The food quality was generally good, although there was room for improvement in terms of selection and consistency during peak hours. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and gym, were well maintained and suitable for relaxation after a busy day. Parking was also convenient for guests. Overall, Renai Hotel Kota Bharu provides good value for money with comfortable accommodation, excellent service, and a strategic location. The hotel was okay, clean and tidy. Beautiful and modern vibe. Family-friendly. There's a kids' play area/toys, so children won't get bored easily. Easy parking. Good value for money. Very satisfied and would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at Perdana Kota Bharu and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions in Kota Bharu. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist. Hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and fitness centre were well maintained and added value to the stay. However, I found the food quality to be average and not as good as expected for a hotel of this standard. While there was a reasonable variety of dishes available, the taste and overall dining experience could be improved. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to travellers looking for comfortable accommodation in Kota Bharu.

The room and environment is okay. I got the downstairs room, so can hear clearly when the upstairs move or jump. Soundproof is one issue - then the wifi in room is not stable and the toilet light went off (likely because electric is not stable). Breakfast is very average. Okay to stay, but no next time

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Riverview Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The location is also very convenient for getting around Kota Bharu. However, the amenities could be improved slightly, as basic items like a toothbrush were not provided. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely consider staying here again.”

Everything was good. 5mins drive to Mydin and other local shops. I had a pleasant stay and definitely will repeat again to stay here whenever i come to Kelantan

Nice place, with a strategic location, but I do have a couple of complaints: there were mosquitoes in the room, the bathroom had a smell, and the water pressure was low. Hope these can be improved. Everything else was perfect. Thank you.

Best hotel in KB so far.. i love the breakfast too despite Ramahdan month still many varieties at the hotel restaurant. Just a bit disappointed on the treadmills that require proper maintenance or perhaps get a new set.

Nothing Else !! Likely due poor/few guests during Ramadan Season !! 4)Interesting experience, UNLIKELY Repeat visit !!
