GGuest Userthey prepared a greeting for my parents’ anniversary. ty! some confusion in the room booked tho, added few hundreds for the deluxe room king bed or 2 twin beds because it looks new but only the premier deluxe is new. enjoyed playing pickleball. playroom enjoyed by kids but only til 7pm. could add TV there also for movie nights. annoying calls prior to checkout should be stopped. great view. overall good stay

AAnonymous UserThe beach was nice - the sand was smooth and not rocky, the waves are a bit chill. Hence, kid-friendly. Facilities and amenities are nice tho a bit old aready. Since the pool was big, we were able to swim in the pool even though it’s peak season and many people. Morning jog at the lagoon was good as well. We also played billiards and bowling. It’s just sad that the kids playroom was under renovation. It could’ve been a pretty good experience overall.

SSenioritaEmzIts not too bad, but its not great either... our room was very near to a mango tree where mangoes are falling to a roof of a house under it and its quite disturbing coz It sounds like someone throwing something to our window. The bathroom plug is not working as well once I plug it in, its so hard to pull it out. We always asked our room to be clean but it seemed they just tidy up the beddings but not really changed it. Also, my sister slipped om the wet floor right after she step out of the elevator and there was no safety sign that the floor was wet. But the receptionist is brilliant !

CcesarccbThe hotel is very close to restaurants, shops and gasoline station. Breakfast buffet is very good. Swimming poolnis heated which is perfect as the weather in Tagaytay is cool. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. A 4-star rating. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe room, amenities, hotel ambiance, and service at Via Appia Hotel are great. The staff are friendly, and the place is very comfortable.
The only issue I experienced was with the bathroom heater and hot water. The heater initially wasn’t working, so I called for it to be fixed. The technician came. Tried to fix it and said it was working now. However, when it was time to shower before checkout, the hot water in the bathroom only lasted for a few seconds before turning cold again. I had to turn the water off and on repeatedly to get hot water for short periods. This can be quite inconvenient, especially since the hotel is in Tagaytay, where the weather is very cold.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improving the hot water system would make the experience much better.

Loved everything and will absolutely book again. Our room was upgraded for free and had an outdoor tub. The room was huge and had a lot of sitting areas. Bed was king size and comfortable and clean. Smart TV can connect to YouTube but you need to sign in to your own Netflix account. Bathroom was huge. I think the room needs more hangers, complementary shampoo, reusable room slippers, scented candle/diffuser and it would be just perfect. Wifi was also fast. Breakfast buffet at pesce was cleansing and delicious for us. Loved walking around the farm, swimming at the pools, and the other services plus, the staff of the farm are very friendly and helpful. Had dinner at the Upperdeck and food was also good and yummy and it felt romantic because a guitarist and a singer serandes us.

WWyn-WynWe’ve been to Canyon Cove plenty of times, and it never disappoints! It’s the perfect spot for a quick family escape — you get the best of both worlds with a beautiful beach and a swimming pool to cool off in. The staff always greet us with big smiles and make us feel right at home, which adds to the whole relaxing vibe. Whenever we’re craving some sun, sand, and sea without the hassle of a long trip, Canyon Cove is our top pick.

DDonato JrWe always had a great time staying at this hotel, but the location is far from downtown. I hope next year they will fix the hot water in the shower and provide mosquito repellent in the room. I also hope the construction by the pool will be completed next year, and that there are no windows in the new building they are constructing, as it would be intrusive if someone could watch you swimming in a swimsuit. Overall, it was a good stay. The staff at Queen Margarete are nice.

BByahe ni KramiThe place is far more beautiful than how it is described online. A good view of Taal is what makes it magnificent for visitors and couples who want to escape the noise of Metro. Excellent quality service for a decent price. Complete amenities and the room is very spacious. It has its own TV, refrigerator for storing food and a large mirror. The toilet is also separated from the shower. Free breakfast is also great. The hotel has its own parking lot for guests. Overall, the place is great. Will probably get back here. Will also recommend to friends.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is near Sm, 7/11, and different fast food restaurants so it's easy to buy what you need/want. The staffs are nice and the room is clean. Although I noticed a crack on the wall and the aircon is not properly installed, like there are some gaps. Also, the room is kinda small for the price and the TV is not working or we just can't use it but there's no remote, and we even asked the staff about it but they never came back after.
