I was in Xing'an for a 3-day business trip and randomly picked this hotel, and it turned out to be excellent. The front desk lady was super quick with the check-in process. She even helped me hang my clothes out to dry after I put them in the washing machine – the service was fantastic! The room was spotless and tidy, and the housekeeping staff were very proactive and thorough. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there were no strange odors. They provided complimentary water and disposable face towels, which I really appreciated. Today, when I checked out, I realized I'd left my bracelet in the room, but the hotel staff were very responsible and helped me find it. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xing'an.

Super nice and welcoming hostel! I spent there two nights, it was super fun. Very social hostel with the option to have a dinner together in the restaurant close by that serves local food. They organised some trips and social activities like bachata classes. Shops, restaurants, street food close by, huge park as well. I recommend it a lot, the best option in Guilin!

The hostel is just as described in the previous positive reviews. It is comfortable, clean, and well priced. The location is great, with a beautiful park and river nearby. I really enjoyed walking there and relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money.

This hostel absolutely deserves five stars! The location is fantastic; there's a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to get to attractions and shopping areas. The common areas are clean and tidy, with cozy and stylish decor. It's really comfortable to chat with friends or read there in the evenings. The owner and other guests are super friendly and enthusiastic; they'll recommend authentic local food and off-the-beaten-path activities, and we even had great conversations. The owner even took photos for us – they're quite good and it was such a heartwarming gesture! Plus, there's an adorable chubby little dog. The beds are comfortable, with just the right firmness in the mattress, and the blankets are clean and odor-free. The soundproofing is also good, ensuring a great night's sleep. The washrooms and toilets are cleaned daily, and hot water is available 24/7, which is more than enough. It offers incredible value for money, and staying here feels just like being at home. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

This place hast flair. I Like it. It is real Backpacker Style and there are even Chinese Backpacker, not the normal travellers with huge roller trunks. There ist e en a kitchen Not just a microwave. People there do all to make you feel home. Cosy lounge and comfy beds. The bathroom needs mending. I think this wil ne the next big project. Excellent value.

The first time I came to Liuzhou, my experience in this capsule hotel was great, the service attitude was very considerate, the customer service sister was enthusiastic, and I received a phone call before I got off the high-speed train, and I would kindly tell you how to take transportation to the capsule hotel from the high-speed train station, and add wechat to make travel suggestions. The hardware in the store is good and the rest is very good, the overall feeling of staying is great, the service attitude is excellent, the bed is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the feeling of home is very good. Convenient transportation, Qingyun Market, five-star Pedestrian Street, Liuzhou Museum are very close, easy to travel. Recommended

Honestly, I was quite disappointed. Based on the photos, the common area looks great: bright, welcoming, with what seems to be a nice social space and a beautiful bar. In reality, when you arrive, you realize that this is just the reception, and it doesn’t look the same at all. It feels like the photos were heavily edited or filtered. There is no bar on the right side as shown; instead, there was a guy sitting at the reception with all his personal belongings, watching TV. There are no bar chairs, no real common space, and no area designed to meet people, which is one of the main reasons for staying in a hostel. I was traveling solo, and I ended up paying more than I would have paid in another hotel, for a lower-quality room and with no pleasant common space or bar at all. On top of that, a guy from the reception entered my room without warning, without knocking, and woke me up during the morning. He was lost and thought I was supposed to check out that day, which was incorrect. He didn’t apologize or warn me before entering. There was no proper heating or air conditioning. Either it was not available or it was turned off to save energy or money, but the room was very cold. My room had no window, and most of the rooms don’t have windows either. Overall, for the price, I was really disappointed.

The suite is very big. The girls' room has a private bathroom, while the boys use the public bathroom, which is quite convenient. There is a small balcony, and the bed is equipped with curtains. There are also slippers on the shoe rack. It's quite novel when I stayed here for the first time. I didn't know there were such places before. I always stayed in hotels. This kind of place is low-priced and has a very high cost-effectiveness. It's just that I'm a girl, and I was a little scared when I saw the boys at first, but I got used to it after staying here for one night. Boys and girls have different bedrooms, but they are in the same suite. The overall environment is very good.

This hostel is conveniently located near Guilin North Station. As it was my first time visiting, I added the owner on WeChat, and they sent clear pictures showing the route from the train station to the hostel, which made finding it incredibly easy. A big thank you to the owner again! The hostel has excellent facilities, a great environment, and I was really touched by the patient and helpful service from the volunteers. Thank you, young volunteers! The other guests were considerate, the room was quiet, and I slept very well. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends and will stay at Guilin Mountain Wind Youth Hostel again on my next visit.
