The Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent amenities, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient. The toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were all impeccably clean, and the large bath towels were especially comfortable. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in. He was patient, thorough, and attentive. Since I'm older and have trouble sleeping, I requested a quiet room, and the staff member, whose name tag read 'Qiao,' arranged it perfectly for me. The baggage handlers in the lobby were also very friendly. The Kempinski's management is quite generous; I came back late one night and realized I'd forgotten to buy water, and the front desk immediately arranged for four bottles to be sent to my room. I'm truly grateful for that. The breakfast selection was also quite rich.

This hotel is perfect . I love it The rooms are super cozy and staff are very service minded . Surroundings is very beautiful & quiet and in evening can enjoy the scenery in the cultural city Nearby is coco park ( mall ) and otherwise it’s easy get a didi from the road .

Overall, the hotel was decent. Initially, I was given a strangely shaped room with an awkward layout and no view. After they moved me to a different room, it was much better. The capsule coffee machine wasn't working at first. A staff member came to fix it, and while it started working, no coffee came out. It only worked after I changed the capsule. When the staff member came to fix the coffee machine, she knocked and I said 'wait a moment,' but she just opened the door and walked in. This definitely needs some training. Other than that, everything else was good, and the service response was very prompt. There's one minor issue: after every service request, customer service would call to follow up. Personally, I found this very redundant and disruptive. Shouldn't departments communicate internally to confirm if service has been delivered, instead of repeatedly bothering guests?

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee facilities as well. **Amenities:** The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a variety of options to suit different tastes, including local dishes as well as international favorites. **Overall Experience:** My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Yinchuan Glorious Center was very pleasant, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yinchuan. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a great location makes it a top choice for travelers.

Staff is very helpful and genuine to help and extend support. There are issues that are beyond the front desk staff ability. Key bing the aircon in tve room are of poor quality despite have changed the room. The aircon is noisy Also in the hotel house keeping can be improve. Room housekeeping are not properly done during my 4 nights 5 days stay. On several occasions, the face basin was not properly cleaned, snd the basin mirror has stain remaining suggesting it was not cleaned. Towels were not replace completely. The Reception floor toilet is not clean regularly and after mid day it smell repulsive every day I was there. I wa disjointed that this is a Wyhdam franchise hotel

I was quite satisfied, so I extended my stay in the same room. My personal experience was very comfortable, and booking on this platform was relatively more affordable. The room's air conditioning provided warm heat, and the shower area was spacious with good isolation. The slippers deserve a special mention; they weren't the flimsy paper kind but rather cloth slippers with insoles, showing concern for guests slipping after showering. There was even a bath mat thoughtfully hung on the glass sliding door handle. Overall, it was very considerate.

This desert hotel is really worth it! Before bringing the children, I was worried about the difficult conditions, and the result was completely beyond expectations. The child went crazy as soon as he entered the desert. The sandboard was borrowed by the hotel for free. The big sand dunes in the hotel were not tired after sliding down more than a dozen times. Attending a bonfire party to watch fireworks in the evening was very lively. The sand view room, smart home, 180-degree glass windows, open the curtain to the sand view. The bedding is clean, the air conditioning is strong, and the night is very quiet. The hotel restaurant is good for cooking and barbecue. I really recommend it to families who want to bring their baby to experience the desert. Children can remember this trip for a long time!

The location is in the desert, you can see the endless sand sea when you go out, the view is wide, it is also close to the scenic spot, and it is very convenient to play. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, it is recommended to stay!

The location is super convenient for travelers, less than two kilometers from Lanshan Park. It's also easy to get on the highway for self-driving trips to nearby attractions. Overall, it felt a bit like a hotel that caters to tour groups, but the big advantage was that the rooms were spacious and there was no noise. Cleanliness: There was a used cotton swab left on the shelf from the previous guest. Facilities: The towels were a bit old and frayed.

The futuristic capsule hotel offers a novel experience with smart controls, which is pretty good. However, the cleanliness is just so-so, possibly due to limited conditions in the desert. The breakfast and dinner selections were very limited. The most surprising thing was that a hotel primarily for families didn't even have children's cutlery in its restaurant. The butler service was practically non-existent; I had to wait a long time for no response before making a voice call. Although there weren't many guests on the night of our check-in, the service response was still very slow. I hope the hotel improves its service. The evening bonfire show was quite good and unique. For photos in the astronaut suit, they insisted I post on Xiaohongshu first to get it for free, and the suit itself was extremely dirty – the neck rim was completely black, and the suit was torn. The shoes they provided didn't even match. While the photos turned out okay, the overall experience was hard to describe. All in all, experiencing it once is enough. If you absolutely want to stay in the desert with family, the Starry Hotel is a better option.
