Clean new apartments, so new that construction dust still settles on the floor. Comfortable beds, electric blinds on the windows. Everything is very clean and nice in the bathroom. Of the minuses: the coffee at breakfast is terrible, the guy at the reception is not very friendly, breakfast is a croissant, jam and coffee / tea. In general, the sights are not far away, it is convenient that the bus to the airport is nearby and all the taxis are right there. Also, there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room, although before and after this in Rome and in the same Naples we were everywhere.

I spent four days at the end of the year and the beginning of the year here. It faces the main street in front of Naples Central Station and is convenient to go anywhere. I am in the corner of the building where several B&Bs are located. It is a mast to inform the arrival time in advance because the staff is not stationed. The staff is very friendly. ”Eat that” and ”eat this” and mother condition 😙 room is clean and interior is nice. I received a nice souvenir when I checked out.

This little hotel was practically perfect - looked not great from the outside but once inside it was an oasis of peace and tranquility. The check in process was quick and my room was ready slightly early so I could settle right in. The room was spacious, good air conditioning and in a small side annex with a few other rooms - a common room was available as well as coffee, tea or water. I was poorly during my stay so the peace and quiet and ability to return to the room and sleep inbetween sight seeing was invaluable. Breakfast was included which was basic but adequate and an exact time had to be provided as the room was small so you had to rotate. It felt like a home from home and having been travelling for 7 weeks was one of my favourite hotels of the trip!

The entrance is in a similar community and is not on the main road, so you have to look for the doorbell. It should open automatically when you press it. This is quite good because key locks in Europe are sometimes difficult to open. It is extremely safe, which is indeed a big concern. However, the security in Sorrento is good, so the risk is still high. Controllable The service staff always answers your questions and greets you with a smile. If you don’t have a phone, you can use WhatsApp to ask questions. There is no elevator. Please be careful! Some of the chair covers and facilities are very old, and there was a problem with the counter, but they can only send them for cleaning and have no plans to replace them with new ones. The portion for breakfast is not large. One tomato is about two small tomatoes (he will cut it in half to make 4 small tomatoes). If you are not full, you can order more, but don’t waste food. The water heater is very mysterious. One night, after waiting for 20 minutes, it still didn't fill up. I had to take a bath afterwards.

It offers a welcoming and relaxing environment, ideal for those seeking a break from the daily routine. The attention to detail and quality of service are evident, with the owners always available to provide a warm and personalized welcome. Here, every guest can feel special and completely rejuvenated.

The B&B was in a great location very close to the train station and luggage storage lockers. The room was lovely with a usable balcony at both windows. It was a reasonable sized room with an en suite. The breakfast was a basic continental with bread, croissants, jams and coffee but it was plenty to keep you going. The check in process after 8pm was a bit tricky, the phone number on the gate downstairs is an unavailable number. Thankfully a nice man let us through the gate but we had to walk up each level until we found the right door withing the apartment block. The number on that was correct and someone came to check us in within 10 mins. It was a nice, quiet room with a fridge as well. Very close to the centre for meeting points for activities such as to Pompei/Vesuvius etc. I would stay here again in future, again you get what you pay for, it is budget accomodation.

On the way from the station, there is a clean supermarket, laundry, and delicious pizza restaurant, and next door is a chain *****tore, so the location is great. The room was quite spacious, cleaned every day, and had a large terrace, so it was very comfortable. I visited not only Naples, but also Pompeii, Salerno → Amalfi → Potasino → Sorrento, but Amalfi and Potasino were too crowded, so I'm glad I did a day trip from Naples. There is no resident staff, so you need to go at the specified time to check in, but be careful that they don't open the door unless you call. I ended up not being able to contact the hotel in Matera, so the hotel canceled the day and I didn't get a refund, so I was a little worried that it would happen again.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were excellent. Being centrally located makes it an ideal place to stay. The Receptionist, Biagio was one of a kind, very helpful and friendly. First day he gave us all the feedback about Napoli. He helped us with transportation, dinner reservation, breakfast...whatever you can think of. From Agra Suites you can walk nearly everywhere in Napoli. In hotel we have seen all of the rooms because we were 3 families traveling together. Suite room was excellent, with a bathtub in it. Deluxe Suite rooms are big, well decorated. They have a small private terrace too. Standart rooms are cozy, you have everything you need. You get what you pay for. Beds were very comfortable. Non of us had any sleeping issues.

A structure located on the Amalfitan coastal promenorion. Visual from the stunning rooms, very friendly and comfortable staff as never before, very clean rooms, excellent breakfast. I would strongly advise him who wants a beautiful romantic weekend.

Ther was parking available which is one of the reasons we chose this place. I must say however, the photos in the site, look nothing like the room we got. You should consider it when checking this out

The hotel is a great location in the heart of the historic centre of Naples. We were able to visit all the most famous places, such as Spaccanapolis, the Duomo and many other characteristic places of the city, and the room was very comfortable and clean, with everything necessary for a relaxing stay. The hotel is very comfortable, it seems to be at home. Another point in favour is the staff, always available and ready to give us suggestions on the places to see and where to eat. We appreciated their attention very much. If you want to live Naples at the best, Altea Royale is the right place! We will surely come back!

