I was in Xing'an for a 3-day business trip and randomly picked this hotel, and it turned out to be excellent. The front desk lady was super quick with the check-in process. She even helped me hang my clothes out to dry after I put them in the washing machine – the service was fantastic! The room was spotless and tidy, and the housekeeping staff were very proactive and thorough. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there were no strange odors. They provided complimentary water and disposable face towels, which I really appreciated. Today, when I checked out, I realized I'd left my bracelet in the room, but the hotel staff were very responsible and helped me find it. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xing'an.

This is a standalone building with plenty of seating in the common areas on the first floor. It's conveniently located just over 100 meters from the ancient town's bus station, making it easy to get anywhere. It's also quite close to the 20 RMB checkpoint. The front desk staff were very nice as well.

The first time I came to Liuzhou, my experience in this capsule hotel was great, the service attitude was very considerate, the customer service sister was enthusiastic, and I received a phone call before I got off the high-speed train, and I would kindly tell you how to take transportation to the capsule hotel from the high-speed train station, and add wechat to make travel suggestions. The hardware in the store is good and the rest is very good, the overall feeling of staying is great, the service attitude is excellent, the bed is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the feeling of home is very good. Convenient transportation, Qingyun Market, five-star Pedestrian Street, Liuzhou Museum are very close, easy to travel. Recommended

Honestly, I was quite disappointed. Based on the photos, the common area looks great: bright, welcoming, with what seems to be a nice social space and a beautiful bar. In reality, when you arrive, you realize that this is just the reception, and it doesn’t look the same at all. It feels like the photos were heavily edited or filtered. There is no bar on the right side as shown; instead, there was a guy sitting at the reception with all his personal belongings, watching TV. There are no bar chairs, no real common space, and no area designed to meet people, which is one of the main reasons for staying in a hostel. I was traveling solo, and I ended up paying more than I would have paid in another hotel, for a lower-quality room and with no pleasant common space or bar at all. On top of that, a guy from the reception entered my room without warning, without knocking, and woke me up during the morning. He was lost and thought I was supposed to check out that day, which was incorrect. He didn’t apologize or warn me before entering. There was no proper heating or air conditioning. Either it was not available or it was turned off to save energy or money, but the room was very cold. My room had no window, and most of the rooms don’t have windows either. Overall, for the price, I was really disappointed.

The suite is very big. The girls' room has a private bathroom, while the boys use the public bathroom, which is quite convenient. There is a small balcony, and the bed is equipped with curtains. There are also slippers on the shoe rack. It's quite novel when I stayed here for the first time. I didn't know there were such places before. I always stayed in hotels. This kind of place is low-priced and has a very high cost-effectiveness. It's just that I'm a girl, and I was a little scared when I saw the boys at first, but I got used to it after staying here for one night. Boys and girls have different bedrooms, but they are in the same suite. The overall environment is very good.

It's not in the bustling city center, so it's very quiet. The common areas are clean and tidy, with separate sections for male and female guests. The public space is large, and the decor is cozy and stylish. It's super comfortable for chatting with friends or reading in the evening. Plus, there are adorable cats! Playing with them was so much fun. The owner and staff are warm and thoughtful. After a hike, I was running late to pick up my luggage from storage and head to the high-speed rail station, so I just rested on the sofa. The owner even brought me a blanket, saying I could lie down and cover up to avoid catching a cold since I was traveling. That was so heartwarming! The bunk beds are comfy, the mattresses are just right (not too hard, not too soft), and the blankets are clean and odor-free. The soundproofing is also good, ensuring a great night's sleep. The washrooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily, and hot water is available 24/7, which is perfectly sufficient! It offers amazing value for money, and I felt as comfortable as if I were at home. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!
