I had a pleasant stay at City Rise Hotel Miri during my visit to Miri. The hotel offers a comfortable and clean environment, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with the essential amenities needed for a relaxing stay. One of the hotel’s biggest advantages is its convenient location, with easy access to restaurants, shopping areas, and local attractions around Miri city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, while the hotel provided good value for money compared to other accommodations in the area. My booking comes with a breakfast, which was great to start the day. Overall, I had a satisfying experience and would recommend City Rise Hotel Miri to travelers looking for an affordable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay.

The family room was fantastic, even better than the Waterfront and Hilton I've stayed at previously. It was very new, spacious, and had a corner sofa with a small coffee table. The king-size bed was huge, exceeding my expectations. The pool was also large and very clean. My only minor complaint was that the housekeeping during our extended stay was a bit haphazard. They didn't replace our slippers, so we had to use the same disposable pair for five days straight. It also seemed like there was no comb, I'm not sure if it was forgotten or if they don't provide them, so I used my own.

Just arrived at the hotel and was informed that there was ongoing water pipe repair work outside, which caused a temporary water disruption during the daytime. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands for a while, which was quite inconvenient. Thankfully, the water supply returned to normal again in the evening. Front desk staff were still very polite and helpful throughout the situation. We booked the Deluxe Single Room, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable and spacious, enough for us two adults and our 2yo child, with plenty of extra space. However, the bed felt slightly damp when we first arrived, but it became better later at night. The hotel also has a family pool and direct beach access, which makes it a great place for families with kids to relax and unwind. The buffet breakfast menu was also quite rich with plenty of choices.

Cleanliness: Housekeeping everyday. Facilities: Pretty much up to star-rated standards. Ambiance: Features some indigenous decorations. Service: Very friendly.

Room is clean and comfortable. If you need to know, the pillows are the fluffiest that’ll support your spine in your sleep. A few non functioning locks (toilet) and drawers (fridge) but nothing too major that affects stay experience. As a business traveller, it’s important to note that the room is filled with sockets which means no power supply concerns.

A relaxing beachfront stay with beautiful sea views and a peaceful nature vibe 🌊🌴 Damai Beach Resort is perfect for a short getaway, with direct beach access, spacious rooms, and stunning sunset views. The combination of beach and rainforest creates a calm atmosphere that feels refreshing and unique. Great for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a quiet escape in Kuching. Definitely worth it for the scenery alone ✨

The hotel ambiance exudes old-money charm. During my stay, I even had the pleasure of seeing their Sultan King. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location is excellent, said to be in the best 'feng shui' spot, feeling grand and impressive. It directly faces the river, and in the evenings, it's very convenient to stroll along the riverside to Marina Bay Sands. The only issue was that the air conditioning wasn't cooling when I checked in, but it was resolved after I reported it. Later that night, I discovered the shower gel dispenser was nearly empty, and no product would come out. Then, the shower drain clogged, quickly flooding the entire bathroom during my quick shower. The hotel does show some signs of aging facilities, but everything else was great.

Had a great stay at Hotel Dynasti Miri. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made the experience very comfortable. The location is a big plus—right in the center of town, making it very convenient for getting around, especially for business travel. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone traveling for work. Highly recommended.

Room with sea view was absolutely perfect. The panoramic ocean view from our room were breathtaking, green, fresh. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. Very calm pool to swim. Private beach access was ideal for relaxing vacation.
