Gerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with  Gerry!  We laughed and told stories and honestly  I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee.  I hope you can keep him!  We will be back!

Wonderful hotel with resort type feel! The entire staff were friendly and accommodating. The overall hotel was very clean and welcoming! With a huge animal themed lobby, they offered cookies and a refreshing drink in the afternoons.

Not the best trip I've been on ... we were kicked out of our room and made to sit in the lobby so the cops could go look in the room . I found out that there was a murder a couple years ago on the third floor .. The front desk also told us when we checked out that we would get a call from the manager to see if there was anything they could do about us having to leave the room and after a couple days no call from the manager and i called there and the manager wasn't there again still Til this day never got a call from the manager.
