C’est toujours un plaisir d’arriver dans cette établissement face à la mer.L’accueil est chaleureux et agréable.Le logement face à la mer est très agréable.L’équipement de base est présent mais il peut manquer de temps en temps un tire-bouchon et un ouvre boîte.La Clim réversible est un plus en saison fraîche.Le lit escamotable est très pratique et confortable en couchage,un peu raide pour regarder la télé.

Surprised by the great location and the room. Room was very clean and filled with everything we needed in an apartment. Coming back again next week. Looking forward. Staffs were also helpful when needed some inquiries. The room we stayed , the bed was only enough for 2 person. The sofa bed was also comfortable to sleep in for the 3rd person.

Very well placed, the beach just in front, not bad of shops and restaurants around.
When we arrived there was no damn dust on the ground, so the cleaning was not top.
The apartment was perfect for our family composition (2 adults and 3 children).
Sorry there was no balcony.

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the rules of living in our apartment. If you follow them, we are sure your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible.
1) Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
2) Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
3) There is a EUR 15 surcharge for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight, and a EUR 30 surcharge for arrival between midnight and 3:00 AM. The late check-in fee must be paid in cash.
Check-in after 3:00 AM is not possible because we do not have 24-hour service. If you arrive this late, we will be able to accommodate you the following morning from 10:00 AM.
Late check-in must be notified in advance. If you do not notify us in advance, we will be entitled to accommodate you the following day. Guests, please respect each other and each other's time.
4) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of 50 euros.
5) We take neighborly relations very seriously, so any noise that may disturb them is prohibited, especially after 10:00 p.m.
6) Parties (drinks) are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
7) Guests who are not included in the reservation are not permitted to stay overnight.
8) A separate shelf in the refrigerator is designated for your room; in front of it, there is a number corresponding to your room number.
9) At the end of the stay, the tenant agrees to leave the kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, pans, cutlery) clean.
10) When leaving the apartment, always make sure the lights are off and the doors and windows are closed.
Additional Services:
- Cleaning during your stay: 10 euros per day (optional).
- Laundry service: 15 euros per wash (includes washing and drying).
- Luggage storage, only on the day of departure, for 10 euros before 6:00 pm, then 5 euros per hour, but no later than 8:00 pm, upon request.
- Crib: 10 euros per day, subject to availability.
- In air-conditioned rooms, use of the air conditioning is an additional service and costs 10 euros per day.

RRakhmonberdi ErkinovHostal Levante is a very comfortable and well-located place to stay in the heart of Barcelona. One of its biggest advantages is its excellent location. Aa.vigoA very kind and welcoming woman at the reception who explained everything in detail; city maps and guides are also available on site. The room fully matches the photos and includes towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, and an air conditioner with adjustable temperature. Sound insulation is not perfect, but during our stay there were no noisy guests, so it did not affect our sleep. There is a shared fridge and microwave near the reception, which is very convenient. The location is excellent: a quiet and safe area with shops, cafés, and public transport nearby, and about a 35–40 minute walk to Sagrada Família at a relaxed pace. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for convenient, comfortable, and safe accommodation close to the city center.

LLeeIt was a good experience staying in Serennia Exclusive rooms! The location was excellent, it is closed and really can walk around the city by foot to many tourist attractions, food and shopping area. Upon check in was greeted by a very friendly lady, Ms Kasia, she has assisted in my early check in since I arrived really early in the morning. Also upon check out, a very kind and friendly lady Ms Susana Ferrer has assisted in my additional luggage storage issue, really appreciate her help! Sad on my return trip I did not manage to book a room there as they were fully booked! Will definitely book Serennia Exclusive Room on my next trip back to Barcelona again!
