The price/performance ratio is excellent. It's absolutely adequate for an overnight stay. The city center is within easy walking distance, although the hotel is a bit of an uphill walk. Parking is available right in front of the hotel.

The room is clean, large in size, well-equipped and comfortable! The hotel has a swimming pool and the surrounding scenery is beautiful and pleasant! The flowers are bright, the trees and flowers are unique, the hotel dining is particularly rich, and you can order two meals a day! Good service attitude! Luggage storage service at the front desk! There is a parking lot in the hotel! There is a shuttle bus to the beach, very convenient! The price is high, it is recommended to stay here! Will be very satisfied!

Such a fantastic hotel and perfect location, the rooms are brilliant and with 5* service . It is a huge hotel so plenty of swimming pools to choose from and always clean. The food is delicious and the receptionists are wonderful ,ready to meet your needs 24/7

Very good hotel, excellent breakfast buffet, spa and gym very stocked and spacious, clean facilities and very attentive and friendly reception. Without a car, a little far from the central areas, but they have electric scooters at the entrance of the hotel.

Excellent laid back and friendly hotel with a wonderful pool and delicious breakfast. Location was 15 minutes walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Very handy for airport transport on a good local bus service (line 66) room was spacious and comfortable. Good shower. Staff were obliging and kind. Will definitely return.

Although the hotel is not on the beach, it is very close: The beach is somewhat windy but very large... you can take good walks along it and it is very quiet. the bed...they were close together but they separated to the minimum and you slipped through the middle...a horror. Even so, I would return to that hotel.

Bel emplacement, grand hôtel mais calme et pas surchargé, design moderne et agréable, chambres confortables, très bon pdj, piscine 'sunset' vraiment top! Processus de check-in incroyablement long et compliqué!

Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

Front office and services staffs can be more pleasant. Not sure if they understaff or tired . But they sometimes they not friendly. The guy who checked us in very nice but rest of stay, we don’t received friendly attitudes from the service nor front office staffs . The housekeeping lady so much helpful. The hotel are decent.

There was a parking lot, but the parking space was tight. I parked in the public car park opposite the hotel for two nights. Breakfast is OK, there is champagne, and the restaurant has a nice view of the sea. The room was clean and spacious, there was no elevator, but the waiter helped to bring the baggage to the room. A good value for money hotel. There is a day trip travel agent at the entrance of the hotel.
