KKoyeeThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Palm Avenue, Mushroom Street, and the Castle Elevator are all within walking distance. The room has two bathrooms, both with showers. The room faces east, offering direct views of the sunrise with the beach, sea, and sky right outside the window. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants just across the street – so convenient!

KKarlo.hThe hotel was perfect! Breakfast and dinner were just wow! The hotel has 1 big pool and 1 rooftop pool that is heated. 25 min away from center of Alicante by public transport. Everything was 10/10.

CCoraimarmNos alojamos en el Hotel Huerto del Cura para celebrar nuestra noche de aniversario de boda y no podríamos haber elegido un lugar mejor. Desde el primer momento la experiencia fue inmejorable: las instalaciones son espectaculares, la habitación estaba impecable y la relación calidad-precio nos sorprendió gratamente.
Tuvieron además un precioso detalle por nuestro aniversario, algo que marcó la diferencia y nos hizo sentir realmente especiales.
El buffet de desayuno merece una mención aparte: sin duda, el mejor que hemos probado en nuestra vida. La variedad, la calidad de los productos y el cuidado en la presentación lo convierten en una experiencia única para comenzar el día.
Recomendamos este hotel al 100%, tanto para una escapada romántica como para disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Un lugar lleno de encanto que sin duda repetiremos.

GGuest UserOur room had bed bugs, room Service skipped our room 2 times. When they actually do room service. There was black hair everywhere.
Other rooms had a phone we did not.
I feel like got one of their worst rooms.. but i would go back just to see if we had a bad room. Cause the staff is nice and the hotel “feels” great and has a great location!

GGuest UserBooked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed.
On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI”
Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed.
Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed)
Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants.
Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus.
We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money.
I would recommend and return again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.

AAnonymous UserGreat experience, check in experience was smooth and hotel was very clean. Location was perfect as its only 5 minutes of walking distance from the nearest metro, tram and bus station. Would definitely stay here again!

KKeroro0430This was my second stay at this hotel. The price was a bit high this time, but I had a meeting scheduled here with a client, so I couldn't change it. Overall, it's still pretty good. However, the shower pressure was a bit weak, and I hope they can improve that. Everything else was standard and acceptable. Plus, there's a shopping mall right behind it with plenty of food options.

GGuest UserWe had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Also relatives paid the hotel directly and they arranged lunch, taxi to the airport and assistance with the police forms. Could not have been more grateful. Our 10 night stay had been wonderful up to this point, and the staff made sure that we were ok and did not worry. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness and staff attitude.

GGuest UserThis property is a cross between a hotel and apartment complex. The rooms are average size with some kitchen facilities which were useful; they have a nice balcony. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was expensive at EUR16.50 per person so we didn't try it. There are supermarkets nearby to get good stuff for breakfast. Room cleaning costs an extra EUR15 per day if you want it (free very 5 days). For a property with over 400 rooms, studios and apartments (potentially 800 - 1000 people in peak season) the pool area is very small. The pool is around 12m by 6m and on sunny days every sunbed and deckchair were full for every minute. If your looking for a sunbed poolside stay this is not the place. With the space and number of rooms they have they have they should build another pool. Location is good with the beach and metro about 10 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants which get more expensive the closer you get to the beach.
