When we were checking in, the front desk agent asked if we wanted to switch to a king room (for $10 more), I am glad we did as it was a very nice room, spacious (bathroom is small but that is fine). We were on the 12th floor with a nice view. We utilized the restaurant and service was a little slow but friendly. Overall comfortable stay and will book here again.

We booked this hotel for our trip to Moose Jaw for a swim meet and we were delighted by the experience. But for one issue with a noisy neighbour (teen basketball team) the first night we arrived, everything was perfect. And once we called the hotel staff about 10:45pm at night, the noise stopped so they took care of it the best they could. Everything is brand new. Our room had two kings and a pullout couch, was very spacious. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful with every interaction. The manager was actually onsite the entire weekend and when not working the front desk she was working in the breakfast area...we were very impressed with her commitment to making our stay great. She interacted with many of the swim families while we were there. We'll definitely be going back for the two swim meets per year that we attend in Moose Jaw. Thanks for your commitment to excellence!
They went out of there way to accommodate and make my stay as pleasant as possible. Recommended as a great little affordable stay for business or pleasure. Thanks for your hospitality.

My favourite part of this hotel is the inside garden, the walkways to the restaurant and pool are very pretty. The garden cafe has an amazing breakfast poutine, and the in house starbucks bar was super handy. The staff are all polite. The conference rooms are very cute too, they look like little window shops, which even though we didn’t use them, they were cute. Staff was friendly at all hours of the day. Showers had amazing pressure and lots of hot water. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back

GGuest UserHotel is nice, I would stay here again.
On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done.
We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.

GGuest UserGood location. Quiet & safe part of town.
Staff was polite but not overly helpful.
Lobby area is nice but rest of hotel is average. I had a dog so maybe it’s just the floor they put pets on (2nd floor) but the hallway smelled extremely strongly of cat urine and the carpet was extremely wavy. Room was clean except for the carpet which had quite a bit of staining.
Pool wasn’t open which was 90% of why I booked this hotel which was annoying.
Breakfast was about average for a hotel in this price range.
Had I known the pool wasn’t open I would have booked at the Super 8 which is comparable in quality but much cheaper per night.
CCindyWhen we here was a bit of a wait to get registered. The room was nice and very clean. It contained a fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc. However, it did not contain a phone book. Free wifi was available for the guest. The room did not contain a bath mat the tub, although a fair size, was quite slippery. I slipped twice while trying to shower. They provided breakfast which had a wide variety of good food. The hotel is pet friendly, it is my suggestion if you dont like pets go elsewhere. It is pet friendly that should indicate something. It was a fantastic place to stay over all.

小小城故事王A hotel with a relatively affordable price. The standard breakfast can meet the requirements of ordinary people. The king-sized bed is very comfortable. I also found that there is a sofa bed in the room that can be pulled out. It can fully meet the needs of a family of three or even four.
KKristel JoyGood things:
Huge sized rooms. Comfortable beds. Smart tv. Thermostat controller inside the room.
Ample parking
Many food choices around the area, and in the hotel
Not my favourite things:
Buckets everywhere due to water drippings.
Sound proofing can be improved: My room was beside an exit door, so it can get abit noisy, i can hear the conversations of the people in the hallway though they speak in normal volume, and the banging of doors from closing.
GGuest UserMy son and I stayed the night in the motel as we are from England and came here to surprise my cousin whom works at the petro so perfect location, the ladies at the desk where amazing and let us stay a bit longer so I could go and surprise my cousin, amazing reunion it took me 17 years to finally get here and everyone has been so kind, BIG thank you to the ladies at the desk and to the gentleman whom helped with hour suitcases.
