Good value for money, friendly, helpful night staff, no language problem, easy and trouble free foreign friendly. The feedback is based on my room and my overall experience. The room was very clean, newish super clear, bright lights bathroom, with very nice shower. The beds are a bit hard but nothing major, very quite, small but manageable parking space, despite my car being a big. It was one night experience, short but pleasant with lots of food option but the front doors of the hotel. Which very convenient. Definitely recommend unfortunately, I forgot to take some pictures. The hotel has its own parking lot. From the front desk to the room attendants, they are very enthusiastic. They help us carry our luggage and send bottled water... The guest room, bathroom, and sink are very clean and tidy. At night, the dishes are of good quality and the price is very affordable. After dinner, the four of us talked about the hotel and agreed that it was a great hotel. I went to the hall this morning at 7:10 to use early, but let us not understand, 7 o'clock began to early, when we went, each basin leftovers leftovers of soup, staple basin leftovers leftovers, nest head..., drinkable porridge and soy juice a little, enter the hall door 1 person sent a boiled egg (The first time I met boiled eggs at the entrance of the evening hall), several waiters were busy cleaning the table. It turned out that more than 100 group tourists had just started to use the cockroach at 6:30. Ask a waiter to add food? She said no. We don't understand: Trip.com Online booking introduces the breakfast standard of 48 yuan/person. Is the hotel providing such a breakfast? Can it be worth 10 yuan/person? How much is the standard for a group of more than 100 people? After the group is used up, should individual customers eat some leftover soup? If there is no food store around, we will not use it here early? Moreover, the dishes and services ordered last night were very good. Why would the breakfast of 48 yuan/person be like this? The hotel should give an explanation. I don't know which project should be reviewed, so I ordered one in the facilities: very poor.

I stayed in an air-conditioned cabin without a private bathroom this time. It was cleaner than I expected. I'd recommend bringing a pair of flip-flops for the shared showers. Other amenities like toothbrushes and towels were disposable, which was great. Getting a taxi was difficult, but the host was incredibly thoughtful and came to pick us up. There was a bonfire party in the evening, and they set off fireworks like there was no tomorrow! Watching the stars and fireworks in the desert was absolutely beautiful!

I absolutely loved this place! I’m writing this as a foreigner who went with 4 other foreigners for a special birthday weekend. First, the service. We have good Chinese proficiency, but those with limited to none will be fine. Most of the communication and coordination is handled via WeChat - which can auto translate. 东 “Dong” was our main contact. He rocked and gave us a real experience. He shuttled us in the sand jeep, gifted me a cake for my birthday, and was just an overall cool guy. Thanks! Second, the location and accommodations. If you stay near Desert Star, there’s a lot of people and campsites - that area seems like a bit of a tourist funnel. This area is located in the REAL sand dunes area. Further North, you actually cross into Inner Mongolia. The separation and distance is worth it. Makes for brighter stars and a more authentic experience. Third, the food. They were able to coordinate a whole lamb to be roasted for my birthday. It was absolutely extraordinary. The sides for it were some of the best I had on the entire trip - they have some skilled chefs there. This place has great reviews, and it’s worth it. I do recommend this to foreigners, and I hope I can return one day.

Traveling with a child during the holidays, we chose this hotel. Even before checking in, we received a WeChat message from the concierge with a comprehensive mini-guide, which was really helpful. The hotel itself is excellent; it's very quiet, perfect for sleeping. They provide kids' toiletries, all in single-use packets, so you don't need to bring your own, and they're very safe. On the second floor, there were some fun activities for children over the past two days, like Yellow River-themed painting, which my child absolutely loved and found very engaging. The hotel breakfast is also great, featuring local specialties like 'Haozi noodles,' and it runs until 11 AM, so no need to rush in the morning. In the evenings, on the third floor, they offer complimentary fruit and congee. If I didn't feel like going out, I could just take my child there for some congee and fruit. Overall, the stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel.

With the high temperatures in Suzhou and Hangzhou, this is a great escape to the heat in the northwest, featuring a lovely guesthouse village. Nan'an is the largest guesthouse complex in the area, with 40 rooms out of a total of 100. This time, we stayed at Taojiaying West House, with a swimming pool in front and a farm/ranch/ranch in the back – very pleasant. The room details were also very well done, suitable for large families or groups of friends. Both restaurants in the village are good for breakfast: 🌻Xiangke (more variety), 🍜Lao Wang Ji Breakfast & Midnight Canteen. Special praise to Nan'an's management team, including Da Yuan and her group; they communicated with us before our arrival and were very attentive. During our stay, our drone got stuck in a tree in the yard, and the management team helped us find a solution from evening until morning, finally fixing it with a tree trunk over ten meters long. - Climb the Great Wall (five-minute climb to the top) for panoramic views of the Yellow River and the village. - Feeding lambs, riding camels, milking goats. I call it the Yellow River version of ”Wuzhen Village”; the entire village has an integrated design with a Mediterranean feel, perfect for photos.

The hotel's theme is ”A Chinese Odyssey.” The hotel is new, with facilities from top-tier brands. It's clean and the towels are soft. The location is very close to the Drum Tower, with convenient shopping and dining options nearby. The service is very warm and welcoming. From the parking attendant to the young man greeting guests, everyone is proactive and responsive. We arrived early, and they even upgraded our room. Xiao Tian at the front desk also gave us a small gift when we left. The breakfast included fresh goji berries, which was a nice touch. I suggest separating smoking and non-smoking floors in the future, and the restaurant should be non-smoking.

Overall, this hotel is quite worth staying at. I really liked the hotel's design, ambiance, and facilities, and the room was also good. I booked a room with a hot tub, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, the service and management were clearly weak points. On the day of check-in, the hotel was fully booked, and the lobby, which isn't very large, was crowded. When we first arrived at the parking lot, there was only one older gentleman working, and it took a while to find someone to help with luggage, clearly indicating a staff shortage. During check-in, there wasn't much proactive information provided; staff only told me things after I asked. Compared to other hotels of similar standing I've stayed at before, there was a noticeable gap in service professionalism. The restaurant gave a similar impression. The staff's attitude wasn't bad, but the service felt inexperienced. The food itself was generally mediocre, though the beef skewers at dinner were surprisingly delicious 😂. Interestingly, some of the older staff members around the hotel were very diligent, constantly cleaning and bustling about. So, my feeling after staying wasn't that there was an issue with staff attitude, but rather that the hotel's staffing, training, and management haven't kept up with its excellent facilities. This is quite a shame because the hotel itself is really well-done. What deserves special praise are the hotel's activities; the explanations were very thorough and professional, and this part of the experience was excellent. Coupled with the desert environment and the starry sky, I think it's still worth staying for those who come specifically to experience the desert. If you only look at the design, room, cleanliness, and overall environment, I really like it. If the management and service professionalism can be improved later on, the overall hotel experience should be much better.
