A very clean hotel, close to everything. The staff is friendly, but sparse. Snacks at the bar and other extras are incredibly expensive.

Very friendly and helpful :) breakfast was very nice! Delicious food and great service. Also in room fishing was tasty and nice(see pic below!). Location wise perfect to walk anywhere around the area(old market) or more vibrant area full of restaurants and cafes. I was busy so couldn’t enjoy the pool but my mum went and she was very happy. Only thing missing I would say toiletries products. We only got shower caps. Cannot wait to be back!

The luggage was almost lost by Pegasus Airlines, so we asked them to retrieve it and send it to the hotel. The hotel was very responsible and helped me keep an eye on the luggage and tried to help us contact the airline. The hotel's buffet restaurant is priced similar to domestic five-star hotels, and the dishes are very rich, with local specialties and European breakfast. The private beach downstairs of the hotel is very beautiful and worth a vacation. The photos on the Internet are not as beautiful as what you actually see. The lobby and rooms are very stylish and have a sense of luxury.

The hotel is big and very industrial. Booked a 2 bedroom grand suite. The communal areas are very big and well furnished. The master bedroom is a good size but the 2nd bedroom is very cramped for twin beds. The kitchen is well equipped but as an apartment for 4 only had crockery and glasses for 2. The area is very grubby as it is in the heart of the car workshops. The communal areas in the hotel are very grubby and look dirty and rundown except for the reception area. Would not use again and in my opinion £400 for 2 nights was excessive. That said the buffet breakfast was exceptionally good.

The environment is noisy, the front desk service attitude is poor and lacks patience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Izmir. Although we stayed for only one night, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is elegant, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully maintained. The location is next to Istinye shopping mall and is also excellent for exploring the city by ferry ,metro or tram line. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is really nice, and they even prepared dessert cakes. Since it was Chinese New Year, they specially prepared greeting cards for Chinese guests, which was a lovely touch and made it feel very special. Plus, there are restaurants and coffee shops downstairs, which is super convenient.

I like the hotel's hilthony facilities. I didn't have any problems in the car park. The room was clean and regular. There was no negative service like HK, front office etc. Breakfast was enough. Thank you.

The hotel was very clean, pleasant, and nice. We were satisfied with the spa facilities. The evening piano show was delightful to listen to. However, we couldn't enjoy the room's view because the windows were dirty from the outside.
