I stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental and was very satisfied. The absolute strongest point is the location, simply excellent. The room turned out to be very comfortable, spacious, and equipped with every comfort to ensure a great rest. A positive mention also for the breakfast, which was really good. Definitely an experience to repeat.

They upgraded my room, which I didn’t expect. I did my check-in very late at night (around 23:00/11.00 PM) and they still welcomed me with smile! I really like the room, it’s super clean. The WiFi is very fast and even after that, I could still stay at the coworking space and sent my emails. I took breakfast at the bar there and in my opinion, the price is still very honest (3.7€ for a brioche and cafe latte). I’m even thinking to book my next stay here, sadly the rooms are fully booked already.

This is the biggest chain hotel in Sorrento, located halfway up the hill, about a 10-15 minute walk to the city center's pedestrian street. Transportation is quite convenient. The hardware facilities are fine, and the breakfast is plentiful, with a chef making omelets on the spot. However, the service is truly awful! Check-in was incredibly slow. First, they couldn't find my reservation, then they mixed up names. Just because Chinese people share the same surname, do they automatically assume we're the same person? Laughable! Naturally, the room we were given had the wrong setup. We booked a triple room, but as photo 3 shows, the bed should have been made, and all the amenities were only for two people. We had to go to the front desk ourselves to get more. We tried calling, they said 'OK,' but nothing was delivered all night. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, unless the price drops significantly.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the metro station. From there, it's only a 5-stop ride to Toledo Station in the Spanish Quarter, which is super convenient. We stayed in a family room, which was clean, tidy, and offered a great view. Perfect for a family trip.

If you want to visit Positano, staying here is a relatively cheap option. It takes about 20 minutes to get here by water taxi from Positano, and the cost seems to be 50 euros. It takes about 70 minutes by bus, and it seems to be a few dollars per person, which is much cheaper. The mountain road is winding but the scenery is very good. There is a bus stop at the door of the hotel. If you are carsick, you should take a boat, which is faster. If you mind a relatively large budget, it is recommended to stay in Positano. However, the restaurant on the rooftop of this hotel is delicious and cheap, about 50 euros per person. The massage service is really yyds 150 euros per hour. The waiter said it is a hanging massage unique to this island. The cost is also relatively cheap. The room is relatively ordinary with a country style but clean.

Located in a row behind Naples Central Station, it's relatively quiet and convenient for getting around. The hotel lobby is clean, the room isn't large, but the bathroom is clean and tidy. It's more than adequate for a solo trip and is quite standard.

The hotel is right next to the Naples train station, making getting around and shopping extremely convenient. The room is spacious, and you can see Mount Vesuvius from the balcony. The staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast is great too.

Staff are extra friendly and could not do enough to help. Our chalet was excellent with a really powerful shower but best of all had a fantastic view of the sea.   Regular bus service to the town at a reasonable price I would fully recommend and hope to come back

The hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Aminta. The service was excellent from start to finish – the staff were always attentive and reliable. The shuttle service in particular stood out: it ran at different hours, always on time without a single delay, and was spotless every ride. Breakfast was a highlight for me – the cappuccino and coffee were especially good, easily some of the best I’ve had on a trip. I also planned a small birthday surprise for my partner, and the hotel staff carried it out beautifully and very discreetly, which made it extra special. The location is great, the pool area is lovely with amazing views, and everything was kept very clean throughout our stay. Overall, it felt like real value for money – a mix of comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily return.
