I brought my children by car. The boss was enthusiastic. I originally booked two 1.2-meter beds, and the boss directly upgraded the parent-child room. The accommodation is clean and hygienic. The Pullman resort is located 15 min car drive from the airport and 15mim from the Wanda resort, where the ski station is located. The resort is very big with many amenities. The rooms are big, clean and warm. Things I specially liked: - Breakfast buffet. Everything was really good and were many options, both chinese and western food. One of the best that I had in China. - Swimming pool. There is a big swimming pool and a small one for children. The water is warm and all the amenities clean, like new. Remember to bring your own cap. - There is also a place to play pool and games in the second floor. - I was very satisfied with the service of the whole staff. From the receptionists to the people in the buffet. They also helped us calling the taxi to go to the ski slopes. They also helped is dropping us off at the airport. We even had an amazing Korean barbecue dinner at 10:00pm. I would say that this is a foreigner friendly place. And without any doubt would recommend staying in this resort.

I had an excellent experience at Swissotel and would like to commend the staff for their outstanding service. Checking in late at night, 刘基扬, 王国琪, 刘畅, 金学哲, and 段冰宇 went above and beyond, insisting on carrying our luggage and escorting us to our room. The responsiveness via WeChat at all hours was impressive. Any issues we raised, with these 5 staffs that we encountered were promptly addressed, and resolutions were provided without delay. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive, featuring both Western and Chinese cuisine; however, it would be helpful to have forks, spoons, and water readily available. Despite the demagnetization issue with the key card, the staff, especially 刘基扬 and 王国琪, responded instantly to our messages and ensured a swift resolution. Clubmed is the first and second most convenient hotel in Huamei Resort to go to the ski resort. There is a very frequent shuttle bus to its own ski hall. The ski ticket is included in the room fee, but the ski equipment including helmets, snowboards, and snowshoes are separate. There is a fee, which I knew before I went there, and there is no deception. For ski novices, Clubmed has its own ski hall, and the rental ski equipment is stored according to room number, which is very convenient for use in the next few days. Wild World cannot do this. They rent it on the same day and return it on the same day. Their price is half the price. It just depends on what you need during your vacation. Three meals a day are included, and the taste and variety are pretty good. The main thing is convenience. You don’t have to go to where to eat when it’s time. You can rest or continue skiing after eating. The only thing I have to say is that the dishes are collected too frequently. , you can put a buffer sign on the table. Guests need to collect their plates and put the sign up by themselves, and the aunts and uncles will come and pick it up, otherwise they will be very tired after a meal. The overall feeling is still very good.

The room size is OK, the location is good, the decoration is a bit old, the price is very cost-effective in Golden Week, including breakfast, the overall price is particularly high choice, to the West Slope and Wanda are very close, driving to the North Slope for about an hour, Huanshan Road autumn is particularly beautiful, not far from Luneng, Passing by the Manjiang Grand Canyon is particularly spectacular, and Changbai Mountain in autumn is full of oil painting-like scenery! Sanjianghui Scenic Area is also good. I stayed in the Songjiang River for four days. Although I didn't grab the tickets for Changbai Mountain, I played every day very full!

The hotel is right next to the Changbai Mountain West District Scenic Area, and the surrounding area is also lively. There are marked free parking spaces on the roadside, and it takes eight minutes to drive to the town for dinner. The hotel front desk has a fast check-in procedure, a warm and friendly attitude, and helps solve tourists' questions. The service is very attentive. The room is decorated in wood color, clean and tidy, and has a balcony. The surrounding area is quiet at night, so you can have a good rest. The bathroom shower room is spacious and has a small item rack for storing bath supplies, which is convenient to use. The basin of the washbasin is placed wider, making it convenient to place your own toiletries and cosmetics. Breakfast is a room service and will be delivered to the room between 7:30 and 8:00 the next morning. If you want to go to the scenic spot early, you can take it with you. Ward rounds are done quickly and carefully. In short, the hotel service is very good.

The proprietress was super helpful. She answered many questions I had beforehand about checking in during the pandemic. We arrived to check in 5 hrs early and she gave us a room and breakfast free of charge. She made suggestions about what hot springs to visit and arranged the tickets and car. And, she arranged a car back to Shenyang which was much nicer than taking the overnight train. Breakfast was delicious and more Korean I think, and the best I have had in China. It seemed to be an assessment of pickled veggies, steamed buns and hard boiled eggs. The only downfall was no coffee, but I had inst-packages. Price was right for the room although there is no air conditioning- a small fan would have been nice. The bedding was very good quality, crisp and clean. The nights were quiet and I enjoyed hearing the frogs at night. A full supermarket is a block away.

The hotel is very large and eye-catching. It is very easy to find. The toiletries are very complete. There is also a disposable toilet set. Breakfast is provided. There are many types of hot dishes for breakfast. But there are fewer staple foods. It may be that I went to the late breakfast. The meal will be withdrawn at 8 o'clock. I chose this hotel because I can bring pets. If it doesn’t affect other guests, my husband and I stayed for two nights with two small dogs. I was very satisfied.

We had a very pleasant experience all around. The apartment is really clean and looks same as in photos. There are well maintained plants in the apartment which gives a very warm and welcome feeling. All basic amenities are provided. Kitchen is equipped with a single induction hob, rice cooker, basic utensils and condiments. The apartment is 900m to the West scenic parking lot. You can drive there in 3 minutes or walk for 9 minutes. The owner is very helpful and provides all the necessary details to make your stay comfortable. There are no many restaurants in the vicinity. So, we ordered takeouts which usually arrived in about 30 minutes. There is a mall nearby(about 10 minutes walk) and there is a big supermarket on the 2nd floor. We are very happy with our stay and would be happy to stay there again if we visit Changbaishan again.
