"The staff's response and care were warm. Since I stayed at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, I was entertained at seasonal events such as Toshikoshi soba, New Year's Day, and Mochi making. (in the reservation of Trip.com, it was a little disappointing that the meal plan was not selected and the menu was different from other guests ...)
It was also a very valuable experience to learn about the earthquake at the facility where the remnants of elementary schools remain.
The walls of the room were thin so I could hear the sound of the next room quite a bit, but the view was good and the air conditioner and fan heater were prepared and comfortable."

"Hotel is about 15 min walk to one public onsen and 25 mins to the next. The surrounding hotels have day passes that you can pay to enter but times are very limited. The town is pretty dead so not much to see. Kokeshi museum is about a 50 minute walk from the hotel. Since it was pouring the whole time, I didn’t venture out to it. Hotel staff was very kind and patient to explain local attractions. I think the area just doesn’t have much to offer."

Great
OOctavian234VVery nice hostel in a good location near train station..Have an Onsen, microwave, hot water, a place to sit down and eat or working at your floor..not have a fridge.
I came too early, because of my train from Tokyo (around 1.30 pm) and i need to wait until 3 pm for check in. Beds ready, clean ready...but need to waiting the check in time..and it'fair isn't. The only problem was they start check in process 5-7 mins before 3 pm and they was very slowly and not professional...my time for check in it was 3.15 pm if not more...one of the last check in there. And this happened especialy because one disrespectful girl, she was determined to delay the proceedings—even more than others already had. Ugly and disrespectful attitude, make me lose time everytime..she had and fun about this when i explain her i not appreciateher jokes.
She, as well as all the others, either doesn't know how to speak English or doesn't want to... just simple words, like ”key.”
I expected more from one hotel (or hostel) in Japan.
I was disappointed with the choice of this hostel.
It is very difficult to find the hotel without help, as its name is written only in Japanese. The bed is very hard; it feels like sitting or sleeping on a wooden plank.
MM4r13🌱 Capsule-hotel with an interesting concept: giving you a sleep report on your sleep every morning
💚PROS
+ comfortable beds with maximum privacy & lockers in the locker rooms, big enough to store all of your luggage
+ clean showers, toilets and washroom areas
+ all amenities provided and switched out daily
+ great location, walking distance to aoba castle ruins, miyagi art museum and major shopping roads + a quick 15 minute walk from the station and the big shopping malls there
❤️🩹CONS
- no common rooms, i ate all of my food on a little bench next to the elevator
- you have to keep your luggage stored in your locker and check-out every morning until 11 a.m. (bed has to be cleared) - you’re only allowed to enter again at 3p.m.
- no washer or dryer and also no drying rack. It was raining a lot while i was there & i had to dry my clothes by lying them on my umbrella infront of my capsule
🙏CONCLUSION
very comfortable and accommodating capsule hotel with a cool concept of a sleep report, ONLY FOR SLEEPING and not for socializing or spending time there in any other way
GGuest UserSorry that I can’t take photos of the bath house - but it is amazing (especially the outdoor onsen and air bath)!!! The capsule units are in a temporary finish. Enjoyed it very much 😍
