While not particularly large, the hotel is well-equipped with everything one might need. Parking is available behind the hotel, but as it's a public lot, spaces can occasionally be tight. Its location is fantastic, offering convenient access to numerous dining and shopping options, and West Market is just a short walk away. The rooms were clean and tidy. A charming feature is the availability of traditional costumes in the lobby for guests to try on and take photos by the flower-adorned hotel entrance. All the staff, from the front desk to service personnel, were exceedingly polite and warm.

Bell boy and those staffs helping with luggage were amazing. Front desk staff doesn’t make you feel welcoming, pulling a long face throughout, didn’t explain in details during check in example like how much was the deposit, breakfast etc. Room is kinda old, toilet bowl doesn’t have warmer function which I get it in every other hotel as cheap as 80yuan a night. Huge Breakfast selection , that’s the most enjoyable part of this hotel. Location wise, just next to hotel got a 24 mini mart, nothing else, need to cab further down for more foods and malls. Near to jilin train station, a 8-10 yuan cab ride away. Take note the hotel pick up fee is 200 yuan. Lastly, shoutout to the room cleaner, they have the most tiring works but super helpful and always greet with you big smile.

I was on a business trip to Jilin City and chose a hotel relatively close to Jilin Railway Station, about a 20-minute walk away. The taxi fare was the starting price of 8 yuan. The hotel service was very good, the facilities were excellent, and the room size was sufficient. Breakfast was also satisfying, and there was yogurt and fruit provided. It was a very comfortable stay. The price-performance ratio was good. I would consider staying here again next time.

My trip to Yanji was a very pleasant one, and choosing this hotel really lived up to its reputation. First, the front desk staff and the VIP manager were all very warm and efficient with the check-in process. Second, the floor staff were incredibly attentive, and the room was clean and tidy. The room also came with complimentary snacks and drinks. Plus, it's conveniently located near everything. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

The hotel is really great. First of all, the front desk staff is super enthusiastic and friendly. They gave us two drinks when we checked in. There are many types of breakfast, as well as local specialties. There is my favorite freshly ground coffee. There is a gym, a laundry room, and the toilets are heated. You can go shopping for souvenirs and local snacks when you go out. The front desk also gave us a travel and food guide. They greeted us warmly every time. Not to mention the hygiene, it was very good. If I hadn't been in a hurry to leave, I would really like to stay for two more days. Next time I come here, I will definitely stay at Xi'an (Department Store). I almost made a wrong reservation before. There is a place with a similar name, but the price/performance ratio here is really high. In addition, the hotel also has free parking with plenty of parking spaces. The room was too small, the layout was fine, but the hallway was so narrow even for one person! It was impossible to get through with luggage. The hotel's location is good, right across from the subway station, but walking through the underpass to get there was a nightmare. Once you're in the underpass, it's impossible to tell left from right, and as a first-timer, I didn't know, so I dragged my suitcase up the stairs and nearly died from exhaustion! Later, I just walked on the surface, which was easier. There are restaurants all along the street behind the hotel, but only one bakery, and it was expensive! The hotel provides a complimentary fruit plate every day, which was a pleasant surprise, especially since it's hard for tourists like us to buy fruit when we're traveling but still want to eat some! Breakfast can be purchased on ** for 23.8 yuan per person, which is quite affordable. The food was just okay, but it was fair for the price.

The alarm clock by the bed actually has a built-in wireless charging function. I could just place my phone on it to charge – no more fumbling for chargers or dealing with tangled cords. For someone like me who often forgets their charger, this was incredibly practical. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. These two extra-special touches made the experience far exceed my expectations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Changchun and will wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends!

I rarely leave reviews or give likes, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, and I genuinely want to rave about it! It's a hotel with a strong sense of design, and the owner clearly has great taste, from the old-fashioned music playing on the record player when you walk in to the stunning feature wall! The highlight, though, was the front desk staff, especially one young man whose service was absolutely impeccable! He spoke softly and gently, and was incredibly accommodating. I felt a bit embarrassed asking for so many things, but he always maintained a smiling, thoughtful service, and even recommended many great places to eat and visit! He was so wonderful, I wanted to take him home with me!! From the design of the rooms to the service from the staff, this place is flawless. It's also very close to the popular photo op spots and has an excellent location, making it convenient to get everywhere. I loved this trip, and I love this hotel. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come with my family next time. If possible, I hope the owner opens another one in Zhejiang – I'll be there to support it!

Booked this place randomly and it turned out to be amazing! The room was spotless, and I loved the white bedding—it felt really upscale and was so comfortable to sleep on. The price was also very reasonable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, always ready to help. Most importantly, the room rate was affordable, and I was very satisfied with my stay!
