The stay was great. Rooms were big, clean and just great. My only concern is about the AC system. They can never cool the whole room even when set to the coldest setting with the highest fan speed. Management was really cool, supportive and friendly and so were the neighbors. It's the best place to stay if you are travelling alone. Tons of places to eat and visit near by.

Great location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!
Overall a good stay. The noise from the street can be disruptive for sleep. The fancy shower system is great but the water pressure is low. The kitchen has lots of useful items.
The price is definitely overpriced. The dormitory is absolutely suitable for my family trip. The room is 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. The place is very spacious. There is a fast food area and a small supermarket in the lobby. There is also a laundry room, a cooking room, a fitness room, and a playroom. The only thing is that the facilities are not comprehensive. The room only provides a microwave and ice. The bathroom only provides shower gel, shampoo, and soap. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste. Please note that you must bring a water cup because it is not provided in the whole room. Otherwise, you need to buy it in the supermarket in the lobby.
The online store should correct the 1 bedroom 2 room bed. Both rooms have 52-inch beds. It is not the 1 bedroom 2 beds provided on the website. The other 1 room does not provide the bed shape.

Originally thought that the dormitory hotel was in the university, but the University of Toronto itself did not have a wall, it was completely open, so there was no inexplicable sense of superiority and security in living on the campus. I read the comments before and said that the conditions were very poor and there was a psychological expectation. In fact, the twin room 5062 is still very good, very large, equivalent to two single rooms merged, each with a bed and cabinet table and so on. There is a window that can be opened a little bit. The long strips by the window are probably ventilation devices, and there is wind coming out. The bed shelf is small and shallow, and the mattress is thin. There is only one blanket in the closet. 5062 just opened the door to the public bathroom, there are 10 sink toilets and showers in each, very clean. The distribution of the rooms is very different from the traditional Chinese university dormitory. People are not a corridor, but a bit like a hive. Anyway, it is a very special experience. Canada's Qingbei, the international ranking is also comparable to Qingbei. Datonghua Chinatown is relatively close. Check-in time is stricter at 3 pm. Because it is not a hotel, it is slower to do things. I asked a few times, it is your room is still dirty. but what is the price of 100 knives?

I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of the year (New Year’s trip) and spent a total of 4 very comfortable nights.
Overall, it was an amazing and pleasant stay.
The location was perfect, and the amenities and facilities were excellent.
The room and common areas were clean, well-equipped, and provided a very relaxing atmosphere. I honestly had no complaints about comfort or convenience during my stay.
However, one thing I hope will be improved in the future is that the check-in instruction email did not arrive at the scheduled time, and I hadn’t received it even when the check-in time came. A smoother communication process would make the experience even better and more reassuring for guests.
That said, this trip turned out to be wonderful and extremely comfortable, thanks to the great environment the hotel provided.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

First of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The views from both the bedroom and the living room were excellent, and the space was large enough for a group of friends to relax, especially with the poker and foosball tables. The location is also great, right in downtown.
However, the shower amenities could be improved, particularly the shampoo and body wash, and the toothpaste looked quite messy (fortunately I brought my own). The soundproofing is also not ideal, as I could hear the couple in the next room talking, and I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and blow‑drying my hair after coming back late from a concert.
The check‑in time is quite rigid at 4 p.m., although they do allow you to delay check‑in until 7:30 p.m. I was initially confused because I waited for over 10 minutes at the original building (before the upgrade) and wasn’t sure if the receptionist would come to pick me up. Once we met, though, the receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained the amenities and check‑out procedures.
Overall, despite the strict rules and minor issues, I really liked the room and had a happy stay.
Walking distance to CN tower, Riley’s aquarium and other tourist spots. Bed is a little bit stiff but not too bad. Would really recommend.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care.
The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay.
The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in.
The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!
AAli_101The Airbnb was clean and had everything we needed from lots of towels to extra garbage bags. The host is very responsive and ensured a very smooth transition into the home and was clear every step along the way. Based on if someone has the home booked he is very lenient as well! The location is honestly perfect if you’d like a casual street to the night life aspect. House is very quiet as well I don’t think I ever heard the family on the upper level. Thank you very much for letting us stay at the perfect home and will definitely recommend this to others.
GGuest UserThe hotel is well located and very clean, which is appreciated. However, I had a bad experience during my stay. At 4:20 AM, some suspicious people knocked on my door, waking me up. I also heard them knocking on other doors in the hallway. It was disturbing and ruined part of my experience. A shame, because the hotel has potential...
GGuest UserOverall, it was a great stay experience! The location is fantastic - close to public transportation and plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby.
The host was super responsive and communicative, which made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free.
However, I did notice that the kitchen could use a bit of attention to cleanliness. Specifically, the kitchen cloths had a strong smell that wasn't pleasant.
Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place to others. With a bit of extra attention to cleanliness, it could easily be a 5-star experience.
Thanks to the host for the great location and timely responses!”
WWandewenmaiDue to the Canadian airline flight attendant strike, I was stranded in Toronto for three days. I was so lucky to find this apartment, and thanks to a special offer on Ctrip, I booked it right away.
The apartment is located in a high-rise building, very close to the CN Tower and Harborfront, and just over a 10-minute walk to the lake. Restaurants, parks, and a supermarket are all just downstairs.
The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room, perfect for two to four people. The room was immaculately cleaned and kept very tidy. There was also an electric stove and microwave.
We had a very pleasant stay during our three-day stay in Toronto, even visiting the Toronto Islands and renting bikes for a lakeside bike ride.

GGuest UserWOW, above all expectations. Motorcycle trip, it was raining all day, so we were soaking wet. Our host took extra care of us and helped with damp clothes. Every detail is square and clean, comfy and warmth. What a great moment this evening in the living room, everybody sharing our day like a family. Then this king breakfast the next morning. Felt like home. I will certainly keep this place in mind and come back in purpose. Owner is so kind & lovely!
HHello there! The motel is a budget option, and for the price it does what it is supposed to do. If you are simply looking for a cheap place to sleep for the night, it serves its purpose. The room was basic but functional, and overall it matched what you would expect at this price point.
However, one of the furniture in the room was broken and should simply be removed. Leaving broken furniture in the room is a matter of improper maintenance.
GGuest UserThis place we affectionately call Nana's.
We felt right at home and suitably looked after.
The accommodation was immaculate. Each morning started with a hearty breakfast.
10 mins walk from the OLG stage venue and 20 minutes walk from the falls (don't believe the timings on the maps apps).
Made to feel very welcome at the local bar too.
Won't hesitate to stay at Anna's in the future.
