Hotels With Breakfast in Van Province, Türkiye

We stayed at this hotel for one night mainly to enjoy the facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and spa area. First of all, I would like to appreciate the staff and management for being friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong date, and they kindly helped us change the booking to one day earlier so we could stay immediately, which we were very thankful for. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, the room and breakfast experience were good. However, the main disappointment was the wellness facilities, which were the main reason we chose this hotel. When we arrived, there were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, including stains in the toilet, and we had to request additional cleaning. The swimming pool was extremely cold and basically unusable. We were told it had been turned off because of the seasonal change, which was disappointing as this information was not made clear beforehand. The sauna was also cold when we arrived, and staff informed us it needed a few hours to heat up, so we could only use it briefly. The steam room was completely out of service due to technical issues. In the end, we could only properly use the Turkish bath area. While the staff were polite and tried to help, the facilities unfortunately did not match the expectations created by the hotel advertisement and booking experience. I think this hotel has potential because the rooms and customer service were good, but the wellness facilities need better maintenance and clearer communication for guests.

While travelling back to the UK, I had to stay one night in Van, Turkey to catch an early flight the next morning. I was very lucky to find this wonderful hotel in Van city. The hotel was very clean, warm, and comfortable, which was exactly what I needed after a long journey. A special thank you to Sarhaad, the receptionist/manager. He was an extremely kind and welcoming gentleman. His English was excellent, and he was always happy to help with anything I needed. It made my stay much easier and more pleasant. The price was also very fair, and the hotel itself was spotless. One thing that really stood out to me was the elevator – it had a beautiful design with cultural decoration, which made the place feel unique and memorable. I truly enjoyed my stay there and was able to rest and recharge for my journey the next day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or passing through Van .

From the moment I checked in, Halil went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. He was incredibly courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful—whether it was assisting with local directions, making recommendations, or ensuring everything in my room met expectations. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression and truly elevated the overall experience. It’s staff members like Halil who make a difference in hospitality. Two empty pet şişe and an empty bag of ıslak mendil bulduk. Hemde a TV komanda. Also the light at the front door was burned out, and the emiş ventilatör in the bathroom did not work. Ayna tam buharlanmıştır. Also, the toilet seat is the wrong size for the toilet. It moves around while you are sitting on it. Also, the tub does not drain while you are shoering. It covered my feet. Finally, the light over the coffee machine is too dim, and the coffee kettle lid is broken.

I've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess. There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan. They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool. Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming. Overall it is worth it.

It was a new hotel and the room was clean. The view from the breakfast venue was great and we had breakfast unique to van. I wanted amenities to be more substantial.

Overall the hotel is new and location is good. The service of all the staff from the reception to the concierge to the breakfast restaurant staff - are excellent! The only thing that is misleading is they do NOT have 3 single beds yet trip.com stated there were and so I selected this hotel because of the triple beds. Upon check-in they gave us one queen bed and one single bed and when I asked them they said they do NOT have such category of room...so I told them to update in trip.com so that it won't mislead us.

It is new building and clean. Staffs are friendly & nice. Most important thing in this hotel is The reception Lady👍 She has the most important roll in managing hotel. She will help you with anything you ask regardless wether your question is About the hotel services or shopping out ir finding a suitable place. This lady is the Real important Key in this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel without this lady sitting in reception seat👍👍👍 Thank you🙏🏻

The clerks are very heartwarming. They answered all my questions for traveling and gave me some advice in English. The last day after checking out, the clerk even led me to the minibus station, telling me how to go to the Van Castle. The breakfast they offers is traditional Turkish breakfast. While the sound insulation effect of the room is very bad. Every night I will wake up because of the noise outside. If you are not strict with the sound, I strongly advice you to book this hotel.

Staffs are friendly and attentive I arrived at the accommodation and went to see the van-cat, they guided me directly, and when I asked about the bus to Doubeyajit, they helped me as if it were their own business I was very satisfied with the cleaning condition and facilities. Thanks to them, I had a very good impression of Van I highly recommend it to anyone
