It’s a quaint hotel in an old building. The decor is quite beautiful and is probably its strength in my opinion, particularly the breakfast room. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. The shower was very slow at draining, making a pool to stand in which wasn’t the most pleasant thing. The location is really good though if you want to be near the main city attractions.

The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes' walk to the concentration camp, and it is also convenient to walk to the town center. The room is very clean and comfortable, and there are two bottles of bottled water in the room. The front desk staff is also very polite. It is worth staying

Perfect family getaway! Heartily recommend! 🌲🌟 We had an amazing 2-night stay in a double room here. The house is a beautiful wooden manor with a very cozy, authentic atmosphere. What we absolutely loved: Indoor BBQ Area: A separate warm indoor grill house where you can cook meat or local cheese regardless of the weather. Basement SPA Zone: A fantastic relaxation area on the lower level with a Finnish sauna, a huge jacuzzi, a dining table, a TV, and a powerful music speaker. The perfect way to unwind! Comfort & Hospitality: Spotlessly clean, super comfortable beds, and incredibly warm, welcoming hosts. Perfect location away from crowds, yet close to everything. Would definitely love to come back! ⛰️🧳

I had a corner room. It had a balcony, and I was able to wake up to the morning sun and a great view. The bathroom was clean. The room's interior was also elaborately decorated, making it even more comfortable. The location is convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from a lively street. Since I was traveling alone, I hadn't done much research, so when I asked the reception about hiking trails, they kindly gave me detailed information.

I had an excellent stay in Zakopane, Poland. The hotel was truly perfect! The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The location is ideal for enjoying Zakopane and its beautiful landscapes. I highly recommend this hotel and I would gladly come back again!

Хорошие номера. Чисто. Хорошая новая спа зона, но бассейн маленький и если много людей, то развернуться негде. Самым большим разочарованием были завтраки. Все какое-то не свежее. Кофе натуральный но на твердую троечку. Цены на питание  - Космос! Заказал бургер: мне принесли его с деревянной котлетой… Если не обращать внимание на еду в отеле, то можно хорошо отдохнуть!

Receptionists are super helpful and nice!! I was welcomed by Elisabeth for the first day and followed her super good travel ideas and routes to hike! The hotel are very cute and clean. Behind the hotel is a hiking route ❤️☀️ I will come back definitely!!

A cute little sray which is very well managed. it has an indoor pool, spa and even masaages can be booked. Great location with a view towards Tatras ...cannot complain..its like a fairy tale stay sooo relaxing

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the train station and the main street. However, the hotel only provides basic amenities; you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and slippers, and there's no hairdryer in the room. The shampoo and shower gel are a 2-in-1 combo. After staying two nights, I discovered on the last night that the shower gel had completely run out and nothing would come out of the dispenser. On the upside, the complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel was good.

Great peaceful side of town. Still walkable distance to all the happenings. Great value considering they include the aqua park pass and breakfast.
