Extremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

Unique experience in a Tipi tent. The restroom was just as other reviews. Only one working faucet. We arrived at 10 pm. They offered us towels,brackets, linens and bedding. But we bought our own sleeping bags. It was raining heavily that night but the inside was almost dry. We didn’t take showers. Just slept for one night and left next day at 8am. We cleaned up the linens and bought it back in office. But it was not necessary 😅I think it worthy the money. If they fixed the showers 🚿 and faucets it would be much pleasant to stay.

The overall feeling of the room is good, the bedding supplies, faucets, sanitary ware are clean, the room area is also large, because it is an old-fashioned small wooden resort created by the Rockefeller family, which has a rural flavor different from the city hotel. There are shops, gas stations, restaurants in the resort. The front desk service is efficient and fast. The park is large in size, with many parking spaces and a quiet environment. The price is a bit higher, but this is also the price of the wooden house resort experience.

The hotel is very nice but very staff-related. We were welcomed by a lady at the reception that did not even give us a look at the evening of our arrival, the lady of the breakfast was throwing us almost the covers to the figure without even saying hello and the summit was only for 4 days The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

Trip If you have any needs for booking on the Internet, the online butler will contact the hotel at any time. This time, the two requirements are perfectly realized on the first floor. Next time, remember to ask for a room close to the swimming pool. Self-driving parking is at the door of the room, the waiter is responsive, warm and thoughtful! The location is quite remote, but if you go to Yellowstone, it would be much better to live here than in Jackson. There is nothing nearby, and the ranch has a small cafe. The room is very characteristic, it is a log cabin. The room is large and has a living room. The only downside is that the heating effect is really not good, using the kind of small portable electric heating. The bed is very big, sleeping with two adults has no problem at all.

Quiet, beautiful and comfortable holiday environment, simple American breakfast! Going out is the river view, the indoor swimming pool is very comfortable and comfortable!

No TV, no AC and internet didn’t really work well. No ceiling fans in room. Provided us a portable fan that rattled. Restaurant only had 5 things on menu and one was available. Soup is same all season along with menu. We booked 3 nights and then two nights under a different reservation number. We cancelled and left after first 3 nights to a hotel in Jackson with much better amenities. Front desk told us no problem getting a refund for last two nights since we’d prepaid through Trip.com. Still waiting for Trip.com to confirm. Trip said up to their partner and wanted name of front desk person who said we could cancel and get refund for final 2 nights. We provide the info to Trip.com. So far just same message from Trip.com telling us that they haven’t heard back from their partner as to whether they can do a refund for us even with a cancellation fee. I’d not recommend this place or going through Trip.com to book in Yellowstone. Hotels there are run by government through 3rd party Xterra or something like that and they apparently don’t want to cooperate with us.

In contrast to my first visit two years ago, this time I was not in one of the chalets but in the main building of the Lodge. The double room (15/16) directly over the lobby was spacious and comfortable furnished. The two bedrooms were separated by the common bathroom, which was not really very clean. The two bedrooms made a much better impression, but were very sticky. There is no air conditioning, the ventilator helped hardly at the July heat in Dubois. In addition, I found the room comfortable and the bed comfortable. The reception was no longer occupied at arrival shortly after 19:00. A hang-out cover with the room number code also ensured access to the room outside the occupation periods. There are seats in the lobby for a handful of guests. At my arrival four hotel guests played cards there. There was hardly anything to hear in the room. The sprinkling of the wooden stairs at the walk to the rooms was very clear. The lobby also has a microwave that is missing in the rooms themselves. The fresh coffee in the morning is the only convenience there. The stay in the tent exceeded the in the Lodge by length.

Very good, stayed for the second time. A little regret is that the two horses were transported to other pastures before.
