Service: Fortunately, there are freshly made knife-cut noodles, steamed buns, steamed bread, porridge, etc. for breakfast, which satisfies the Chinese stomach.
All the chefs are Chinese, and the Chinese food ordered for dinner is also good. The portion is also good.
However, the hotel facilities are old and dirty, and the room smells of old cigarettes. I will not book next time.
I had a very good stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Lusaka. It is particularly well-suited for Chinese visitors, as many of the facilities and written instructions are provided in both Chinese and English, which makes navigating the hotel very convenient. The service throughout my stay was excellent. I would especially like to recognize Grace, who has been an outstanding receptionist and hotellier, always professional, welcoming, and attentive. Her warm assistance truly elevated the experience. The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Overall, this is a great option to consider for an international business trip, offering good service and facilities at a very reasonable price point.
The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly, the only problem l have was the cold shower, hot water was not available in my room. Otherwise very friendly staff and l would stay there again
Victoria Guesthouse is the ideal place to stay in Zambia. We are committed to providing independent travelers and explorers with a comfortable, convenient, and locally-flavored home. Our guesthouse is a 15-minute walk from the airport, a 5-minute walk from two large supermarkets, and a 15-minute drive from East Park, making it extremely convenient. We provide a full range of services including a chef, nanny, driver, gardener, and police officer, ensuring you feel at home even in a foreign land.
Hotel has been constructed from 88 shipping containers and is fascinating. Unfortunately it was not busy during our visit and this resulted in sparse staffing and shortages at the complimentary breakfast.
The best thing about this hotel is its location. Literally behind the parliament fence. Which means relative peace, quiet at night and 24-hour security. The spacious green area with a swimming pool is a romantic place for breakfast, work or just doing nothing. The guest rooms are not the most outstanding, but they have everything you need these days, although without toiletries. Two rolls of paper are the maximum decoration of the bathroom. But there is a refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, table, bedside table. Live and enjoy, if you are not afraid of periodic power outages, water, Internet (usually short-term). But that's what Africa is for.

Very Good
LLauren GoatleyI usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things:
I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30.
When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served.
When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while.
We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did.
Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though.
When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head!
So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

지지구별방랑자zI booked a twin room, but the room I received was different from the photos I saw when I booked. The staff and the lodge owner were friendly, but
there were no outlets next to the bed or nearby, so I had to use the single outlet at the bathroom entrance. There was an air conditioner and refrigerator, but they didn't work.
So, I had to sleep with a fan on a far-off outlet in the heat.
Also,
I was excited because breakfast was included and room service was available,
but the breakfast they brought me at 9 a.m. was just black tea, a piece of fried chicken on dry bread without any jam or butter, lol.
GGuest UserDidn’t realise before booking that this is a Chinese-operated hotel aimed I would imagine at hosting the local Chinese workforce. All TV channels were in Chinese, breakfast was Chinese food, coffee machine instructions were in Chinese. However, the staff were all Zambian and extremely helpful. Supposed to be a no-smoking hotel but it smelled strongly of cigarettes in our corridor. Bathroom kept smelling like a ‘wet dog’. No facilities in the hotel but luckily a great bar and restaurant next door.
JJujuedashujushashuThe room was a bit small but surprisingly comfortable. Just a heads-up: remember to bring your own toiletries. The hotel also has water dispensers in the hallways, so you can easily refill your bottles. A major highlight was the hotel breakfast – it was absolutely delicious and offered a fantastic variety.
GGuest UserHotel and location is perfect and central to everything.
Room service for repairs is very slow to come out to check.
Food was good but lacked variety during dinner and menu options could do with an improvement.
Indian food was passable could do with a flavour balance.
Overall great stay
SSSoniPerfect location and clean hotel.
Continental breakfast was good. Nice Zambian coffee was available on request.
A little noisy daytime @ lobby/restaurant area, as it's the place where most of the hotel staff members remain to watch TV😀😃😄 . The pool was clean. Recommended place for a family stay.
