I arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but the hotel owner was very flexible and kindly allowed me to check in early as soon as the previous guest checked out. He even gave me a discount on lunch, which I really appreciated. The owner was extremely thoughtful and welcoming throughout my stay. He even offered to drive me to Pamukkale Travertenleri and often asked where I wanted to go so he could help or arrange support whenever his schedule allowed. His kindness and hospitality made me feel genuinely cared for, and it was one of the best parts of my experience in Aspawa hotel.

Bellamaritimo is maybe not the newest hotel, but it is at a fine spot - we could see Pamukkale from our balcony and also see the hot air balloons in the morning when the sun was rising! The pool(s) and the courtyard are super nice and clean and very new! It was so much fun to cool down there after an exciting day. The owner of the hotel, Halim, was very friendly - as was the rest of the staff - and helped us with great advise in order to make the most of our visit at Pamukkale. We had already booked a hot air ballon ride for the first morning, but for the rest Halim's advice was extremely helpful! Breakfast (see the picture) at the hotel made us very happy and we also had dinner once at the hotel (the picture is not showing the delicious salad we had with it, but you'll get the picture). The hotel also offers wine 🍷 from the region. We tried the white wine that was a very enjoyable drink one of the evenings. Once, while enjoying the pool in the afternoon, the owner presented us two glasses of chilled pomegranate wine - that on a hot summer day is absolutely fantastic! 😍 The rooms were simple, but clean, as was the bathroom. But we didn't spend that much time inside anyways... 😎☀️ So, altogether, I can warmly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale - it's a grand choice! Last but not least, it's also a very affordable option ... 😉

This is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.

It's a very ordinary holiday home-style guesthouse, but it has a very warm and friendly owner who speaks excellent English. He'll answer any questions you may have.

Seriously, Chinese people don't lie to Chinese people. I got bitten all over my back by bed bugs – first time ever in my life! As soon as I got to Kas, the next city, I immediately bought medicine and high-temperature disinfected all my clothes, and sprayed all my luggage with alcohol. The rest of my trip was filled with anxiety, constantly worried I'd carried the bugs with me. I even sent a private message to the hotel afterward; I don't know if they saw it. Their service attitude was very good, and I know they tried their best, but for me, this experience was truly terrible. I was driving on a road trip, and my back was constantly itching, then it became red, swollen, and inflamed. It's been almost a month since I returned home, and the dark marks on my back still haven't disappeared. I really couldn't hold it in anymore; I had to leave this review. If the hotel doesn't handle this properly, more people will get bitten. All the clothes in my suitcase that weren't isolated were thrown away, not to mention the discomfort throughout the journey. This was truly the worst experience of my Turkey trip. The picture shows my back on the first day I was bitten, before it became red, swollen, and inflamed. In the following days, it swelled up, and even I was disgusted looking at it. What makes me sad is that the hotel staff were genuinely good people, and I know they didn't want this to happen, but it did. I'm writing this review now because I just couldn't keep quiet. Please, hotel, do a thorough disinfestation.

I stayed in a single room here and I am absolutely thrilled with my choice! To be completely honest, this hotel is worth way more than what it costs. I booked it for just 2,000 rubles, but the level of comfort, cleanliness, and overall service easily feels like a 3,500+ ruble hotel. It is an absolute hidden gem!I want to give a special, massive thank you to the owner. It is truly rare to meet someone so incredibly kind-hearted, welcoming, and helpful. From the very first minute, you don't just feel like a guest — you feel like a close friend who was genuinely looked forward to. He helped me with everything and surrounded me with sincere care.Everything about the hotel is just wonderful: it is cozy, perfectly clean, and there is a great swimming pool on-site. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and homelike. If you are hesitating to book Ozturk Hotel, don't even think twice — just go for it, you definitely won't regret it! I will absolutely be back. Highly recommended!

This is a pretty big hotel, and there were a lot of Chinese guests. To my surprise, they even had Chinese food on the menu! The front desk service was excellent. They helped me book a birthday cake for my son. The hot air balloon activity they recommended, which I booked a day in advance, also went ahead as planned. The staff member was great; they were worried I'd be concerned about paying for the hot air balloon in advance and not getting a refund if it didn't happen, so they gave me a receipt and a guarantee for a refund. Really fantastic front desk staff! 👍

The breakfast and dinner were incredibly bad, to the point where I didn't even want to look at them. However, the manager really made up for it! From the moment we checked in with the hot air balloon transfer to Pamukkale and then a taxi to check out, the manager's service was impeccable, even taking us to the roadside for our minibus. The manager's service was truly thoughtful.

We were greeted at the car by a hotel employee. Although he did not speak English (and we did not speak Turkish), he was very friendly and helpfully directed us to the lobby for information on parking our car. We were treated wonderfully by everyone from that first encounter throughout our stay. The breakfast was abundant, varied, and of high quality. The room was basic, the bed okay comfort-wise, but I can't say more than that. The real negative of the night's sleep was that the bed offered only a thin cotton ”blanket,” barely large enough to cover two people, and certainly not sufficient to give a good night's sleep. I would strongly urge the hotel to look into providing more adequate bedding.

Newly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around.
