Royale Chulan Seremban is one of the most established hotels in Seremban, offering a comfortable blend of classic elegance, spacious accommodation, and family-friendly facilities. Located near the scenic Lake Gardens area and within easy reach of Seremban town, the hotel provides a convenient base for both business and leisure travellers.
One of the hotel's strongest features is its spacious rooms. Guests frequently praise the generous room size, comfortable beds, and large bathrooms equipped with bathtubs and separate shower areas. The hotel also offers extensive facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness centre, tennis courts, multiple dining outlets, and meeting facilities, making it suitable for families, corporate events, and weddings.
The breakfast buffet receives positive feedback for its variety of local and international selections, while the staff are often described as friendly, attentive, and helpful. Many returning guests appreciate the warm hospitality and relaxing atmosphere.
However, some guests note that the hotel is showing its age. Certain rooms and furnishings appear dated, and a number of reviews mention the need for refurbishment and improvements in maintenance. Despite this, the property remains well-regarded for its value, cleanliness, and comprehensive facilities.
Overall, Royale Chulan Seremban is a reliable 4-star hotel that offers comfort, convenience, and good value, making it one of the better accommodation choices in Seremban for both short stays and family getaways.

First off, the apartment manager was incredibly helpful and attentive. He patiently sorted out all my requests, saving me a lot of hassle and giving me peace of mind. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, truly immaculate – you could comfortably walk around barefoot. Both the AC and hot water worked perfectly. It's super convenient, just a 15-minute drive from the airport, and there's a convenience store downstairs. If you're transiting through Kuala Lumpur, this place is perfect and offers amazing value for money! 🤩🤩🤩
The room was quite spacious and even had a pool, which was great overall! The only minor inconvenience was that our room was on the second floor, and we had to use the stairs, which wasn't ideal as we had elderly people with us. But so far, all good! (Attaching a photo of a yacht at sea, haha)
The location is very strategic. There's a restaurant right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient; no need to drive out.
Facilities - The kids loved the snooker and arcade. The pool is long. However, the beach wasn't nice this time, and there was construction going on in the beach area. But the sunset was beautiful.
Room 257
Room - The pillowcases smelled musty, like they hadn't been changed. The comforter was dirty and hadn't been changed. All the cushions smelled foul and musty, like vomit. I asked housekeeping to change the covers, but they said they didn't have any and told me not to use them and just put them on the wardrobe. There were two biscuits left under the chair on the floor.
Bathroom - Terrible. It was dirty and grimy, as if it hadn't been scrubbed at all. It was disgusting.
Please ask your housekeeping supervisor or manager to check their staff's work. Thank you.
We stayed one night at the water chalet, quite comfortable. The breakfast spread was quite good but food quality was average. For those fishing, can fish from room balcony but we didn't try.
This was my first time staying at Nilai Springs Resort, and I already expected it to be an old resort. However, the experience was a bit disappointing, especially upon arrival at night. The road leading to the hotel after the guard house was very dark, with no clear signage and no street lights, making it difficult to find the entrance.
When I arrived at the lobby, it looked quite nice and well-presented, possibly refurbished, which gave a better first impression. Check-in was smooth, and although I initially booked a Superior room, I upgraded to a Deluxe room because I wanted a bathtub.
Walking to the room, the hallway was very dimly lit, with only faint lighting, giving a rather gloomy feeling. Once inside the room, it was clear that the resort is very old. The furniture looked extremely outdated, the bathroom fixtures were worn out, some pipes looked like they were about to break, and the bathtub was not clean. The drain for the bathtub was also broken and could not be turned properly. The room lighting was very dull, and the room was not soundproof at all—I could clearly hear other guests opening and closing doors and talking.
That said, the room was very spacious, which was a plus, especially since my child could run around comfortably. Still, the overall atmosphere at night felt dark and deserted, making the hotel feel rather eerie, as if not many guests were staying there.
In my opinion, the rooms really need a full refurbishment.
The next morning during breakfast, I finally saw many guests around, mostly foreigners, including Chinese and Korean tourists. The breakfast was good and delicious, especially the pastries. All the pastries tasted excellent—honestly better than some five-star hotels.
The swimming pool area was another highlight. The pools are huge and there are several of them. The kids really enjoyed playing there. However, part of the children’s pool looked dirty and clearly needs better maintenance.
Only during the daytime did I fully appreciate the surroundings of the hotel. The view was beautiful, as the resort is surrounded by a golf course. Unfortunately, at night, the area feels very dark and gloomy. Adding more lighting around the hotel would greatly improve the overall experience.
Overall, this hotel has so much potential. With proper refurbishment and better maintenance, especially in the rooms and lighting, it could be a really great resort.
Our first time staying at Lexis Hibiscus for 4D3N was a memorable and wonderful experience. We booked the Executive Pool Villa which had its own small pool with 2 queen size beds. The room was spacious, came with a transparent glass window where we can see the water at the bottom. Our room was facing the opppsite villa so you can see other guests if you’re swimming. There’s a 24hr buggy service if you need them to send to your room or to the concierge. However, you may choose to walk and enjoy the scenery too. Bicycles are available for rental too.
The buffet breakfast was ok with a variety of local food like nasi lemak, roti canai, porridge, pastries, egg station, fruits, etc. They had a vegetarian corner for those who don’t take meat/chicken. They even had ice cream during the breakfast buffet.
Overall, the stay was good except we had to wait a little longer for the buggy service. The housekeeping gave us additional amenities on the day we checked in.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The location is convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to get around. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. It's great value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.
We had a family vacation here and booked a 3-bedroom apartment for our family.
The Superior King Room was excellent — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with an iron, kettle, toothbrushes, and even a prayer mat.
The 3-bedroom apartment was very spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and the living hall was huge, making it perfect for a family stay.
The pool was very entertaining for the kids, especially with the water slides. The beach is just a short walk away from the resort. There were also plenty of activities such as table tennis, carrom, and swings, all with a beautiful beach view.
The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food, and everything was delicious.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place for families with children.

MM yaw”The hotel location is consider quite near to town area which surrounds with seafood restaurant which within walking distance. However overall building outlook seems a bit dimmer. The room was spacious but not clean with spider web around. The staff at the front desk were helpful, especially the room door can not open due to technical problems. Bathroom only have rainfall shower head without hand held shower head, should improve on this.
Eedenpark08I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a separate kitchen that added great convenience—especially for longer stays or families.
One of the highlights was the huge swimming pool, perfect for both adults and kids to relax and enjoy. The hotel’s location is also a big plus, being just a short walk from the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway.
The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for families and friends looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

AAnonymous UserThis is not our first time at Admiral Cove Avillion however the first Superior room with Seaview (1501); wow with the setting sun view..Love it! Pleasant experience overall. This hotel is children-friendly with good facilities and amenities around as well as good food though mostly open towards the evening but fast food outlets like mcD and Starbucks etc are a drive away at Waterfront City. Our appreciation goes especially to Amy the guest relations assistant and Dalina with their ever smiling demeanor and kind support while attending to us. Somehow our hp couldn't connect outgoing calls but Amy was ever willing to let us use her hp, kudos Amy! Thank you.