We were in this beautiful b&b a few days but we were really good.clean room, excellent breakfast and posizione.4 steps and you are on the long sea of the castle of the egg.it is a historic palace that has become b&b from the neoclassical decor.i boys of the reception very available.to come back to us

Was a bit hesitant to book given lack of TripAdvisor reviews, chanced it as so many good reviews on *********** Really well located, nicely decorated v clean, really helpful guy, good air con, gave top tips and advice on attractions on arrival, coffee and a pastry in the morning, would stay again Only downside was it was slightly difficult initally trying to work out how to get into the building on arrival, luckily helpful lady in the next door flat told us what cafe they worked at and all sorted. The sound proofing in the room isn't great, had a few nights of noise (1st night girls singing loud karaoke, another night loud TV until 2am). Could perhaps greater choice of pastries (bit like the Sunday breakfast token location) but generally great stay and would return again

B&B Sorrento Queen is very conveniently located just outside the main downtown tourist streets. It is in an unassuming apartment building with a grocery store in front, which was nice. Several very good, lower priced restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We shared the quadruple room with friends- 2 completely separate rooms with private baths that share a patio and an entry vestibule that can be locked if you want to keep the room doors open for a family. It was perfect. Breakfast is OK, standard spread. Unfortunately, there is not a lot of green space in the immediate neighborhood and the patio of our room was eye level with the street, so not that inviting. Other than that, an excellent value and would recommend it to anyone who is more interested in touring the area than lounging in an overpriced hotel!

Located in a prime area of Sorrento, our room balcony overlooked the Corso Italia, one of the main (pedestrian) streets. Vehicles are not permitted in this area except for deliveries. The entrance to the hotel is located on a street that parallels the main street and one must walk along a connecting alley/street to get to that street, once oriented it was very easy--our phone map directions tried to put us in front of the hotel, not recognizing that the entrance was in the 'back.' The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked our room which was adequate size. Those choosing to stay at this hotel should expect to walk steps inside the hotel since the elevator is very small and is generally only used for luggage, although I assume a person is allowed to use it during reception hours, we did not. The elevator is not able to be used when the reception desk is closed. We did not purchase breakfast, but there are at least two choices for early risers within a block of the hotel. We would stay here again.

The experience was amazing ! Everything you need is provided and , besides, the host is an excellent person.Also it is a great area, as it gives access to many touristic attractions and it is close to the bus and implicitly train station.Not to mention that the cleaning service was very meticulously realized. Overall I am planning to go there again , as soon as possible.

Staff was excellent and super friendly. on arrival they explained the parking (pre-booked (15EUR/day) and right in front of the door. check in was super easy and did even an early check-in, which was very nice of them. rooms are clean, bathroom are clean. fridge and safe available. Aircon is unfortunately not cold enough (was on 18celcius....but i am normally used to colder :-P) but all in all it was a very pleasant stay. the breakfast lady also does the check out, and she was soo sweet. breakfast, typical italian breakfast, which was very nice. location is great, and considering the price, its a good pick. all in walking distance. Wifi had a little glitch, but was fixed the next day.

May 11th-18th What a fabulous time we had staying at Melrose apartments. Having been to Sorrento previously and stayed in a hotel Melrose was like a breath of fresh air. We were greeted by the host who kept in touch with us once we had landed at the airport and was waiting for us when we arrived. We were greeted by the loveliest of ladies, who was Polite, knowledgeable and was willing to help with suggestions when asked. The apartment was perfect, clean, the shower was amazing and the service was exceptional. Breakfast was delivered to your room at your convenience and time every morning. You could WhatsApp and amendments to what you required each day. The apartment is located about a 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 mins from the centre during the day and night. Book these apartments and you won’t be disappointed

Not sure where to begin with this place, but would not recommend. The walk from the train station was about 15 minutes, and we used the address in maps to find the place, but it only took us to a group of buildings, which we then had to walk around to find a sign stating it was VHomes. Then we walked up the stairs to find a lady sitting on the stairs who had been there for 2 hours waiting to get back into her room because they had accidentally walked out of the room without the key. There was no staff there to let us know how to check into our room, even though we had given them a time frame when we planned to be there. Fortunately, we found our key on the front desk, but then had to search for our room as there were no signs indicating the different room locations. We were pleasantly surprised by the decent size of the room, and were happy to find that they had AC (as advertised), and we could actually turn it on. The black out shudders worked great! The shower looked nice, but when we took showers, found that half the buttons to turn on the ”spa” shower didn't work. Also, the shower head didn't fit correctly in the holder, so as soon as you turned the water on, the shower head hose would fall out of the holder, so basically you had to hold the shower head, or use the rainfall shower part. However, if you didn't want to get your hair wet, it was ridiculous to have to hold the shower head the entire time while showering. Also, there was mold on the outside of the shower doors. We turned on the notification to not come in our room, as we do in every hotel we stay in, and make it up EVERY day, and EVERY day they came in our room and made our bed and opened the black out shudders, which we had purposefully left down in order to keep the room cooler. The staff was not friendly, the breakfasts were the exact same every day and were terrible, the coffee was disgusting, and overall, this place was WAY over priced what it should be. The 2 positives about the place were the working AC and the black out shudders. As for the rest...I would not recommend this place.

We just got in this building where we were really good. From the gate, you are at the entrance doors to the center of Sorrento, a really comfortable location. It has a pay-per-payment internal parking that is very useful . International breakfast is very rich and clean rooms, some traffic noise during the night but understandable view of the nearby areas of the city's greatest movement.
