Overall, it’s a good clean place to stay for 1–2 nights. Despite its central location, the area is quite peaceful. If you book a room on the 3rd floor, you might hear some noise from the room right in front of yours. I appreciated the coffee machine with capsules — a nice touch.
However, there were a few downsides: the two single duvets were quite small, and I felt cold; a larger, warmer duvet would be preferable. The mansard room isn’t ideal for tall people, and the shower tended to clog quickly. Also, the showerhead holder was placed too high. Lastly, the carpeted floor made it difficult to drag a heavy suitcase around.
The location was great. A fairly short walk to the old town. There is no front desk or any visible service, except the cleaner in the morning. Although the room looked nice and was quite large and had clothes hangars and a desk, it had a big problem. There was a window above the door and the hall night flickered all night. A few seconds on, a few seconds off. Even with my sleep mask, the constantly changing light was very noticeable and made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I noticed that my room was the only one in my part of the accommodation with such a window, so I guess the other rooms would be better. They should really cover the window up. Even if they fixed the flickering, it would still be annoying to have the light go on whenever other guests go to the hall to use the bathroom or for coming in and out. The other issue was the internet. It was useable for what I needed during the trip, but it lagged at times, and I don't think it would have been suitable for a work conference call.
The facilities in the room are very complete, the health is very good, the refrigerator is very clean. The kitchen utensils, cups and plates are enough, and the mattress is soft. Convenient transportation, 5 minutes walk to the nearby train station, 6 or 7 minutes to the tram stop.
Great stay. A student accomodation used as a hotel during the off season. New building that it doesn't even appear on google maps. Good facilities. Safe area and easy walk or tram in to the city centre. Right next to one football ground with the other just over the park. Under £10 Uber to the hotel from the airport. Really strong Wifi, comfy bed and decent shower. The only thing missing was a sponge or cloth to do the washing up! As it's a student accom, the kitchen is also in the room to use. People of all ages were staying however, and there was little to no noise from students still around even it being a Friday night. Check in was simple and the key was ready when I arrived after 1am to collect at the 24/7 reception desk.
It’s a quaint hotel in an old building. The decor is quite beautiful and is probably its strength in my opinion, particularly the breakfast room. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. The shower was very slow at draining, making a pool to stand in which wasn’t the most pleasant thing. The location is really good though if you want to be near the main city attractions.
Location is excellent, close to the train station and the big shopping mall, few minutes walk to the market spare, accessible to everywhere .
The shopping center next door is great to hangout and to get food and other things.
Easy to check in eve without the “physical “ receptionist; parking lot opposite the road is near the hotel; hotel room is clean with everything needed, we appreciate the fresh Nespresso coffee in the morning. 😄
Travel with family, we found this hotel super convenient and comfortable, and we will definitely rebook it if we come back to Krakow next time.
We really enjoyed our trip.
Located in Kraków (Bronowice), Mhost Bronowice is within a 10-minute drive of Main Market Square and ICE Krakow Congress Centre. This family-friendly guesthouse is 3.1 mi (5 km) from St. Mary's Basilica and 3.1 mi (5 km) from Cloth Hall.
This guesthouse features complimentary parking nearby, books, and bicycle rentals nearby. Amenities include toys and designated smoking areas.
Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and refrigerator in a common area.
Make yourself at home in one of the 3 guestrooms featuring microwaves. Prepare your meals in the shared/communal kitchen. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms feature separate bathtubs and showers, complimentary toiletries, and hair dryers.
I had a corner room. It had a balcony, and I was able to wake up to the morning sun and a great view. The bathroom was clean. The room's interior was also elaborately decorated, making it even more comfortable.
The location is convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from a lively street. Since I was traveling alone, I hadn't done much research, so when I asked the reception about hiking trails, they kindly gave me detailed information.
The check in process was a little confusing because the phone number given in the email was not exactly where you check in. The guy in the phone gave us another phone number so we had to call twice.
Room was nice and well equipped with cups, plates, frying pan, hair dryer, hangers, towel etc.
I booked this hotel because I went to ENERGY LANDIA the next day, but the hotel is new and very clean, the rooms are square and waste-free, so it is very comfortable to spend, there is a microwave and tableware. The room meal was comfortable because I arrived late at night.
1 It was a negative point that there was no box tissues.
Other than that, it is perfect and I want to use it when I go to Energy Landia again.

Great
GGuest UserIt was nice to be able to walk to Auschwitz.
It's quiet and clean. There were a few good restaurants not far away, so I had a satisfactory night's stay.
I couldn't use the kitchen, but when I went in, it was clean and nice. The refrigerator was not in the room, but in the common area.
GGuest UserI had an excellent stay in Zakopane, Poland. The hotel was truly perfect! The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I felt at ease as soon as I arrived.
The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The location is ideal for enjoying Zakopane and its beautiful landscapes.
I highly recommend this hotel and I would gladly come back again!

GGuest UserReceptionists are super helpful and nice!!
I was welcomed by Elisabeth for the first day and followed her super good travel ideas and routes to hike! The hotel are very cute and clean. Behind the hotel is a hiking route ❤️☀️
I will come back definitely!!
GGuest UserA cute little sray which is very well managed. it has an indoor pool, spa and even masaages can be booked. Great location with a view towards Tatras ...cannot complain..its like a fairy tale stay sooo relaxing
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the train station and the main street. However, the hotel only provides basic amenities; you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and slippers, and there's no hairdryer in the room. The shampoo and shower gel are a 2-in-1 combo. After staying two nights, I discovered on the last night that the shower gel had completely run out and nothing would come out of the dispenser. On the upside, the complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel was good.
GGuest UserGreat peaceful side of town. Still walkable distance to all the happenings. Great value considering they include the aqua park pass and breakfast.
Ttravel-reisen-luyouSuper cozy place with absolutely perfect service. Room was very clean and location is pretty nice too, not too far from town or the bus station
GGuest UserThe object is cool, ingeniously located on Krupówki, while silent. Not far from the station.
Rooms are clean, large but no dish type equipment or, for example, wine glasses.
No elevator, but also a service that would help with the luggage for the 2nd floor room. Breakfast without a slave, but good.
Unfortunately, the bad impression left the fact that, despite
The notifications on the way to the hotel that there are 2 , not 3 and requests to reduce the price by the amount of breakfast per 3 person - this was not taken into account. No arguments came to you at the reception, and in the price, it was really not a small amount. It's a pity 😒
The booking was made for 2 , and the portal made for 3 because apparently it was free only room 3 . And approx. , but pay for breakfast spectrum person?
