that the toilet was not totally clean as there were strands of hairs sticking out from under the bed. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes provided in the room, and the prayer mat had an odour. Generally, the stay was good although maybe staff need to ensure the room cleanliness and smell abit more? I would still recommend the hotel for the comfortable beds and nice view and location beside the waterfront 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

MITC hotel is one of my instant choice as the location is good and the price is affordable. We got a room with a very unpleasant smell but we immediately get to change to a new room after reports being made to the front desk. Before we leave for a football match at stadium hang jebat we had a chance to enjoy the fritters and spring roll and it was marvelous, As usual food at MITC hotel is fantastic. Since it’s too nice I only remember to snap the photo of the last piece

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay at Amverton Heritage Resort. The resort need to improve on the breakfast spread - should have more spread and tasty.
