A very clean hotel, close to everything. The staff is friendly, but sparse. Snacks at the bar and other extras are incredibly expensive.

Very friendly and helpful :) breakfast was very nice! Delicious food and great service. Also in room fishing was tasty and nice(see pic below!). Location wise perfect to walk anywhere around the area(old market) or more vibrant area full of restaurants and cafes. I was busy so couldn’t enjoy the pool but my mum went and she was very happy. Only thing missing I would say toiletries products. We only got shower caps. Cannot wait to be back!

The two 1.5m beds are very suitable for family travel. The terrace is large and quiet at night. The location is relatively biased. There is no store in front of the village. There are several restaurants around. There is no Chinese food and no place to go shopping. Going out depends on taxis or chartered cars. The hotel lacks a swimming pool. If there is an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, It's perfect.

Has a lovely stay, the staff are very friendly and the pool area is beautiful. We had a nice meal in the restaurant also. Would recommend to others.

酒店房間非常寬敞，陽台視野絕佳，整體衞生很乾凈，住起來十分舒適。酒店沙灘很美，整體環境很舒適，很適合來度假。早上可以躺在床上看日出，就是日出方向不是在海面，在山上。

The hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2. The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops. The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area. Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive. That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

The environment is noisy, the front desk service attitude is poor and lacks patience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Izmir. Although we stayed for only one night, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is elegant, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully maintained. The location is next to Istinye shopping mall and is also excellent for exploring the city by ferry ,metro or tram line. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is really nice, and they even prepared dessert cakes. Since it was Chinese New Year, they specially prepared greeting cards for Chinese guests, which was a lovely touch and made it feel very special. Plus, there are restaurants and coffee shops downstairs, which is super convenient.

I like the hotel's hilthony facilities. I didn't have any problems in the car park. The room was clean and regular. There was no negative service like HK, front office etc. Breakfast was enough. Thank you.
