GGuest UserI arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but the hotel owner was very flexible and kindly allowed me to check in early as soon as the previous guest checked out. He even gave me a discount on lunch, which I really appreciated.
The owner was extremely thoughtful and welcoming throughout my stay. He even offered to drive me to Pamukkale Travertenleri and often asked where I wanted to go so he could help or arrange support whenever his schedule allowed.
His kindness and hospitality made me feel genuinely cared for, and it was one of the best parts of my experience in Aspawa hotel.

CClaire MBellamaritimo is maybe not the newest hotel, but it is at a fine spot - we could see Pamukkale from our balcony and also see the hot air balloons in the morning when the sun was rising!
The pool(s) and the courtyard are super nice and clean and very new! It was so much fun to cool down there after an exciting day.
The owner of the hotel, Halim, was very friendly - as was the rest of the staff - and helped us with great advise in order to make the most of our visit at Pamukkale. We had already booked a hot air ballon ride for the first morning, but for the rest Halim's advice was extremely helpful!
Breakfast (see the picture) at the hotel made us very happy and we also had dinner once at the hotel (the picture is not showing the delicious salad we had with it, but you'll get the picture).
The hotel also offers wine 🍷 from the region. We tried the white wine that was a very enjoyable drink one of the evenings. Once, while enjoying the pool in the afternoon, the owner presented us two glasses of chilled pomegranate wine - that on a hot summer day is absolutely fantastic! 😍
The rooms were simple, but clean, as was the bathroom. But we didn't spend that much time inside anyways... 😎☀️
So, altogether, I can warmly recommend this hotel for your stay at Pamukkale - it's a grand choice! Last but not least, it's also a very affordable option ... 😉

GGuest UserThis is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.

GGuest UserThe hotel is well-located, with views of the travertines from the window. It's a quiet place. The pool is clean, and the hotel smells fresh inside. The building and furniture are not new, but everything is clean. The staff is very good and always ready to help. There's no elevator, but if you need help with luggage, the hotel staff will assist. When we were checking out, the lady at the reception asked us to wait and called her brother to help. Breakfast is Turkish – omelets and various appetizers. Coffee is from a drip coffee maker. Parking is convenient. There are many dining options within a 5-10 minute walk. Don't stop at the first couple of places for lunch; you'll find more variety and cheaper options further down.

I booked it for just 2,000 rubles, but the level of comfort, cleanliness, and overall service easily feels like a 3,500+ ruble hotel. It is an absolute hidden gem!I want to give a special, massive thank you to the owner. It is truly rare to meet someone so incredibly kind-hearted, welcoming, and helpful. From the very first minute, you don't just feel like a guest — you feel like a close friend who was genuinely looked forward to. He helped me with everything and surrounded me with sincere care.Everything about the hotel is just wonderful: it is cozy, perfectly clean, and there is a great swimming pool on-site. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and homelike. If you are hesitating to book Ozturk Hotel, don't even think twice — just go for it, you definitely won't regret it! I will absolutely be back. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe environment is great. From the outside, it looks like the countryside, but once you arrive at the hotel, it's a pleasant surprise. The soundproofing is just okay; you can hear chickens, ducks, and turkeys. I thought about it for a while, but I still gave the service 5 stars because the chef in the kitchen was just too good. The half-star I almost deducted was for the shuttle service to Pamukkale, which drops you off but doesn't pick you up – that was a real bummer. Finally, I have to especially praise the hotel's breakfast; it was incredibly rich and plentiful.

GGuest UserI really liked the location. It was very close to Pamukkale and Hierapolis by taxi. The mountains are beautiful.
The staff didn't smile much, except for Turgay. He's the manager at this hotel and resolves everything very quickly and efficiently. A big thank you to him for that.
We spent 5 days at this hotel. We liked almost everything, except for the food in the restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner, and they were very mediocre. We wanted to set up Russian channels on the TV, but a technician came and said it wasn't possible. YouTube would be in Turkish, and everything else too. 🙂 I work in IT, so I managed to set up Russian channels myself through the TV's browser. The staff, in general, weren't very friendly, apart from the manager Turgay. On weekdays, there were very few people, and that was a celebration! 🥳
I celebrated my birthday there, and the hotel provided a cake. Not free, of course, but still nice.

GGuest UserWe were greeted at the car by a hotel employee. Although he did not speak English (and we did not speak Turkish), he was very friendly and helpfully directed us to the lobby for information on parking our car. We were treated wonderfully by everyone from that first encounter throughout our stay. The breakfast was abundant, varied, and of high quality. The room was basic, the bed okay comfort-wise, but I can't say more than that. The real negative of the night's sleep was that the bed offered only a thin cotton ”blanket,” barely large enough to cover two people, and certainly not sufficient to give a good night's sleep. I would strongly urge the hotel to look into providing more adequate bedding.
