This is a brand new hotel in Buhara city.
Location of the hotel is perfect. It is in the very center of the city. Registon square with Buhara Tower and Ark of Buhara is 2 minutes walking away. Persian Square and Poyi Square are only 5 minutes from hotel on foot.
It is a brand new hotel and all amenities are high quality.
Breakfast is an open buffet and there are Uzbek option’s beside the European choices. You can have Uzbek Samsa, Pumpkin sweet etc with typically European style options like omlette and more.
Staff of the hotel are very friendly and always happy to help you.
In short it is highly recommended. That would be my choice if I came back to Buhara again. Definitely I will be back.
The room was quite spacious and impeccably clean. Kudos to the hotel staff for going above and beyond! They specifically combined two beds for us and replaced them with a large mattress, creating a wonderfully comfortable super king-sized bed. 😊 The hotel's aesthetic design is truly impressive. The lobby also thoughtfully provided complimentary snacks and water. Guests have complimentary access to the indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath (hammam), and sauna. It's conveniently located less than a 20-minute walk from the heart of Bukhara Old City. The buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the overall stay offered excellent value for money.
The inn is located in the old town, but the signage is unclear. The main attractions are a ten-minute walk away. However, the rooms are very small, and finding space for a suitcase was a struggle. The rooms were extremely hot in July and August, and even with the air conditioner on, the heat was difficult to dissipate. The hotel service was excellent and the room was relatively clean, but the bed was a bit hard.
+ Friendly staff
+ English-speaking staff available
+ Clean rooms
+ Close to major tourist attractions
- Children's screams and footsteps echoed late into the night, making it difficult to sleep.
- Even when I tried to relax in my room before checkout, children were running around the hallways screaming from the morning.
- Children knocked on my door three times.
- Lack of amenities like razors.
While the hotel itself does not allow children, there were many children of the owners? or their friends? who were there.
I understand that this is understandable because they are children, but as a paying guest, I would like them to make sure my stay was comfortable.
The location is very good, just in the ancient city of Buhara, you can walk to every attraction, the breakfast is very rich, one person can't finish it, the room is very warm, it is too hot, this is very good for winter. Very recommended!
New place that feels more intimate than your typical hotel. Family that runs it is Nice. The reception lady, her name is Malika, was very hospitable and helpful with directions. The room itself felt more like an apartment than a sterile hotel room. Bathroom much bigger than pictures suggest and the bathtub was very roomy. I had a relaxed stay. Be advised that the sauna and the pool is a separate payment. Also, breakfast is included in the price, despite what trip.com says. Very pleasant surprise. Breakfast is not buffet style, but rather set up on your own table at their restaurant. Still it was very delicious and more than enough (dried blueberries, nuts, assorted bread, jam, butter, three kinds of cheese, sour cream, ham, sausage, egg, and some dessert). I requested for rice and they promptly provided it.
The location is very good, about 200 meters walk from Afanti Square, staying in the first floor room, although the window is a wall, but it does not affect the feeling of staying. The breakfast is delicious and the freshly ground coffee is the highlight. The garden-style environment in the lobby is very eye-catching.
I seldom give bad reviews and I actively encourage businesses to write truthful experiences. This hotel has no integrity. I couldn't cancel the payment after it had been paid, and I informed the hotel during the day that the bus would arrive a little later in the evening and they must keep the room I booked. The room I booked was a little unique and new, but when I arrived and checked in at 10 pm, the hotel directly informed me of the water pipe problem and arranged me to the nearby Komil boutique hotel. The triple room was extremely shabby! This is too much. They saw that I was tired and told the hotel to reserve a room for me during the day. Why didn’t they explain the situation and put me in another hotel without permission? They didn’t tell Ctrip or ask me. I informed the agent about the situation but he didn’t cooperate with me and gave me a bad review! There are too many tourists in Bukhara. The hotel feels fully booked under the sun during the day. The hotel's attitude towards doing business is very strong! The actual travel experience in Bukhara is not good. Stay for one night at most and leave. It is enough to sell goods everywhere! Besides, they replaced my shower head with another hotel's without my permission, there was no toothbrush or toilet paper, the air conditioner took a long time to cool, there were only two sockets, and the lights were not bright enough! The wooden floor of the room creaks and the old building looks unmaintained. Very few bad reviews were given to these two hotels! The rooms in the old city here are colorful and look good in photos, but the actual hardware is very poor. Special thanks to Ctrip for its active participation in the middle of the night and for offering to change me to a nearby hotel. However, since it was past midnight, the hotel system could not place the order, so I was tired and overcame it. After staying for one night, Ctrip waived half of the room fee. The key point is that I am satisfied with the online customer service staff of Ctrip Hotel. They are proactive and quick in dealing with things. They are always online and cooperate with their team. It's really good. Remember to take the small white receipt when checking out, which is the tax bill!
The room is large, clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful, and the facilities are complete. It is very good to have an extra bed when traveling with two children. I will stay here again next time.

