Excellent séjour, Le personnel est extrêmement bienveillant, aimable et toujours prêt à aider. Leur professionnalisme a rendu notre séjour très agréable. L'hôtel est très confortable, propre et idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes les principales attractions et des transports. Je le recommande sans hésitation et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir

First of all, the location is not bad. However, since the personal locker is very small, it is not easy to store the bag completely. And on top of all that, whatever bag your clothes were stolen, you couldn't find it. Of course, the host worked hard to help, but...

The hotel's location is quite good, and it doesn't take long to get to some popular attractions. When checking out, if you need to store your luggage, you'll need to prepare 1 euro to use the lockers.

The room they gave us was in a terrible location, very noisy due to the street nearby, and the room next to ours was under renovation every morning at 8 am sharp. Thankfully, they later changed us to a new room. The soundproofing wasn't as good as I expected; I heard moaning and groaning all the time. But I can understand that for a couples' hotel.

The location is super convenient with plenty of food options right outside, including Chinese and Western fast food. It's also easy to catch a bus, and there's a supermarket nearby. The staff are friendly, and it's really easy to get to all the famous tourist spots.

Great location and room was spacious, clean and comfortable. One thing we didn't love was that the concierge desk was literally right outside our room (actually even blocking half of the door) which didn't allow for much privacy and slightly awkward interactions when having to leave the room for the toilet or to go out (and not great if you're a couple wanting some alone time 😅). The other rooms might have been fine, so I'd book one of those next time since the accomodation was otherwise good. Check-in and out was seamless. Would stay again!

Our first impression was how clean and well-maintained everything was—from the front desk to the small lounge area, the room, and the bathroom. The bed deserves a special mention—it was exceptionally comfortable, and we had a truly restful sleep. The bathroom, while compact, was dry, hygienic, and well-kept. The shower had strong water pressure and consistently hot water, which we really appreciated. The room also had a heating function in the air conditioner, making our stay warm and pleasant. We were also warmly welcomed by the staff. Although the lady who helped us with check-in and the gentleman at check-out didn’t speak much English, they were both very kind and had such friendly smiles. It made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

The room was very clean and quiet, even though it's located in the city center. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was spacious with plenty of room for belongings. Free bottled water was provided, the service was good, and the staff were helpful. The Wi-Fi was fast.

The price is cheap, the two rooms are booked, and the room is very clean and tidy. The location is very close to the Arc de Triomphe, next to the small supermarket is very convenient to buy things, in general, there is nothing wrong with it, very good

Lovely place; just 5 mins walk to Parc Guell 🫶🏻 they have great breakfast and complementary fruits, drinks, yogurt… available all the time 💯
