The reception staff are relativaly new, not very much helpful or flexible, just doing their job which is a bit under expectation for one of the main hotels in the city.

It was a beautiful place, and the staff were also nice, and they were also surrounded by things that Ramadan felt beautiful and elegant.

Very beautiful and wonderful. However, upon arrival, please make sure the room is separate and does not have a connecting door to another room that can be opened to combine the two rooms, to prevent noise.

The cleanliness was okay at first, but after staying for four nights, no one took the initiative to clean it. It's not in the city, but it's quite quiet even though it's on the side of the highway.

Overall, the hotel has a lot of character, but the facilities might be a bit outdated due to its age. Although they offer spa services, the masseuse wasn't actually available, which was quite disappointing. The internet in my room was very good, but my colleague's room had a pretty weak connection and kept disconnecting. However, when we told the front desk, they offered to change rooms for us, so the service was still good.

The location is good, the price is reasonable, and breakfast is varied, and there's flexibility at the exit date, but the place needs renovation.

The hotel was really clean and comfortable. It was located near the airport and also near the port, which led to the Farasan Islands. There was a small supermarket right next door, so it was perfect for small purchases.
