My family have stayed here to visit me many times, and always choose to stay here. Extremely welcoming and friendly team. They always smile, remember our faces and interact with the kids which is brilliant. Came to the Cromwell for the Jersey Boys tribute, booked through Kim’s trips to celebrate my sisters 40th. I had wanted to make it special for my sister and between Kim and manager Dean they arranged for us to have the Astley suite. The Astley suite itself was absolutely amazing, worth paying a little extra for that extra special night. The hotel is spotless and the staff are amazing, from check in right through to check out. Nothing is too much for them. We had the most amazing night, the tribute was fantastic, we was up dancing all night. The three course meal was delicious and everything ran like clockwork. We also loved DJ Winston. I would definitely recommend the Cromwell whether you just want a quiet night away or one of the events they host. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you to Kim, Dean & all at the Cromwell for such a wonderful evening.

My husband was at lister hospital and I had to find a hotel quickly as we been waiting nearly 7 hours .it was nearly midnight I had my 2 kids knackered and I was a mess.jordan in the reception was incredible.he gave us a room in ited us for breakfast.gave us water and sweet s for the kids.he told us that we can stay until midday.he looked after so well that I became calm and felt secure.the kitchen in the morning Christina and her college made kids hot chocolate with wipecream.our stay was amazing even if it was hard on me having my husband at lister . amazing..clean welcoming hotel.brilliant service 👍 Cynthia
