GGuest UserExtremely disappointed to find fireplace in room wasn’t even in working order / connected up which was a main reason for booking this overpriced hotel. We were told someone would fix it which of course didn’t happen and wasn’t acknowledged our whole stay. The heater remote was also broken so only had one temp flat out fan. So couldn’t have that on either. The room pictures are absolutely not that you actually get. Incredible false advertising to say the least. All in all look elsewhere. So many other great places in the area where they care for their guests.

CChenHaiyanUnique experience in a Tipi tent. The restroom was just as other reviews. Only one working faucet. We arrived at 10 pm. They offered us towels,brackets, linens and bedding. But we bought our own sleeping bags. It was raining heavily that night but the inside was almost dry. We didn’t take showers. Just slept for one night and left next day at 8am. We cleaned up the linens and bought it back in office. But it was not necessary 😅I think it worthy the money. If they fixed the showers 🚿 and faucets it would be much pleasant to stay.

LlgrdcbxThe overall feeling of the room is good, the bedding supplies, faucets, sanitary ware are clean, the room area is also large, because it is an old-fashioned small wooden resort created by the Rockefeller family, which has a rural flavor different from the city hotel. There are shops, gas stations, restaurants in the resort. The front desk service is efficient and fast. The park is large in size, with many parking spaces and a quiet environment. The price is a bit higher, but this is also the price of the wooden house resort experience.

DDanielle1229The town environment is very good, and the breakfast is relatively rich. I live on the first floor, and there is a parking space outside the window, so I basically have to keep the curtains closed all the time. In addition, the air conditioner is not very easy to use. When the hot air is turned on, it whirrs, and it automatically stops after a while when the temperature reaches the required level. If it feels cold, I have to turn it on manually.

HHoward LiuThe location is quite remote, but if you go to Yellowstone, it would be much better to live here than in Jackson. There is nothing nearby, and the ranch has a small cafe. The room is very characteristic, it is a log cabin. The room is large and has a living room. The only downside is that the heating effect is really not good, using the kind of small portable electric heating. The bed is very big, sleeping with two adults has no problem at all.

XXUEYONGIn the small cabin in the scenic area, the facilities are general, the room is large, but the bathroom is very small, it is difficult to stand in and stoop down. I don’t understand how the native Americans are so rounded. There are pizza shops around, 25 dollars, no It’s a big piece. The two of us only ate one third. There was a laundry. It was just a few steps away from the lake. The scenery was very good. There was no wifi. There was a signal from a small house near the hotel and a signal from the restaurant.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is located in the small town of Jackson Park. The room size is OK, clean and hygienic. It is very convenient to enter by the code. There are two pools, no breakfast, the sound insulation of the upper and lower floors of the room is too poor, and everything else is fine.

SSaschaThe accommodation is located right on the main road through town on US Highway 26/287. The log cabins are located in a small side street at the back, where there is plenty of parking and it was very quiet all night. The cabins are very cozy, equipped with everything you need and the bedding smelled pleasantly fresh. The sanitary facilities were also spotlessly clean. Check-in is possible at reception until 9 p.m., after which the keys are left for later arrivals.
