Pleasant and Comfortable Stay I was very satisfied with my stay at Novotel Banjarmasin Airport. This hotel is an excellent choice, whether for business or family holidays. Some of the things I liked most: - Strategic Location: It's very close to Syamsudin Noor International Airport, which made getting around incredibly convenient. - Excellent Service: The hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and always ready to help from check-in to check-out. Their hospitality made the hotel feel warm and welcoming. - Complete Facilities: The room provided was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Supporting facilities like the spacious and aesthetic swimming pool are perfect for relaxing with family, especially for children. - Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of choices and tasted absolutely delicious. The restaurant also serves local and international dishes that are a treat for the taste buds. - Tranquil Atmosphere: The hotel offers a calm atmosphere, perfect for anyone looking to get maximum rest after a journey or busy schedule. One of my bookings was on a wrong date. The registration counter is so accommodative and helpful. He helped cancelling the wrong one and then making a new booking. AND the refund came within 2 days. Owesome

Stayed at Favehotel Banjarbaru for a quick two-night business trip. The garden setting was lovely, and the pool area offered a peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are simple but comfortable—air‑conditioned, clean linens, coffee/tea station, and daily housekeeping. The airport shuttle and free parking were convenient extras. On the downside, service felt inconsistent when checking in—staff seemed overwhelmed—and breakfast service could be slow. While the overall value is good, cleanliness in some rooms and overall responsiveness of staff felt below expectations at times. Perfect for a budget‑friendly stay near the airport or shopping—it’s just fine for a short stay, but service and upkeep could use a boost for a more seamless experience.

Hotel is a new and clean. Rooms are spacious and friendly staff. Quite a distance from city. Not many FnB nearby. Swimming pool not ready but gym is ready.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to KFC and Starbucks. It is in the center of town but the traffic noise doesn’t come into the room. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and has enough selections. The main problem that I had was that the floor gets flooded every time I take a shower because the water doesn’t go out into the sewer as fast as the shower water. The bed sheets look old and should be changed with new ones.

First time staying at an airport hotel with the kids, our flight was the next morning. It was safe, we slept soundly, and the kids were happy.

Overall it's really good, maybe next time the hotel can be upgraded to make it even better because many of the facilities are probably old and their functions are no longer optimal.

Very friendly service. Room fine with a small bathroom and a comfortable bed, however the safety deposit box did not work. Breakfast has local and Western items. The cafe at the entrance is very pleasant with a good coffee and tasty Mia Goreng at attractive prices

Perfect for a rest stop close to shopping centers. Happy with the friendly service!