MMladenowskiWe enjoyed a brief, one-night stay at this charming hotel, and it left a positive impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Its location was truly unbeatable—just a few steps from the main square in the heart of the old city, making it the perfect base for exploring the historical sights and vibrant local culture.
The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who graciously covered our taxi fare when I didn’t have smaller banknotes on hand—an unexpected gesture that truly reflected the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
Breakfast was modest but satisfactory, offering a simple continental selection that provided an easy, light start to the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it served its purpose for a short stay.
Overall, our time at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The combination of its prime location, clean accommodations, and attentive service made for an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for travelers seeking convenience and a warm welcome in the city’s historic center.
PS please put tea bags in original covers and add coffee into drinks selection.

MM30539****I stayed two nights in Bukhara at this hotel, a very cozy little place with a great experience.
The owner speaks excellent English and is very helpful, even carrying our luggage up and down the stairs.
The hotel breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices. The local baked buns were especially delicious, and the yogurt balls were fantastic – a first for me!
The hotel's decor is cozy and homey, with a small, pale yellow courtyard and complimentary tea. In the evenings, my friends and I would sit in the courtyard, drinking tea and watching movies – super comfortable!
The hotel's location is also great; all the attractions are within a 15-minute walk. Nearby attractions include Jacques Castle, the Karon Minaret, the Four Towers Mosque, the Underground Mosque, the Bukhara Biennale, and the Borokhaz Mosque.
To the left of the hotel entrance is an old tree where an elderly gentleman plays chess, and a small black kitten will come and nuzzle you.
The guesthouse owner's child has an adorable kitten to play with.

PPaul Adrian JonesRoom was more than adequate (although the bathroom tap system took a couple of attempts to figure out).
Fifteen-minute (ish) walk from the main centre.
Kind staff helped us order a taxi at 4:00 in the morning to the train station (so didn't get chance to try the breakfast 😢). Would definitely book again.
AAnonymous UserLovely hotel. I headed by Yandex, but I had to go through a narrow road and it seemed difficult to drive. The room is compact and has everything you need. I could hear the voice in the next room, but I didn't mind that much because everyone was quiet at night. Breakfast is a small buffet. The watermelon was delicious. I enjoyed the view from the rooftop in the morning and evening. Convenient escape from the back side. No elevator, 2 bottles of water, shampoo, shower gel, dryer, slippers.
GGuest UserThe facilities were good, as expected from the Wyndham chain.
The location is a bit far from Bukhara Old City, so it's not close to tourist attractions, but using Yandex shouldn't be a problem.
However, the front desk staff was unfriendly. Even during check-in, they answered the phone and didn't respond properly.
I tried to use the hotel restaurant, but it was closed because the entire hotel was booked for Sunday and Monday.
I sat alone in the restaurant for over 10 minutes during lunchtime.
No staff member offered me a menu or any assistance,
and no one was there to keep me company. So, I ended up leaving and having lunch at the lobby bar. The lobby bar staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
The front desk and restaurant staff need more training to be more attentive. I don't expect much, but I think the bar staff would be fine.
SSonny427About 500 meters from the old town, you will pass through a very dirty construction site. Next to Wyndham. The facilities are very poor. The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. The front desk service is very good. They helped me call a taxi several times. Every time I called a taxi, the location here seemed to be inaccurate. The breakfast was not very good, there was no milk.
