Amazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.

Very solid hotel close to train station and main square, bus and tram stop nearby. Big room, recently renovated. Only drawback is smell and dry air in the room, probably still due to renovation. Competitive price, I would stay again.

This hotel, beautifully converted from a historical landmark, features a magnificent, long palatial staircase that's absolutely stunning and perfect for photography – truly grand and beautiful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist with any request. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, with quiet and efficient air conditioning that ensured a comfortable stay.

Hotel ładny, ale pod kątem wystroju pozostał w poprzednim stuleciu, wymagany byłby remont. Obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna. Kuchnia otwarta do późna, jest smacznie. Dostępny jest parking oraz woda pitna do karafki uzupełniana samodzielnie w hallu na piętrze przy windach, jako fajne ekologiczne rozwiązanie problemu butelkowanych porcji.

Overall the hotel has its years but as for business purposes, the hotel is approx. on plus: sympathetic and willing to help. hotel parking comfortable location. In addition there is a pub and a restaurant. Breakfasts are ok - there is no powder egg + big plus for regional cheeses from the surrounding cheese. A minus: a terrible small shower cabin and a little weak water pressure in the shower on the 7th floor.

Not far from the old town of Brozlaw, access was good and the staff were friendly. There were a lot of guests at breakfast, so when all the food was consumed, it was not refilled quickly, so I was waiting for a while, but it seemed difficult for two people to serve, and the staff seemed to have to be replenished. Overall it was a spacious and pleasant hotel.

The hotel service is quite good. The front desk greeted them warmly and politely. The room service was OK, but the room facilities were a bit loose. The breakfast was OK.

Cold room and bathroom after check-in. The taps were set to the lowest possible setting. The bathroom stank of sewage. Breakfasts were very tasty, service was nice. The first elevator was out of order, the second elevator had a broken display and it was impossible to read which floor you were already on. I probably won't be back.

Very nice stay. The hotel is clean, the aquapark is very cool.
