It is new building and clean. Staffs are friendly & nice. Most important thing in this hotel is The reception Lady👍 She has the most important roll in managing hotel. She will help you with anything you ask regardless wether your question is About the hotel services or shopping out ir finding a suitable place. This lady is the Real important Key in this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this Hotel without this lady sitting in reception seat👍👍👍 Thank you🙏🏻

The location is very good, right across from the lake. The rooms are clean, the staff is very welcoming. The breakfast is open buffet and very good. You can even order your eggs in the morning. Everything was very good, we were very pleased. Thank you.

Not up to the five-star standard, the bed in the double room is small and the pool is also. Breakfast is very general, and it is not comparable to hotels in Istanbul.

Inside the bazaar, close from any needs. Very friendly staff, especially their manager, we had a few great convos. Only downside is the hotel doesn’t have their own private parking lot but there is a parking lot about 5mins walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was great.

When we went to the Comfort Suite hotel, they told us that since we made our reservation late, they did not have any available rooms and that we would stay at a different hotel. We were taken to the Pars Palace hotel. The room was large enough, it was clean, and we liked the breakfast very much. Vana is the hotel we will choose when we come back.

They give only one card for two rooms, If someone wants to go out, the card is being cut off, the electricity and air conditioning are being cut off, so when he comes back, he must wake the inside, Two cards are given to two rooms in Turkey and the world so that anyone who wants to get out of the country doesn't bother him, We said it was necessary to have 2 cards at the reception, they said no, my trust has decided in this way, we can give 1 card, Ozet, Otel guzel yonetim kotu

The staffs were very friendly and kind, the hotel was located in a beautiful calm place The breakfast was poor and very limited choices Hotel restaurant’s food was very poor, the hotel was old not renewed for many years The only strength of that hotel was good and friendly staffs I travelled for business propse

The clerks are very heartwarming. They answered all my questions for traveling and gave me some advice in English. The last day after checking out, the clerk even led me to the minibus station, telling me how to go to the Van Castle. The breakfast they offers is traditional Turkish breakfast. While the sound insulation effect of the room is very bad. Every night I will wake up because of the noise outside. If you are not strict with the sound, I strongly advice you to book this hotel.
