This was my first visit to Limassol and my experience with the Hotel was great. I picked it because of its location, as it is across the road from the beach, and very close to the bus station. The old and new port was only 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by bus.
Although the hotel is authentic and old with basic amenities (which we expected and were aware of before booking), but that didn't stop it from being an amazing place to stay at!
The breakfast was good and with enough varieties for a 3 stars hotel. It was clean tasty and everything was present. Their staff service was awesome!
The room was clean and spacious, we were 2 adults with a 10 year old child and it was good enough for us. Balcony spacious as well with good view at the pool.
The swimming pool was very clean and fresh and life guards were present all the time.
The beds were comfortable and clean, the room smelled good all the time. We had a small issue with the bathroom sink and when were reported it, they made sure to fix it immediately.
To be honest I couldn't find a bad comment on the hotel as they made sure all our needs were met from the smallest need such as ordering ice to the room till helping us with were to go and how to use the city's transportation system.
I would defiantly recommend this hotel to my friends who are traveling on a budget.

Generally we have enjoyed our stay! Wonderful location, view, many available amenities, deco of the hotel, family atmosphere, friendly staff and food -especially buffet.
But the first cold night the heating, that we paid for, was out of service air condition and central. The people that were available to talk to at night in the reception weren't able to help.
The next morning they manage to send a technician- that we demanded -and the problem was fixed but nobody came us to discuss any payback to us in any way as it was a lost paid service.
Plus, despite that I have booked a room for two adults and two kids, 9-year-old and less than two years,they told me that they could not see that at their system. They said that, they will arrange it.
Finally they charged us without any prior notice, despite I have paid online our stay.
The room was very big (deluxe suite) and very clean ,a great welcoming gesture with fruits and mini sandwiches, polite and helpful staff , abit far from the old city but 20 min drive you can get there , breakfast was good and freshy , private beach and nice indoor pool.one thing that we didn't like is that they first gave us the wrong room type and said it's what trip.com send them and only after second check they said that it's their mistake
We took two rooms with connected doors for me, my wife and two children.
One of the rooms has a problem with the AC - the balcony doors need to be in some very specific point to make the AC operate. The maintenance personal couldn't solve it. Second thing we had a problem with one of the toilet that couldn't flush the water so we paid for two rooms with two toilets and one toilet didn't operate.
We didn't want to move or wait for other rooms so we were trying not to make a big deal about it but we paid a lot of money and didn't get the facilities we expected from 5 stars hotel.
The bed we got was basically two separate beds.
The service at the pool bar was rude and not welcome when we asked for glass with ice.
The lobby is nice and the hotel look fancy inside.
Coffee, water, you need to go to the front desk yourself, double room for two people, you need to register in advance, or the front desk will charge according to people, I heard that Europe is charged like this, I also encountered it for the first time, I can't understand
Better than expected. A good place to recommend. The service attitude is very good. nice environment. facing the sea. The facilities are well managed. Mostly European tourists. Like 👍

RRoman69The price should not be more than 3 stars, the noise from the corridor will not bother you for a minute, the size of the toilets and showers is too small even for a thin person, the location is good, the pillows are also soft, everything else is bad, definitely not worth the money, bad experience

What did you like: - welcome bottle of wine and apples - chocolates on the bed every night - change of towels throughout the day - good shampoos Did not like: - an outsider can calmly come in for breakfast and no one will ask where he is from, and they will politely take him to a table at (because our friend just came, had breakfast and went to the beach) - the construction site is near and it’s not said anywhere, but there is noise from it - the floor in the rooms must be requested to wash - the beach is dirty, full of cigarette butts - weak animation - if you do not live on all inclusive conditions, then in a cafe on the beach the average cost of a meal is 8 euros, coffee 4 euros, smoothies - 6 euros. But for all inclusive there are restrictions - 2 naptanv a day per person - modest territory, nowhere to walk - the hotel in the distance is both plus and minus, quiet and there are no engines, but because there are only 3 restaurants nearby, and a taxi is expensive, about 1 euro km, even more expensive in the evening, you have to go there - there is no supermarket nearby, only a minimarket where you can buy something on the little things
GGuest UserVery good stay in the hotel! The receptionists are welcoming and attentive. The rooms are large and clean. There is a free safe in the room. The well-stocked breakfast buffet is served from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. A gym with a few machines open from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with an indoor pool, in addition to the outdoor pool. Very pleasant stay.

EEftyThis was by far, the BEST experience we’ve had on our beautiful little island.
The staff are incredibly unique, kind, took initiatives and looked after us very well!
Mr George at the breakfast area, restaurant manager Panagiota, that always goes out of her way to ensure we have the best time ever! *we ve returned and ate at Cape Aspro several times even when we were not guests at the hotel and the service was always top notch! Anna from kitchen and Petar who served us were also amazing!
Note that we are vegan & vegetarians and the whole team, from the chiefs to the bar members took extra care of us.
Our housekeeper Marites also took super care of us and our suit in such professional and friendly way! And always asked if we are having a great time and if we need anything else.
We also enjoyed the Spa and pool facilities.
I can go on for ages! Book and experience this incredible resort for yourself. It’s totally worth it!
GGuest UserI like this hotel. Clean, with good staff. Thanks to big girls at the registration bar, I arrived for 4 days but stayed for 10. All questions resolved promptly and qualitatively. At breakfast you will find everything you need. Fine and fresh food. I will definitely return again
