We feel happy during our staycation. The room is clean, got bathtub. Only 1thing disturbing me, there no pipe-waterhose type in the bathroom. The bidet not really function as the water is quiet small and not really satisfy during washing. Easy access to boulevard shopping mall. Free parking-tell the receptionist when go out. Swimmingpool is large & comfortable. Overall, satisfy👍🏻

The room is spacious and very tidy. Bed is comfortable after hard day of work. Aircond a little too cold. Water pressure is good. Whole hotel is welcoming. Breakfast has adequate choice. Recommended hitel for anyone going to Miti

the room was ok despite the hotel is old.. we picked tower b double bed. the location is excellent with free parking provided. the ev charging provided also working pro: free parking, breakfast included, iron, iron board & hair dryer provided. fast check in & lift. ev charging spot provided 2 cons: need to chop parking as they will be a lot visitor during dinner.. please provide section for hotel customer. need to upgrade room soundproof.. we stayed at level 13 still can hear motorcycle sound🤣

Hotel was opened / renovated not too long ago, still looking fresh and new. Conveniently located near the waterfront area and close to many popular food and coffee places. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite

Stayed at this Hotel from 11th to 13th June at the Puteri Wing. This i must say was a Fabulous Wing. Everything is fine at this Hotel. Only a few shortcomings due to Towels, we had to keep on asking Housekeeping to send the towels. Next Ammenities in the Room was placed for 1 person only ”why”. I think Housekeeping needs to buck up. Other than that its a Nice Hotel. Great Breakfast and Kudos to the F& B Team. Front Office Staff very well mannered and Helpful.. It was nice staying at this Hotel 🏨 ☺️ 👌

This is probably my 5th or 6th time staying at The Waterfront Hoteland for good reason! It remains my favourite hotel in the city. The view from the room is simply magnificent, whether day or night, and always takes my breath away. I absolutely love the pool area it’s such a relaxing spot to unwind, especially with the scenic backdrop. Another major plus is the hotel’s direct connection to the mall, which makes shopping and dining super convenient without having to leave the building. The room is well-equipped with complete toiletries, which I really appreciate. Everything is kept clean and comfortable, making each stay feel like a mini escape. One small downside: the toilet floor tends to be quite slippery. Although a small toilet mat is provided, it doesn’t quite cover enough area to prevent slipping, so that’s something to be cautious about.

The exterior of the service apartment looks nice but the interior requires further upgrading. The toilet especially seems run down. The sofa is dirty and smelly and my body itched when I sat on it. There were 5 pillows only for the 3 of us The aircon in one of the rooms was not cold and I reported it to the front desk staff for someone to service it. Unfortunately, it was still the same and so we had to bear with it for our 3 night stay. Not sure if anything was done about it.

sangat selesa and saya dpt tidur dgn nyenyak. I love the hotel vibe very exclusive . include swimming pool tapi sayang skli waktu nak mandi sllu hujan. Makanan dia mungkin boleh improve sikit sbb masin sangat. staff dia sgt melayani and tolong ambilkan gambar dan bukakan pintu. 🫶🏾

The hotel has a great location — it’s conveniently surrounded by many eateries, making it easy to grab food at any time. The room itself is quite spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the overall maintenance of the hotel needs serious improvement. The main carpet in the hallway had a strong unpleasant smell, and the windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Inside the room, both the floor and bathroom were noticeably dirty, which affected our comfort during the stay. With better cleanliness and upkeep, this place has the potential to be much better.

Spacious room, basic breakfast, low price, good WiFi. The Alfresco Restaurant downstair at Tower B offer nice and low price western cuisine.
