Overall experience was okay, can be better. The pools were very well maintained and clean, the beach was fantastic, they have multiple activities to provide to their guest and the hotel was amazing! The spacious room we booked an accommodate up to 8 people !
Our overnight stay was not crowded compared to to the holidays, not much people but the downturn we experience was the service we received was slow. We used one of their pools and requested for a beach towel, after waiting and following up for more than 30 mins, we gave up and walk to our hotel shivering. The life guard who helped us followed up of our request said that the housekeeping was slow and many excuses though there were not much people. Second one was on the Naya restaurant bar and grill, as we observed the restaurant was not full yet our orders took an hour before it was served…..
Overall, the facilities was fantastic!
Stayed 3D/2N during the long holiday in October. Unfortunately, typhoon “Paeng” (International codename: Nalgae) was crossing Luzon Island heading to West Philippine Sea during that time. Beach access was prohibited due to typhoon so we just stayed in our room most of the time. Quadroom has simple amenities. No small fridge and no cabinets to put your stuffs. In room TV has limited channel so don’t expect much. Intermittent Power failure encountered during our stay but they do have a standby generator in place, though you have to wait awhile for the power to be back in. There’s s no in room wifi and signal is weak for both Globe and Smart in the Quadroom building despite bringing my own personal wifi. Only strong wifi signal is in their restaurant. Bringing In of food is prohibited and they do charge corkage fee if you’re bringing one.
Food choices in their menu is limited but taste is ok and reasonably priced. Budget for 4 pax will cost between ₱1,000-₱1,500 depending on your order per meal.
For breakfast, I find it too pricey given it’s just the standard “silog” plated meals. Breakfast cost around ₱187/plate per person.
On our last night, the roof beside the building of our room is almost blown off by the wind which caused unbearable sound as it is being smashed by the wind which make it difficult to sleep due to the smashing sound.
Have not for the typhoon our stay could have been better - Perhaps next time.
The room is huge, with a lot of amenities, even have bath tub and cookies, coffee provided. There are gym and swimming pool in this hotel. The room is clean and quiet. Have a nice sleep here.
What an AWESOME resort! Everything was better than expected! The beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations! If and when we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again!
Our stay in Hilton Clark was very pleasant. I can’t stress about how friendly the staff was, they were really helpful, gentle and polite (despite my toddler son having some tantrums).
The hotel overall was very clean, fragrant, posh and well kept. Upon entering, there's a small Duty Free store selling fragrances, wines, chocolates, bags and jewelries. Reception is at the 3rd floor and you have to take a long escalator. There's also a small ****** but we didn't check it out.
Welcome drink was superb! It's worth it to claim as it was really good. We also then availed of their buy 1 take 1 happy hour promo.
The room was cozy and the pool was super clean and nice. Wifi's fast. The pool water felt fresh and I think they have another way of maintaining since there's no smell of chlorine at all. Kuya lifeguard was also very friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast is good! They offer not just black coffee but also the likes of latte & cappuccino. Hot choco taste legit! Bacon is also offered soft or crispy. Food is good.
What I liked most in this hotel is the amenities for kids and their regard for safety. Apart from the 2-feet pool, they also have an outdoor playground, a spacious kid's area for biking where kids can choose 3 types of vehicle, a helmet provided, and most of all, they have a spacious indoor kid's playroom as an alternative activity area when it's scorching hot outside. Be sure for kids to wear shoes when they go biking and socks for the indoor play area.
I also appreciated their attention to the kids' needs in that they have room slippers on kid size! Our daughter was so glad about it and said Hilton Clark is now her favorite hotel.
Overall, it was indeed a very pleasant stay!

The environment is very quiet and the overall quality is good. The restaurant is also delicious. The only drawback is that the free water in the room is too small.
Perfect place to relax with your family or friends. There are several coffee shops nearby and within walking distance. I highly recommend staying in Clark. This place, formerly known by another name, still provides comfortable accommodations. The breakfast buffet is superb. The Wi-Fi is fast, allowing you to work efficiently. The rooms are a bit old but well-maintained. If you're feeling sporty, try getting up early for a brisk walk in the morning.
My kid had a great time feeding milk to the baby goat and cow, as well as milking the mommy cow. The room and restaurant were elegant.
