Excellent receptionist service. Prompt and proactive in resolving customer issue. Thanks to the female lady receptionist i was able to catch my train. Maybe for amenities such as body wash etc, will be good if is refilled each time room is made up.

The hotel is located right outside the central station, shopping centre, and public transport, making it very convenient to reach tourist destinations. The initial room on the fifth floor was dark, and the lights stopped working the following day. The cleaning staff did not proactively report the issue that they certainly would have noticed, and a room change was required because the technician was not available on a Sunday. The hotel provided a welcome drink ticket to compensate for the inconvenience, and the new room on the third floor was much better lit. Although the situation was poorly handled, the overall stay was nice.

Mixed feelings and let me explain why. Everything is brand new and very well designed, studios look great, just like in photos, lighting is nice, materials used are good. From visual pov it's all perfect, but there are some things that are crucial for good hotel experience that are lacking here. First of all beds are soft, too soft for me, same I can say about pillows - they lack that premium feeling. Next issue? Water pressure under the shower is low and as it's all brand new, I guess that's on purpose and I don't like it. And one last thing that caught me off guard - even if you have breakfast included, there are ”extra options”, that are freshly made that you need to extra pay for on the spot. Tbh it's a first time I met with such solutions and I don't get it - if breakfast is included in my room rate, why I have to pay extra cash for some poached eggs? Car park has a pretty narrow entrance but spacious spots so plus for that.

Good hotel with a large room. Service could be improved, friendliness, and at the reception, you're not allowed to ask questions; the answer is that you can look online, etc. We're used to it differently from other 5-star hotels.

The room was nice, small but compact. TV was mainly Polish channels, but CNN and Euro News was available. Shower wasn't brilliant (poor head of pressure). Lack of facilities as you enter Lobby - save for a couple of seats in reception, the only other area was the bar which was open at restricted days/hours. Expected room to be cleaned daily, however, this has to be requested. Tea/Coffee very limited,basic - no coffee machine. Wardrobe had few hangers, but rest of room did have enough drawers and places to pop things on. Ordered Taxi at reception 'special taxi' @ 80 Zloty, only to find the Taxi driver wanted 130 Zloty at airport arrival. Clearly this was a bad mistake by the hotel and left us a little stressed, though in the end git charged 80 Zloty. I would put the overall experience as 3 to 3.1/2 rather than a 4*

Perfectly located with many trams right in front of the door. Good soundproofing of the windows. Confortable beds and everything clean! Extensive breakfast buffet! One point of decline there is no ahorn syrup ;)

This hotel, beautifully converted from a historical landmark, features a magnificent, long palatial staircase that's absolutely stunning and perfect for photography – truly grand and beautiful! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to assist with any request. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped, with quiet and efficient air conditioning that ensured a comfortable stay.

Stayed one night for business and the hotel exceeded expectations on every front. The location next to the cathedral is genuinely impressive — quiet despite being central, which is rare. Room was spacious and well-thought-out, the sofa setup worked perfectly. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. The industrial-chic design feels intentional rather than trendy. Sky bar is worth a visit even if you're not staying long. Would book again without hesitation for future trips to Wroclaw.

I'm absolutely thrilled! This hotel not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them. From the very first moment, everything was perfect – the warm welcome at reception, the stylish ambience, and the impeccable service made my stay a truly memorable experience. The room was spacious, modern, and furnished with great attention to detail. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and the stunning view from the window. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable – I've rarely slept so well! What truly makes this hotel exceptional, however, is the staff: attentive, courteous, and always with a smile. You immediately notice that hospitality is lived here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone – whether for a short break, a business trip, or a longer stay. I will definitely be back!

The room is not big, and the facilities are relatively simple compared to those in China, but it is relatively clean. It is generally a budget hotel. There is no toiletries, not even a toothbrush.
